Numerous times they are out of the prescriptions that I need. Have been to the drive thru during open hours and it has been closed. Also numerous times. Waited a long time for some woman to purchase the entire store at the pharmacy counter instead of going up to the cashier and asking questions about every item she was buying. All around annoyed with how this store operates.

Drive thru is NEVER open. Meanwhile there are 3 people working the pharmacy and no one in line inside. You don't know the drive thru is closed until you drive all the way around to see there's a sign in the window. Then you have to drive back around, park and walk all the way to the back of the store.How about not wasting people's time and PUT A CONE OUT to block the drive thru or something. This is so ridiculous. Worse pharmacy in town.Also a high chance your regular RX will be out of stock when you try to refill it. Like it's a surprise they would need that medication on hand.

Had to wait over an hour for a prescription called in by my doctor. When I came back for them I asked about the 3rd prescription because I was only given two. I was told they were out of Zyrtec and I would have to come back on Thursday which is 3 days later. When I walked through the store I figured I would see what else they had other than Zyrtec. Was kind of dumbfounded to see a lot of Zyrtec on the shelf. So why could my prescription not be filled? Hmmmm….. I pay for health insurance I’m not paying $20 for something that is covered by my insurance.

I was there today, decided to go Thur drive Thur and there was an employee standing in there with her back towards me. She then turned around and said that they were closed for lunch and proceeded to pull the shade down and told me to come inside. There is a note on the window that says they close for lunch at 1:30. I WAS THERE AT 1:10!! I will be transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere!

I've always found their pharmacists to be friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I can't speak to the former reviewer's claim of no medications in stock ever, but I've always figured it was best to call ahead and give them to a chance to get my prescription filled, and then come in and pick it up when I'm notified it's ready. I've never had a problem doing it that way.

The red headed girl from the pharmacy is by far the worst. Don't expect your prescription the same day,I sure haven't yet. Like others have stated they say they never received the script. So the doctor and emergency services didn't send them,really?!

They are the rudest people I have ever seen. My boyfriend was there looking for something and instead of assisting the girl pointed to where it would be. Well there is a lot of things in the corner where she pointed to. The girl at the pharmacy was kept walking away from him as well when he asked her for assistance. Then later tonight, my father went through the drive through for his medication and they say one thing that his medication is there and next they don’t have them or they need authorization from the doctor. The pharmacist say one thing and then say another thing. They are very rude and cocky too and now we are transferring his medication back to his old pharmacy. Tired of the run around.

Possibly the worst RiteAid.I've come here multiple times for prescriptions and they've not had them filled or claim that they never got them. Of course, I then check with the doctors office that sent in the script for them to tell me that they had sent it in hours beforehand. Terrible!

My local pharmacy stopped requiring masks and even removed the signs regarding this! WTH? Out county in PA is still in the "yellow phase" of reopening. Most of the employees aren't wearing masks either. Businesses should still be using masks in the green phase. Oh my gosh!
