Reviewing as a truck driver. the Loves was packed and found this place by mistake. I like the fact there only like 12 semi parking sp it won't be too busy and they had a deli inside and it is reasonably priced 4.99-6.99 for sandwhiches quesadillas. It's a good place to rest for the night but I wouldn't do my 34hr reset here. Bathrooms were little messy but I'd comeback if need to stop for the night.

Often run out of stock on my favorite drinks. Kitchen is slow and inaccurate. Waited for my mac and cheese with steak meat. Didn't get any steak brought it back and took the lid off and asked for steak to which they added so much and didn't mix it in at all. When I attempted to put the lid on grease squirted out of the container all over my carhartt, face and hand. I was so frustrated I left the food and walked out without a refund. Didn't need any more hassle at that point was already delayed long enough.

Always a great gas station, i was greeted by Keila as soon as i came in, and i was in and out within 5 minutes. Prices are always decent. There is nothing negative to say.

Overpriced food, I was over charged for 2 breakfast sandwiches this morning, no bag, no receipt, barely any response from the cashier, and everything I used the restroom in this location it reeks of fecal matter and urine, the floor is always filthy, there are paper towels left all over the floor, the toilets are disgusting!! I won’t be back. I’ve voiced out before and it changed for a day!!

You should run out of cat food or gallons of milk at a place like this before you run out of coffee.Whoever does (or doesn't) do inventory here needs to step their game up

I've stopped by the Hamburg location several times over the past few weeks. There's either no coffee or it's cold when saying something it gets ignored. Bathroom no paper towels and dirty.

Just witnessed the fat night shift guy come out of the bathroom stall after using the bathroom left the bathroom without washing his hands and start handling food.. I said something to the guy and his response was its not a big deal.. im pretty sure he's a manager which just makes it worse. So if you see this guy tell him to wash his hands

Seemed really good. The only issue was that the bathroom toilet was not flashed and there was no knob to flush. Other than that it seemed pretty clean parking lot was nice

Been by this place hundreds of times but this is my first time ever stopping here. Love the self ordering kiosk, my food was up ready very promptly and everything was fantastic...This place reminds me alot of the Speedways up in this Area

This Rutters is very clean, with friendly staff! Our car broke down on the way to our overnight vacation stay and the staff was very friendly and offered drinks as we were stranded for 2 hours. No one seemed upset with us hanging out there while we waited for the tow truck to come. This, on top of some staff actually helping us try to find a shop to get the car into. Overall, great, clean experience!

It was a clean convenient store that sells beer and gas traveling through the area and stopped there for a snack and was impressed with the selection of goods there don't hesitate to stop by you won't be disappointed

This review is in regards to MTO. It is sloppy, soggy, little to no effort put in, mayo and other cold products are often sour and poor temperature control practices are used. If you have a sensitive digestive system don't eat here.

Food is great but I was the only one putting in an order and I shopped and paid and came back and they just started my order.This happens way too often 3 people making the stuff to put out for lunch and ignoring live orders.

My husband and I went to eat burgers there. The burgers was cold and I nearly broke my crown on a piece of bone in the meat. On the upside the fries are good.

I don't know what kind of milk you guys use, but it cleared out my 2 weeks of constipation! I'm glad there's restrooms near by(poter potty)😎

I went to bay the Newport with the discount and they don’t have the discount here went I went to other Rutter’s and they do have it but you go on line and they have it post in to the 26 today is the 23 I ask someone to fine out and no one don’t want I’m talking about oso no manager in the store is a change

I stopped here on my way traveling and felt the need to post a review because this was literally one of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever been in. Thank you for working hard on keeping the restroom clean. It smelled like roses ands the sink water was the perfect temperature.

Worst gas pumps anywhere. Half of them are non working. A few don't read your loyalty card. The most frustrating part is when you try to scan your debit or credit card you have to enter either a pin or a zip code. That's all fine and dandy however the pin pads are terrible and when you press one number it enters 5 more. Then you have to wait for the sale to reset only to try again and fail. You have to pull out and go to another pump. Very frustrating has been happening for months - wish they would fix this already.

Definitely one of the better Rutters I have been too. I like how they let you fill up your diesel trucks in full then pay. I hate the prepay places as how would i know how much it will take to fill.

Rutter’s is the best. Location is good being right near 61 and 78, just at the bottom of a big hill though. Small amount of truck parking which is also good. Get their hot food inside as it is made fresh when you order it

Knew I should have just went to wawa. I ordered a basic sandwich. after I ordered it I realized in was $14.00. I didn't know you could spend $14 on a gas station sandwich. I though oh well. 20 minutes go by and I realize the lady is Just starting to make my sandwich. And that point I just canceled it. The coffee station here is poorly set up (I still dont get why wawa is the only place that knows how to make an intelligently design coffee station. This place is super slow, ridiculously priced, and has a poor lay out. bother? GoThis place is super slow

Always loved this place. We moved to SC, and they have nothing like this down there. Miss it a lot, and always make sure we stop when we come back up for a visit. One thing that is different is the red beet eggs. Always had them from Winter Garden, but changed to Sauders. Purple eggs don't appeal to me and the taste is just as bad. Get back to the original!!

Awesome convenience store with great and unique food items! I had the crab cake sliders and they were great! Also has a walk-in beer cooler and a seating area. Much better than Sheetz and just as good as Wawa.

Amazing friendly and courteous staff food is great as every rutters I love all rutters that has truck parking downfall no showers but overall all their locations are great clean a lots of varieties of everything

My first time here and i had to do my 34 reset.. I asked the guy at the register politely, " could I drop my trailer so I could go to Wal-Mart to get some supplies, that I wouldn't be gone long. He said no dropped trailers here. I said oh ok thanks anyway. Shortly after was a flatbed trailer loaded dropped his trailer all night who was beside me.

I love the food better than Sheets and Wawa. The place is clean and they have good deep fried food. Food has the best crunch, I would get a 10 out of 10. Rutters the best place on Earth to get food and to get drinks. Tornados are the best!!!

Stopped in here today to get lunch because I used to like the food here, so I ordered a cheesesteak with mayo, lettuce, and onion. First, I will say it was cold, the bread was cut all the way through making it almost impossible to eat, and to make things worse the cheese was on top of the lettuce! Who is the idiot that thought that one up even the first-year cook knows to put the cheese on the bread then, the meat on top of the cheese. This was the worst cheesesteak I ever had.

It's easy to tell when someone is new, they're a little slow and unsure where some things are located. Fully understandable. When the new person has an issue finding something, ask where it's located, still can't find it and then the senior employee gets the item. You think problem solved. No, she got it for him, let him make it and then tells him he got the wrong kind, acting like it's his fault when she's the one that got the wrong kind of chili. It's chili, let him finish. She wants to redo the entire order. After 20 minutes, I'm not waiting another 20 minutes so she can feel in charge. Thank you to the cashier for the prompt refund. April 3rd, around 6pm.
