Well maintained friendly and smiling staff 🙏. Have food options like subway and McDonald’s. Their 10 cent cheap gas idea is really awesome when you use loves app. Keep on adding loves stops and save a good amount in gas .. well recommended, this one is not available in New England don’t know reason ..

A Congested mess, rude ignorant mgt. Fuel lanes blocked for 20 mins w no one fuelg. I call in for assistance and was greeted w sarcasm???! Now my load is late cause I still need to fuel elsewhere . Sick... Dirty too.*** A followup... Back again and looky looky the exact same as my last posting.... unimpressed!!!

The showers are dirty and molded. Not sure what the lady back there is cleaning. I was in and out. Definitely won’t be be staying here long for a 34 hr reset. 🙄

Minus the horrible flow of traffic, it's not a bad Loves. The bathrooms and showers are decent. The store staff is helpful. The shop staff, especially Steve, Rob and Cody, are very patient, knowledgeable and very friendly, especially with pets highly recommended second shift in the shop.

This location has been super busy since I first visited in 2013. I've never been able to get a park here no matter what time I visit. They do allow some bobtail parking in front (which is perfect to keep a full spot free) but you do need to ask which spaces are ok for overnight. The showers are relatively clean but number 7 (a handicap unit) needs some repair for the lower shower head. I will visit again if I'm bobtail!

The store is nice, workers are nice but one of your employees has not taken a shower for days or has not washed his clothes for days. I was there today, March 12th, around 6:45 am, and the entire store smelled so bad. Obviously, customers are going to blame it on truck drivers.evertime he walks past an area, that section smelled so bad.. I was about to get some hot dog , but that smell didn't let me. Please give training about good hygiene

We needed to have a steer tire changed out due to an air leak. We chose Loves because they carry our preferred brand of tires. We went, had the service done, and went along our way just fine....a few miles up the road we had a tire leaking AGAIN same tire that we had replaced...The technician didn't tighten the valve stem and let us go on our way. I know humans make mistakes but I am Very disappointed we could have ruined another 900$ tire by a simple mistake. This is not our first poor experience with Love's technicians performing subpar work.

No complaints about the store or the staff. People here were very friendly and doing the best that they could, given the volume of drivers that comes thru. That being said, whomever designed this particular Loves obviously didn't know what they were doing. It should at least have an entrance and a separate exit. They certainly didn't thought out the layout of this place. Not for the weak hearted or the short tempered by no means.

Truck drivers, don’t waste your time here looking for a safe spot to park. Bobtails here love taking up whole spots for just one truck. Two days in a row, can’t find an open spot in the am or on. This Loves parking lot for truckers is a sick joke.

Bad experience. Rita manager very rude no parking for 18wheeler manger said I was stealing chilli and cheese for my fries from McDonald's after spending 600$ in diesel fuel also she very lazy ask her to use loves Change counter she was like "takes to much time" I will complaining to corporate because I just replaced 4 18wheeler tires and got some maintenance done on my truck cost over 2k but she judges me like I'm broke. laughable. trucker I would pass this up parking fill up at 2pm less u bobtailing.

This place isn’t the worst. However, there’s a lot wrong. Not clean. The shop has someone back up their trailer into the bay in very short notice any truck entering this chaotic place can easily cause a collision. The lady that work in subways alone around 11pm too after midnight deserves 5 stars! She was swamped.

1st shower they assigned me was not cleaned. I went back to the front counter to request another shower. The women gets on the radio starts arguing with another women stating how she doesn't want to do her job. They assign me another shower but before I walked off I was warned that the next shower might be dirty as well. It was much cleaner but trash can was full.

Stopped here on a long drive from New Jersey on my way to Maryland. Had a few car issues went into the tire shop where I was greeted by a gentleman named Steve, who was very attentive and helpful. I probably wouldn’t have been able to make it back to Maryland without his help! He was very kind and informative, very professional, and was able to provide me with options, even when he couldn’t help me. Thank you, Steve!

One of the worst set up Loves stops I have ever been to. The place was clean and the staff was professional and friendly as always but the lot is small and only one way in and out. Unfortunately because drivers are dumb and impatient they end up blocking the exit while trying to enter the fuel islands. If it's even a little busy avoid it at all costs. I'll keep driving to Carlisle next time.

In this place, you will find yourself waiting for 35-45 minutes to get diesel It’s too cramped.exit is the same as the entrance and the truck shop is just in the middle. Don’t dare coming here after 5pm thinking you will find a parking spot.People park everywhere on the sides of entrance and exit which makes it unsafe getting out. If someone is trying to buck up a trailer in the shop it blocks everyone else from getting in and out it creates heavy unnecessary traffic.This place wasn’t designed for big trucks. They have McDonald’s and subway very busy.THEIR SHOWERS ARE THE WORST!!! HAVE USED AT LEAST 4 DIFFERENT SHOWERS HERE AND THEY HAVE NO HOT WATER!!!! ITS COLD AND WARM WATER. IF YOU LIKE TO TAKE HOT SHOWERS DO NOT COMER HERE. HAVE TOLD THIER ASSOCIATES AND THEY DO NOT CARE.SOME OF THEIR FUEL STATIONS IF THE TANK IS FULL THEY DO NOT AUT STOP.

We LOVE Love's Travel Stop. You can shower here if need be. Pet friendly. Enclosed Dog park 🐕 🏞️ with Dog pot. In case your Dogs a hippie. If you've ever wondered how much your Cat weighed try the Certified Cat Scales🐈 ♎ lol Jk. But still funny. Foods and convince at your service. Decently maintained rest rooms. Come & go or stay a while. It's all Love.

Basic rest stop for the average travel goer. Could be a bit tidier both inside and out. It has all the essentials you’d need for a quick pit stop while traveling. I can’t speak in great detail but for the professional drivers it looks like they have a lot of amenities (showers, mechanic, fuel etc).

you can’t take out on the employees that the parking lot is small and congested and also that their compactor is broken i feel sorry for these workers having to deal with this , clean well maintained places is an understatement for here , and all of the workers are so nice and caring to everyone’s needs …this is a truck stop not the dollar tree yes things will be higher in price but hey it’s not a pilot lol

Funny how the review I posted a couple weeks ago from my other account has been removed about how the service manager in the tire shop and the manager of the store would rather make a driver and a tech from a different tire company work out on the highway and risk their lives instead of allowing the tech to do his job in their parking lot and get a driver on the road again! Both the driver and tech would spend money at the truck stop while their! That's some good quality individuals they have as management! My guess is that they didn't like my comment saying that both of them are the woman in their relationships and get pegged by their significant other. Just find it poor management skills that a manager comes out to make some eave with his chest all puffed out like he is a big tough guy in front of other customers and the owners are ok with it! Awesome customer service skills let me tell ya!

This is the worst love’s shop I’ve ever been. The workers are very rude and disrespectful especially the one who is named JOHN! So I was in the restroom to wash my face and brush my teeth, thanks to him I didn’t been able to brush my teeth as he repeatedly said to leave building. Everyone who is just wake up you going to wash your face and rinse your nose right? He said I can’t do that in a restroom when nobody was there except him and I! He also said for that I need to buy shower and rinse my nose there. He also said that this is the private place I mean hello “I’m buying diesel and foods here”. He was very disrespectful and rude to me, since when the love’s workers are doing like that or am I wrong..? People like him shouldn’t work there! I’ll never visit again this store! Keep like this love’s management and you’ll lose your costumers!

02.15.20.This review is for tire shop.Had to stop due to flat tire. There were one truck in the service bay, and mechanic stated he will call me. 1,5hrs passed no one called me yet. It seems like nobody is working at the shop.Doors are locked.Worst part there's no parking I'm moving constantly around the lot.After waiting 2hrs I left without fixing my tires.Never coming back 👎👎

This is one of the better loves I've been to, thought the parking is small and somewhat tight in places it's not that bad. But mainly wanted to say hats off and great job to the repair shop guys that were working on Sat/ Sun 05/13/23 /05/14/23 I believe they were David, Kyle,Karl, and didn't get the other guys name. But long story I was having some issues with my truck and trailer and David and Kyle went out of their way to help out above and beyond the simple level of service with the issues I was having, Great job all you guys . Would recommend this loves service to any other drivers out there 😁👍👌
