The prices are higher than the other box style stores. Most of the staff are not very friendly. When they can tell when they see you are trying to find something in their store, it's like they head for another place in the store. Not good, folks.

Went into Ace Hardware yesterday looking for a fastener not exactly sure what kind from a panhead wood screw staple or clamp. I wanted the Fastener to be black. Not exactly sure what I was looking for but was shopping so to speak. A ace employee asked me if I could help you . I showed him a picture of my project and he proceeded with his knowledge of the store to take me to three or four different possibilities. At the end he introduced me to a product that I did not know existed that would be perfect for the job I was extremely grateful for the courteous help.

My daughter has special needs autism and mental health issues and behavioral problems. I went into store to make a purchase. After getting home I lost my cell phone. An hour later I returned to inquire about phone. They looked everywhere for me. Tried calling it for me. My cell went straight to voicemail. The man was kind enough to. Was nice enough to text me. He asked asked if I found it . i thanked him. He said he was happy I found it. Excellent service, kind people and very kind not rude. Thumbs up

Great service, I had special keys I needed cut. I had to order them from the manifacture, no one carried them locally! Being they were bought at a different location. The staff at store informed me if they cut the keys they couldn't garrentee them, they did not have replacement keys if something went wrong during cutting procedures. I ask him if he know what he was doing he said he had been well train in cutting keys! So I had him do the keys. He did a outstanding job. Great job outstanding service! ACE IS THE BEST!

Ann Marie needs to be a manager. Straight up she knows the complete store know people, is friendly thoughtful and courteous, doesn't stand around or hide when someone needs help great store everyone except one is great and he needs to go . Lazy. Not manager material at all

There friendly but everytime I go there they dont know what I need even when showing them. Need more people who know about the products. Very frustrating when they send you to a different store because they don't have anyone there that knows anything.

The staff that was working tonight was unfriendly they never said hello and we seen a worker and went to see if she could help and she turned and walked away from us no one asked us if we needed help looking for something as we went up to the cashier to ask him to see if they had what we where looking for he turned his back to us as a customer approach him so we left after that instant we will no longer shop there we'll go to busy beaver or tractor supply for our needs
