Last week my wife and I made the difficult decision to put our dog of 14 years down. This is the first pet we’ve had to do this with. We had no idea what to expect or how to do it… other than call our vet and make an appointment. As difficult as the call was Whispering Pines was incredible. They walked us through each step and were gentle and kind, as they shared the process. Sadly, we ended up having to put our dog down sooner than expected. Graciously, they were more than willing to move our appointment up. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were treated with care, kindness, patience, and sympathy. They took their time and never rushed us. When we finally found the courage and strength to leave, the team brought our dog out to the car, so we didn’t have to. I’m grateful for all the ways we were taken care of… especially during such difficult circumstances. It was the best decision to lean on Whispering Pines for such a time as this. Grateful beyond words for all they did!

I've read some of these bad reviews, and it's a bunch of entitled Karen's, treating this facility like their own private emergency vet. Let me tell you the truth of the matter.They see 3 of my 4 shepherds. They oldest is very hard to coax inside, and always pees on the floor (clearly not a fan of the vet). They never make me feel bad about it, and are often available to help me drag her inside. I haven't had a bad experience yet.The first experience I had with them was my little Maltese, who was rapidly deteriorating from a rare strain of Lyme disease. When I called and told them he was having seizures, they took him right away. They kept him for several hours under observation while getting IV fluids. They called me when he got worse, and were very empathetic while he passed.As someone who used to see a very sought after vet in South Florida, I can tell you the pricing is extremely reasonable!

The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They took their time and shows great care to both my cats. The office was bright and welcoming. Today's exam room was spacious and my cats have fun exploring the room. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable. My cats are usually weary of strangers but for some reason they seemed at ease in his hands. Thank you for such a great experience at whispering pines.

Staff is extremely nice and compassionate. Got my dog in as a new patient very quickly and had his surgery scheduled for the following week. Dr. Burry did a fantastic job on my dog's optical surgery. Thank you whispering pines for taking care of my pup and dealing with all of my questions and concerns with patience and grace.

They treat our girl well......thanks for all you do! The only negative thing I can think of it's hard to get thru on the phone sometimes (demand is high for their services) - you gotta catch them early in the day.

Very friendly, but unexpected prices, was told appt. Was 45, was charged 48, then my cat had mits in her ears, which in turn cost more , but charged me for the q tip and also to LOOK into the microscope... not sure what the initial fees for if it doesn't even. Involve the techs to use their eyes.

Best there is thoughtful caring people.. my Bayley loves them all . I say vet she's ready to go.. they care . whispering pines is still the top vet in our AREA they have been so kind and wonderful and HELPFUL FOR BAYLEY an myself this past year and 3 months since I've been sick. I not naming ANYONE cause I'm afraid I'll forget a name and that would be awful if you work at whispering pines in grove city pa. Whispering Pines is a place you would want to take your pets too, they are Nice understanding Loyal And compassionate for animals. I would highly recommend this veterinarian to anybody. If I could give them a 10 star I would.

What a great Vet with a very caring staff. I was traveling through the area and needed to get my dog in for an issue. They got me in quickly and gave a very good exam and had me on my way. They even told me they will send the doctors notes to my home vet. I would highly recommend this fine group of people for anyone in the area looking for a Vet.

Vet was very knowledgeable and was willing to take the time to answer any and all questions. However, our 6 month old shepherd was scared and stressed when a couple young girls tried to take her blood. They seemed very inexperienced and were not able to handle her to take blood. I feel the vet should have handled the blood. Other than that, we really liked the staff!

I can not say enough about their care and compassion and the steps they took to make my anxious dog at ease.. When making first appointment I mentioned our dog had a bad visit at a different vets office and the staff at Whispering Pines were all about making Sydney's first visit a " Good Visit/Experience " Today I took her in to be fixed and again, they did additional things to make her comfortable and not scared. I am very pleased with the staff. The facility is beautiful and very clean. Top notch in every way.

I had one dog my entire life and this was the only vet we choose to go to. Their doctors are very educated and well trained. I felt comfortable with the advice they provided me and respected them a lot. Something else I like is that they are not expensive and this was great for me and my dog. I did not rate 5 stars due to a receptionist I seen 1 time when I had my dog put to sleep. I was very upset when checking out that day and she showed no empathy. With the exception of that day I really enjoyed the receptionists I worked with. I would absolutely recommend their services.

Dr.Perkins oversees my Chihuahua Noelles medical treatment for CHF ,enlarged heart and treakea issues because her heart is so enlarged that it's pushing on treakea so she coughs due to not getting enough air in or out . I give this Doctor tons of respect as he is why she is still alive. My Dogs are my heart my kids my everything. I've never felt more confident about a Doctor for my Girls because I know he's making all the professional decisions and he knows what is best.

Dr Richards and his team are the most compassionate group. They cared for our sweet Toby. They helped us with a diet plan and ideas to treat him. When the time came to make one of the hardest decisions; they sat with us an explained our options. The staff even cried with us, he became part of their vet family. We can not say enough about them. Toby is truly missed but everytime we pass the office we talk about this great team. We would and have recommended others there.
