We took our dog to get a bath today and the newer tubs they installed are gross. The sign that said “this tub was disinfected “ had green algae on the bottom of the sign. It definitely was not cleaned. The corner of the tub was dirty and towels were cheap. Needed to use 4 towels to dry off our large dog. I liked the old stainless steel tubs that were more enclosed so the dog couldn’t jump out easily. (It doesn’t let me post pictures)

I was in the store today to pick up some dog food and I found out that they were out of the food that I needed for my dogs. So I asked one of the guys if they had any in the back and they told me that they did but that they didn’t know when it would be available so I looked around to see what other dog foods they had then it dawned on me that they were selling Expired dog food. I have seen a lot of dog food that was from 5/ 23 and 7/23. That’s a good way to make a lot of dogs very sick. I worked at a pet and dog grooming place for five years so I know at the end of the month you have to pull dates that wasn’t sold for that month and send it back to the warehouse or send it to a farmer for there pigs. A District manager should go to this store unannounced and start pulling dates and see how out of date there foods really are because nine months is disgusting and there selling some foods at full price I won’t be back and I changed my dogs food to something different the same day. I’m done with this store.

Everything here seems to be overpriced honestly. You could walk to Walmart next door and get a Seresto collar for $13 cheaper. There have been other items I've seen there that are just more expensive than Walmart or even other pet stores. Not to mention they spam you with email if you sign up for their rewards program. I only go there if needed as they're the closest pet store otherwise I don't bother.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Vincent for all of his help tonight! I’ve been having so many issues with my Great Dane puppy and his food and he was MORE than helpful. He really knows what he’s talking about and is so personable. Definitely an awesome employee

Excellent for giving Bear a bath and has everything one could possibly need. Bear even made some new friends. And we got to see a double rainbow as we were leaving. Highly recommend. Staff was great. Wonderful experience for the human and the pup. Bathing is not timed here like at other places. All supplies were clean and available.

Nicely stocked pet store with various grades of dry to frozen foods, treats, toys, and some adoptions. The store is pretty friendly and the staff is helpful. Had kittens, ferrets, fish, and reptiles. Will return here.

Everyone here is always truly great, but I have to shout out to Kaley in grooming services. I'm so thankful for her. You can't get a smoother experience than with Kaley. My dog is a nervous dog and our experience with her is always so fast, easy, and painless, and she's so incredibly kind and patient. I've been to other people in the area and Kaley just takes the cake. I feel so comfortable with her and I couldn't recommend her enough.

I recently broke my ankle and started using the curbside pickup. So easy, and the staff is so friendly and eager to be of use to me. I am so grateful. Though I do look forward to going in and wandering around again to find new treats for the sweet doggies💕

Groomer did an awesome job on my dog but they took off her flea collar and threw it out without even telling me. I understand if you have to take it off but put it back on or ask me what to do with it. Those are really expensive and I should've been asked first. I'm extremely upset. I paid how much to get my dog groomed now I'm going to pay an arm and a leg for a new flea collar. So thrilled.
