Day shift manager, guy with the red beard, is not very helpful friendly or pleasant. Every time I have to talk to him his first answer to every question is no I don't think so. And each time it has been invalid. Either he is overworked and doesn't want to be there, or he is in the wrong line of work. Managers are supposed to be the end all for any customer questions. I prefer waiting until the female manager is working because she actually helps and doesn't make you feel like your bothering her. Ryan's cool too!I will still do business here. And recommend others as well. Just with a light caution to avoid ol angry red beard.

I would give a big fat zero for lack of customer service. I returned suet cakes a month ago and still have not gotten my full refund yet. I didn't get 18 of high energy suet cakes so when I complained they refunded me everything but the sales tax. Returned 36 other suet cakes because they were smashed or broken in pieces. They did not credit me for 3 cakes because "it missed the cutoff". I called the customer service 3 times and get dropped everytime. I contact them via their web site which they are suppose to response to in 2 days. I have done this at least 6 times. Only got one response back. Got a reply from the owner to call but I don't have 20 minutes to spend on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone. After being contacted by the company, I have finally received the outstanding amount. It is a shame I had to go to such measures for such a small issue.

Wouldn't return a lawn mower belt that snapped on me. Blaming the lawn mower, not the point, your belt you sold me obviously didn't work. Wouldn't return it WITH my receipt either. All a bunch of idiots working here.

The store is friendly and fun to shop. One very nice thing about Tractor supply - if you are a neighbor's club member you can order online by 2 pm and get same day delivery. It's very nice if you need a bunch of 50 pound bags!

I usually go in for certain items and they are in stock. If you want something they will get it in. They will assist will any heavy items into your cart and assist you out to your car.Very friendly service !

I think the guys name was Rick but I’d like to say THANK YOU for helping with our bee problem when we weren’t able to find wasp spray. He directed me towards Sevin Sulfur dust & let me tell you IT WORKS wonderful. It doesn’t kill them directly but it has helped with the 3 different type of wasps we have. I tested it out on this paper wasp that was in between my windows.

A woman at the Greenville, PA store by the name of “Chris” went above and beyond excellent customer service! I’m in Erie, PA and wanted an item that wasn’t available at our Tractor Supply. Chris took my number, made some phones calls, and I’ll be picking the item up in Erie tomorrow!I was in awe that someone actually took the initiative to make a customer happy. Thank you so much!

This afternoon I came in to help a friend haul his yard tractor he just purchased. The sales clerk was helpful at first, until we realized a clip was missing. No big deal, just wanted to see if we can get a replacement ordered or whatnot. He accused us of breaking it! He claimed that the store just got a shipment in an hour before my friend purchased the tractor and that he put the tractor together. Well starters, I work for retail (an Assistant Manager) and I WOULD NEVER ACCUSE A CUSTOMER OF BREAKING SOMETHING. Two, you don't put tractors together, they come prefabbed in a crate or it comes off the trailer. Three, that guy needs some proper customer service training. If that was my associate, there would be repercussions happening. I come into this store alot and so does my husband, and we spend alot of money. And my friend just spent over $700 on a tractor and to be honest disappointed because of the treatment.

Good people, lots of items you are looking for except a little lacking on thier namesake "Tractor Supply". Three times I have gone in looking for a common tractor fitting or bushing and they are either out or don't carry it. Other than that, good store.

Tsc is a good farm store but the rewards program isn't worth giving them for phone number. I have been a member for four years and have not seen any rewards yet. They don't accumulate the points. If troy don't use them in a short time they disappear. I never find them in all the junk mail until it's too late.

Wish I could give half a star. I know they have the generator parts I was looking for but the staff were too busy flirting with each other to help me out. Every time I come up here it’s something different, I’ve just wasted my last trip on piss poor service

Store was fine but the chicks and duckling didn't have any clean water and the ducks where standing in there own filth..had to ask store employee to give them water and then he sat the water container on one of the duckling heads...he did nothing as the poor thing screamed to be freed..again had to ask the same employee to free the duckling..he was very irritated by the fact we asked for water and told us it wasn't our responsibility..my husband had to insist twice to get them water

Tractor Supply in Greenville, Pa. Is where I go for dog food and toys and vaccinations. I buy all my horse supplies there from vaccinations to food to all my riding gear and all my fencing gear. The staff is very friendly and quick to help.

So disappointed went and got a Christmas tree paid 42 bucks for it and got it home I'm so disappointed and it and it looks hideous it's the worst tree I've gotten it is so bear needles are already falling off and there's gaps big one it was a waste of $42 I'm so disgusted with it
