The home delivery employees consistently send me severely dented cans. Minor dent is not an issue. Dented half way into the can is a problem. I requested a return/replacement but the system would only allow a refund and the instructions directed me to return the item to the store in order to complete the refund process. I use home delivery because I cannot get to the store. I have significant vision problems and cannot drive. I don’t know why the Walmart employees continue to send home delivery customers the damaged goods that in-store shoppers don’t want. They could easily pick it back up when they deliver my next order. Bad policy, bad business.

Be very, very careful of their reduced grocery items. They repacked this smashed can in shrink wrap and turned it inward against the other cans to hide its condition. I am not risking food poisoning by using it.I think my "reduced" is probably more costly than full retail. I thought it was reduced because it was 3 out of a 4 pack, but in reality they were conning me into buying garbage.

I didn't have an appointment. Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30, was told that they couldn't get to the oil change until 10:30. I was ok with that being I live within walking distance. Got a text at 8:50 saying the work was done. Great job by the service team In East Greenville!!!!!

The East Greenville Walmart Supercenter is always a good Walmart experience. It's not as big as other Walmarts, but I like its layout better, and the employees are friendlier. They usually have the items that I need in stock, and I like browsing the discount section which is down between the garden center and personal hygiene. The self checkout areas are good and there are still lanes with cashiers, if you prefer that. I forget how good this Walmart is, until I go to a different Walmart and am disappointed. I wish that they were still open 24 hours, as I'm a night person who enjoyed his 2am shopping trips.

The best times to go are early in the morning and late at night. There is no one there. People are friendly at night when I needed to check out with a human when all the lanes were closed.

This pharmacy discriminates against people with mental illnesses. If your physician prescribes you anti-anxiety medications, watch out. For nearly 2 years my wife and I have had to put up with discrimination, public humiliation, and refusal to fill legitimate prescriptions. All that usually comes from Erik. We routinely get told the physician never sent in the prescription. Oddly, three other prescriptions are always sent in at the same time but it’s only the anti-anxiety med that they “don’t have”. Until my physician provides proof it was sent in, then magically they find it in their system.Additionally, we get to put up with insinuations we are addicts or the physician is doing something unethical, all in front of other shoppers. I asked to speak to managers and the only names I can get are Reggie and Leona Kalaluka. And even though these two are the managers of the pharmacy and store, respectively, no one knows how to contact them or what hours they work. I’m wondering if Erik and Reggie will be more responsive once complaints are filed against their pharmacy licenses and investigators from Harrisburg show up at the store? Maybe Leona will become available once a discrimination complaint is filed against the store?If you or anyone you care about suffers from anxiety or any other mental illness, please, do NOT shop at the East Greenville Walmart. They actively discriminate against people suffering from mental illness and have repeatedly shamed us and refused to fill legal prescriptions.

I don't know what they feed these employees Passat supercenter is the most amazing Walmart ever I could not be happier with a store they are absolutely amazing the customer service was so exceptional I don't even have words there that good ☺️😊

The grocery pickup is terrible. Waited almost 2 hours pickup my grandmothers groceries she ordered online “to save time”. They said it was ready at 3:30 and to be there between 4-5. Was there at 4. Still sitting in the lot at 5:50 Walked in the store and they told me to wait 5-10 more minutes. I’ll just pick up her groceries myself next time 🙃🙃🙃 I get being busy but waiting 2 hours on a Friday night??

This is a clean well maintained Walmart. Its never super busy and until Covid hit it always had you you were looking for. Its in a small town and the people are mostly friendly.

Yes I use to work here for about 16 years before I left the company, still a great store to shop in but very disappointed that I bought package meat and it was already bad didnt realize that it was expired outby a month already. I really disappointed this should not be happening at all thow people get sick

Delivery miss items and solution is come pick it up? Ordered hamburger patties, cheese, onions, tomatoes… what didn’t come? The hamburger buns. Spent $ for free delivery for a year, and customer service says come pick it up. Missed orders happen alot , I don’t complain but trying to feed hamburgers to family w no buns is hard not to complain about

Well Walmart I know times are tough but to put the big danishes up on top and the little Danish is underneath what a way to put it to the public totally unhappy with my purchase. You shouldn't charge what you're charging for this then bottom three danishes it looks like they are half the size of the top ones

What a wonderful location. Visited while visiting family. Wish we had a location like this where I'm from! Front end looked well kept and all the employees we came across were very nice and professionalUpdate: stopped here again while passing through because of the great experience last time we were up here. Had to get a few grocery items and a couple things from electronics. Now let me tell you, most Walmarts have issues with their Electronics departments being understaffed or poor customer service. This one seems to go above and beyond to help its customers and I wish all the other Walmarts I visit could be like this one. Big shout out to Jonathan especially, super professional and very helpful! Can't wait until next time

I come here as a vendor and as a customer and last time an employee was rude I let it go even though I was shopping. This time I came in as a vendor and I went to ask one of the shoppers, Jenn, who was rude for no apparent reason, a question and instead she told me she couldn't help me because she was in the middle of shopping. I could tell it was a jealousy thing as she helped the lady right after me. All I asked was Can you help me with something? And she said "I'm in the middle of shopping." Then helped the next lady. She was rude and unprofessional and I would not want someone like that working for me.

The Auto Center department is awesome! I was having problems returning an online order and the staff checked into things and gave me my refund and resolved my issue right then and there! Kudos to the Auto Center staff as they were helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable! A good group of people!

My vehicle takes 0w50 full synthetic oil which is hard to find. They carry it. Walmart had more Mobil 1 oil viscosities in stock than AutoZone down the street.

Helpful bike shopping info. Many bikes to choose from at reasonable prices. The employee from automotive was very kind and helped to get a bike off the rack for us to purchase.

Went here with my brother to come up with a couple outfits and the old lady at the changing rooms was really rude for no reason. For some reason the changing rooms are locked and she was standing guard the whole time. We did spend a good while trying on different clothes/outfits but she kept saying how it "doesn't take that long to try on clothes". You can't rush art. It's a shame how teens can't go anywhere anymore without being either treated like criminals or feeling unwelcome. No wonder everyone our age is inside on our phones all the time when this is the treatment we receive trying to do anything else. She made a couple such comments and it put a damper on the mood of an otherwise fun time.

Walmart East Greenville - Auto CenterI decided to take some time out to write a review after having my tires replaced at this auto center. My car required 2 replacement tires and after looking around and deciding against going to where I used to always go for tires ( they were bought out by a national chain I am not a fan of) I decided to give Walmart a shot. I already prefer this store location to the one that is a little closer to me as it seems to just be a better store overall. I went online and found 2 reasonably prices tires, made the appointment and brought vehicle in for service. Once I arrived I was very impressed by the customer service in the auto center. The gentlemen working in there are super nice and very accommodating. I dropped the car off and did some shopping. the tire replacement to about 40 minutes from drop off to pick up, enabling me to shop for a few needed items in the mean time, but not requiring me to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I would recommend checking th4em out if you need tires or other services, and I will be considering them for certain services in the future. The management should be aware that these employees and great and an asset to this location.
