I love that this store is in Grove City now! I prefer to shop in a store that has large aisles and a large selection. I have multiple types of animals domestic and farm, so it's important to me to find somewhere that has absolutely everything I need all at once. I also like the fact that while they have a huge selection the aisles are big enough and things are spaced out enough that I don't feel like I'm dodging displays to get what I need. It's full without being stuffed and crowded!The employees are always super helpful! I think it's a TSC thing that they have to say hi to you when you walk in the door, and they always do. They also offer to load my car when I buy chicken feed, which comes in 50 lb bags so it's appreciated that they offer... I never let them, but I do appreciate the offer! All around great store for farm, homestead and pet products.

This is a great farm and hardware store. They also carry lawn and garden items, clothes, jewelry, hunting equipment, and much more. This store was recently renovated and added an awesome greenhouse. The store is always tidy and the staff are helpful.

As always this store ranks above most everyone is always ready to help you find what you are looking for.And the manager at this store Steve went above that expectation and helped me find everything I needed to help a puppy of mine she quit nursing from mamma.Thank you I think the puppy is doing better.

This is a very nice store with friendly employees. We come here for cat treats, suet and birdseed, and seeds and plants in the spring. They always have a nice selection of these things.

***EDIT: Steve called, and this issue has been resolved, he explained what the problem was with the voucher, and has provided me with a bag of dog food. He was very friendly, kind and professional. Steve has saved the day! I cannot express how much it means for someone to take the time to reach out and explain things to me. Thank you Steve!!My dogs eat Diamond Natural brand food and we love it. I entered my dog in a social media contest through Diamond brand food. He won, a prize he got was a voucher for a free bag of food. On the back of the voucher there is a portion of text that addresses “Retailers” and how to obtain credit for the free bag of food. My husband went to Tractor Supply to get this bag of dog food. The cashiers Brandon and Linda stated that the voucher couldn’t be used. My husband explained the voucher, explained it was sent to me directly from Diamond, after being questioned as to where it came from. Regardless, they told him it could not be used. Very disappointed in the customer service. We use tractor supply for most all our pet need (probiotics, glucosamine, flea and tick prevention, dog food, cat food). But after Friday (11/25) we will most definitely be changing retailers.

Great place to go for typical farm needs. They have a few replacement parts for farm implements. I come here to gety dog, cat, and poultry feed. :)

I wanted to buy work pants when they were on sale. But they only had one pair in my size. I asked if they had any more, and was told not out on the shelf. But if I kept my receipt they would honor the price when they were stocked. After the 4th weekly visit, they finally have my size. Now I'm told they don't do it like that. And it's been too long. (It's not my fault you didn't have them) I was also told the employee should never have told me that. (AGAIN..that's not my fault) Poor business practices!!

I went in to purchase something specific. They didn't have it. I picked up a few items that were supposed to be on sale. The tags for these items didn't say you needed to have a rewards card for those prices. I went to check out, cashier didn't ask me if I had or wanted a rewards card. After checkout I realized I paid $15 more for the items I bought because I didn't get them for the listed price. I have only been to that store 3 times and so I didn't know how their tag with pricing or rewards system worked. Disappointed that I chose to pick up items even though they didn't have what I wanted but no one working tried to save me the money I could have saved. Store was clean. Cashier obviously wasn't very helpful. Not many employees around asking if you need assistance.

Staff is very helpful. When I went in all I knew was that I wanted a hand cream that would protect and heal. The clerk showed me where to look. Then after she determined what the cause of the dry damaged hands was from she narrowed the selection to two. With more guidance from staff I chose one. It worked wonderfully and within 2 days my hands were much better despite the fact that what caused it was still in the mix.I will definitely go back If I need any more of the items They sell. I also found out that they have an affordable vet clinic on site.

Almost everything for the farm. I will say call and verify they have what you find online. I made a purchase online for some ice melt that was good to use down to 20°. When i drove there, the Manager had me pull up to curb and another employee loaded 4 bags in the back of my SUV. I got home and stopped in driveway to spread some salt. When i opened the back, the first thing i saw was snow all over the bags. When i brushed them off, I notiiced it said 40 lbs on bag. They were supposed to be 50 lbs. So I checked and not only were they not ice melt. It was Water Softener Salt. Back to store. Got Manager and told her of screw up. She blamed the employee that loaded car, even though she told him which pallet it was. So I went looking for the bags I researched onine, I didnt see the exact bag that i saw online. She said, oh this is the same stuff just in a different bag. When i got home, again to spread the salt, this brand, made by a different company, was only good to 32°. I guess that was my bad, just saying, You Better Check what they are giving you. Not everyone knows what their doing, or worse, They Do. Shop around, and make sure they have what You want, Not what they want to get rid of..

I have shopped in this specific location, since it opened!I am not rating this, as I had a not so good experience today! I had to end up giving 1 star, ONLY so I could post the review.The store was DIRTY - big holes in the wall by bathroom - loose dog food morsels on the shelf by where my particular dog food was( My bag was fine), staff unfriendly, a limited selection of dog food bag size selection !I will NO longer patronize Grove City Tractor Supply. I'm very disappointed.

M&C Lawn Care /myself & my wife frequently go to the Grove City,Pa Location. The staff is Great there Anna, especially goes above and beyond to take care of us and whatever we are looking for/ or need to get our job done . Steve the the rather new Manager also does a great job at making sure to always help us with licating what we need and making sure that if we find a better deal to always make it right there .The staff always greats us with a smile and we’re on a first name basis there , Logan, Bree, stacia , Chrissy , and the few others that I can’t think of there name , however have there faces pictures are all great staff and should be appreciated for there great service and great customer service .We love having them and your company in our community , because for the fact that we have something close to Home so we don’t have to drive a far distance for things we need , such as hand tools , 3 point attachments , nuts and bolts , or any other smal things we may need to get the job done .Reward this amazing staff you have at this location. We did this winter by taking them a Christmas Card as a token of our appreciation of them and always helping us .

Tonight I went into tractor supply to get a trailer, what I got was way more. Sarah, the manager went above and beyond to help me and make sure that the trailer I got was the one that was going to fit my needs. As far as customer service goes she delivered an A+. I would recommend going to tractor supply in Grove City and asking for her help to all of my friends.

They have vet every Saturday for shots and the staff is like family very friendly n helpful
