I don't go inside. Due to medical conditions. So I use curbside or have them deliver. So my review is rating those areas only. We have never had problems with our order. I think they do a good job at response time, curteousness and accuracy. Deliver has always been on time. As matter of fact just recently I placed order and chose "within 3 hours" delivery time. They were here within 15 mins. I live about 5 mins. Away from store and was for about 10 items. Very impressed. This review is just my experiences. So I would recommend those to options

Walmart+ member here. Which employee is stocking the shelves with DAMAGED food merchandise repaired using SCOTCH TAPE? I just found the second item like this inside of two weeks! (First item was Dave’s Killer Bread; this item was Asian Fusion sesame veggies). Check into this please, Walmart Management!!

Lost a sale. If you are going to lock everything up, then at least have employees with the key ready to help. Pressed the help button 3X and waited for more than five minutes while three employees walked right past us. Daughter asked one of them for help and she said she didn’t have the key which is understandable, but she didn’t make any effort to get an employee for us who did. We were short on time and didn’t have time to stand around for 10 minutes while every associate pretended like they didn’t even see us. Oh well, target had them, and not in a locked up case.

Average Walmart, but not as busy as others unless it's a holiday. The parking lot is free of carts being scattered everywhere because they're picked up quickly, which is good. It's seems like the store rotates things frequently to keep it fresh.

Brendan with Customer service was amazing, along with Eileen. Answered my questions, super patient & polite. This Walmart is 20 minutes from where I live but worth the commute.

This is a clean organized store, like how the trexlertown location was years ago. You can actually locate employees and they are knowledgeable about their jobs. I hope this location never changes.

This Walmart has a decent selection there and the store is fairly clean. The customers are kind of rude there but that is not Walmarts fault. However there's a certain type that goes to this Walmart I have noticed it time and time again so I only go there if I have to.

They let me do my 10 hr break there without no issues. As a trucker this is huge. I did some shopping, relaxed, and was able to clean my truck. With disregarding my trash properly which in my opinion has hindered many truckers from being able to park in places like this.It was a beautiful time going into a clean Wal-Mart, walking outside looking at the great outdoors!!

Without going into the exact details, I will say I have a disability that requires the use of a private restroom. I have used the family restroom in the past. I was there today and needed to go use the restroom. The sign on the door said closed. When I looked in, this is what I saw. Looks like it was converted to janitorial storage. It's sad that if something was out of order, it could have been repaired. It's unfortunate to take away the family restroom. Very disappointed. 😔

I've been using the pickup option for years at Tilden Ridge and it's always been great. The employees are kind and conversational and the orders are always correct.

When leaving lady by the door was being very rude and and gave us a hard time when we were trying to leave. The young lady in the electronics section was very nice and very patient.

I just want to take a moment and thank a cashier named roni! I’m a struggling momma and I use wic and she said you know what let me help you. Please recognize this lady for going the extra mile for a customer she doesn’t even know! I will definitely keep coming back here. She was very polite and extremely helpful. My father and I went to the 1800 Tilden Ridge Dr, Hamburg, PA 19526 Walmart. My father is blind and is visibly blind since he holds a cane and wears glasses. Upon entering checkout we get a cashier that has been passive aggressive to us in the past. Her name is Rachel. We got to check out and we are buying robitussin. To which we know ID is needed however my father is 67 and that is very visible. However we give her his ID since he is paying with his card. She says he will have to put the card in the reader himself to which I tell her that he is in fact blind and I will not have him struggle to do so and I'll put his card in. She is very rude to us so I show her my ID I'm 20. She then wants to check again after we paid for the robitussin that the age limit on it didn't magically change in the past 5 seconds. She is very rude and ablist.

The store was in dissaray. Products were sitting on the wrong shelves. Product wasn't on the shelves. Associates were walking around playing on their phones and making phone calls. Very poor management.

No I was in and out and got rid of some junk phones I wish Walmart was open 24 hours again cuz it was a lot nicer at night they'll hustle and bustle you can take your time get filed around by security cuz it's spend too much time there

Spacious and well maintained parking lot. Respectful employees/truckers. Large store with great PA regional foods. RV family happy with a safe night parking and resource to stock up in the morning. Customer service personnel were noticably pleasant. All the staff we encountered at night and in the morning were helpful. Thank you

Was outside. My box slipped off cart, a pleasant young Walmart employee man, very friendly and talkative ran over to carry box to the car. I was very impressed by his observance, and FRIENDLINESS,( especially from a Walmart these days)!

Barely any registers open anymore. All self checkouts and you wait for someone to come to your help if you need assistance. The grocery pickup is nice when they have everything you need. I don't like to complain about that because someone is doing the work for me. The person incharge of the online part needs to do better with updating what they have and what they don't have. The only thing I have noticed is that they use to exchange for something you wanted if they couldn't find what you needed and the price wouldn't change but now they charge you the price of the actual item. If I wanted to pay that price, I would have ordered it. That's disappointing

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! For starters the fact that when I go to call the store nobody answers, even after I called 20 times to each separate department. Completely ridiculous. Secondly when I was leaving the store at 9:30pm a rude worker yelled at us while we had a baby in the cart telling us that they were closing the doors and no one is allowed to enter or exit them. Yet when I looked up the hours and they don’t close until 11pm. For example, what if an old lady was trying to take the shortest route to her vehicle and you’re too busy being disrespectful, and more focused on leaving than making sure you provide proper customer service. So now you’re making a poor old women walk farther than necessary, and therefore putting a customer at potential risk for injury. I honestly hate how people treat others nowadays. I am simply appalled by the fact that a store who emphasizes the fact of trying to make lives better had such a blatant disregard for the care and convenience of its customers.
