I have a monthly prescription that for some reason they can not have ready on time. The last 2 months I have run out before they filled it. Looking for another pharmacy. This is a more expensive pharmacy and if medicare would permit I would change tomorrow. If it were possible I would give them 0 stars.

This Rite Aid Pharmacy has gone very downhill lately. When I picked up my daughter’s prescription, they didn’t know if it was reconstituted OR if it was flavored or not. The last few months I’ve gone there, there’s always some weird issue or confusion. Plus it seems very unprofessional to allow pharmacy technicians to wear sweatshirts/yoga pants. Only savior is Ned, the pharmacist.

This Rite Aid is pure junk. Shutting down for half an hour every day is the dumbest policy ever. Waste customer's time constantly. Go to Giant Eagle Pharmacy. Much better.

Refused to fill a legal and lawful script for Ivermectin. The reason cited for refusal was Rite-Aid corporate policy and not pharmacist judgement. Since when do corporations practice medicine?I'm high risk and had been taking Ivermection prophylactically for 26 weeks. Had to send to Texas. What a disgrace! Good thing I wasn't sick. Have joined a class action lawsuit against Rite-Aid

I scheduled a covid vaccine so I stood in line 15 min at pharmacy on krutches in pain (had hip replacement) waiting then I see probably 5 to 6 ppl waiting to get there shots my apt was at 6:51 it was 7:10 when I walked out the door and I did not get my vaccine .... shouldn't have to wait hour or more when I was scheduled!!!! Ridiculous won't go back and no seats

Closes too early and doesnt carry items that other similar pharmacies carry (like Covid Rapid tests), I like Rite Aid, but definitely avoid this one

The pharmaceutical residents in this pharmacy went above and beyond to help me today! I passed out from dehydration and they came out immediately and brought me a chair and some water! They were so kind and caring.

Nice, clean store. Slowest checkout experience every single time I'm there. Don't expect to get in and get out because if anybody's in front of you in line, you will wait at least 20 minutes.
