Amazing experience with your staff member, Angel. Last week while passing through from Ohio to my aunts house in Erie. I decided to get some gas for the trip and ordered some food since my local sheets in Twinsburg is my go to and never disappoints. Angel provided some amazing service when I Ordered the Quesarito and absolutely nailed it. Never had anything that delicious from any of the sheetz I've been too! Blown away too with the great hospitality she had as well recommending me some local restaurants too if I am ever back in the area. If Angel see this review Thank you! I'll have to bring my friend out to try out Majestic Bar & Grille sometime!! 10/10 will come back to this sheetz If I am back in the area for the friendly staff members as well and way better food them my closest sheetz. :)

Ordered my food, and I heard the one male employee’s say “ there are other places to eat besides Sheetz” that was disappointing!! My order number was 958, got my breakfast sub home and the top part of my sub was hard and wasn’t able to be eaten! I worked for Sheetz at store 260 for 3 years! This is your job and if you don’t want to do your job then there’s the door!!! Everything is expensive anymore and when you order something to eat you want it to be eatable!!! next time I hear a negative comment like that I will cancel my order and go to country fair!! You can count on that !!!

this sheetz has saved my life i’ve got reliable warm food at 2 in the morning for years and the workers there are always nicebut don’t use the bathroom there i got robbed one time and a different time there was feces on the floor, you’d have better luck peeing outsidebut the food is delicious!!!!!

I will say that this Sheetz gets my orders wrong way more than it gets it right. So I just stopped going to this location. However the Sheetz customer service online is amazing at fixing the issues, I really appreciate them and they always make me feel valued as a customer. I also appreciate the public restroom. The parking lot is way too small, definitely an accident waiting to happen. But yeah I avoid this location because of the constant mistakes with my food.

We ordered subs and I would have given 5 stars, but the bread was hard as a rock and not fresh. Chewing the bread actually made my mouth sore. Other than that, it's s great place to get good quick food and or anything else you might need.

This isn’t the first time in fact the second time in two days that I went in and my food was burnt. It may not look that bad but the bun is rock solid. I also ordered mayo. Does that look like a reasonable amount of mayo for a chicken sandwich? No. This sandwich was 5 dollars. Five dollars that I can not get back. Not only that the employee who handed me my food was talking horrible things about the college students. This is a college town. You are working in a college town you are going to run into college students. I get it not all of them are the nicest and they may irritate you but keep the conversations low and not right by the send out station.

Sheetz is for the most part usually a pleasure. They are pretty good at what they do now a days. There were problems in the past but that doesn't seem to be a thing much anymore.

This Sheetz gave our whole family food poisoning. We only ate once yesterday so there is nothing else that could have made us sick. We all ordered different items so somebody definitely didn't wash their hands before making our order.

I just want to say how grateful I am for our local Sheetz, especially during such a trying & hard time for many. This evening around approximately 7:20/7:30pm (4/16/2020) me and my daughter ran into the store for a couple things & the lady at the register ask if my 2 children would like or if they could have a lunch. I wish i had caught her name but i just cant recall. Thanks for being a wonderful business in the community!

Food's decent, mostly cheap. Convenience is the main bonus, but then again it is called a convenience store. Staff are normally pretty nice.

I come into this store frequently and never have an issue. This morning they are working at the counter and therefore people are not lining up as they should. I was next in line, period, and the cashier looked past me to acknowledge someone who stepped into an alternate line behind me. She was not next, no matter what line she was in!! The cashier continued to look past me and then make a big production about people not knowing where to line up, referring to me, who she thought jumped line. It’s not my fault that you chose to look up when two other people were clearly ahead of this individual. I’m just trying to get to work like everyone else!!!!!!

I hate this parking so much that I feel like I am taking my life into my own hands every time I go here. I live a block away and I would rather drive up the road to Country Fair than walk to Sheetz!

The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I love the food, especially those PB&J sandwiches that you can get. The only thing I can say that I do not like is, the parking is atrocious, hate the parking lot.

Mobile ordered 2 redbull cold drinks and 5 count oreos. Normally this crew likes to make mobile orders as close to the pick up time as possible so I waited to send my friend in at 8:36. Order wasn't supposed to be done till 8:39. I call and ask about the status since it has been 22 minutes and the manager Nicole was very rude. Asked for an order number when I said it was a mobile order and got mad at me when she couldn't find it. Told her my name and she snaps saying she already called it 3 times yet wasnt in the pickup station. My friend was in there till 8:36-8:45 and never once heard them shout my order. Told the crew to get Takoma whatever her name is her order. Good food and normally amazing stuff till my run in with the manager tonight. Do not depend on mobile ordering. It'll either be shortly after you order or the 14 min eta it gives you. If you arrive 4 minutes into that 14 min eta you stand there and wait in additional 22 minutes because they fail to place the orders in the pick up section.

Sheets is rather lovely! As someone who frequents there at least weekly, all of the staff are kindhearted and have their own personalities! There are at least three members of the staff team that - although I cannot recall their names - are easily identifiable by key phrases that they use! Once, a staff member who often says 'hun', gifted my sister and I a free sauce packet of Dr Pepper bbq sauce when he held a conversation about never having tried it. Later on, she remembered to ask us how it tasted!The only improvements I'd have for the place are areas to sit while waiting for orders, and find a way to manage the way that meatballs smell when they're being cooked, as it can be rather nauseating.Overall, it's a lovely place to go! Remember to wear your masks!

Great staff, great service, good food. One girl behind the counter could see I was struggling to keep my mask on (Covid19) and said, "Oh, hon, you don't need to keep your mask on in here." I appreciated it, since the stupid masks I made didn't fit! Wonderful people!!

I'll come in for lunch every once and a while, and they have never made my order incorrectly in any way. Really appreciate the kitchen staff's attention to detail, and the friendly employees and management!

Everytime I go into this store no matter what time the creamer machine never works right . Coffee is hardly ever fresh . And half the employees have no customer service skills at all . Some never even speak to you when checking out . This is the only Sheetz store I've ever had a problem with .

They have an open WiFi network, though I don't know if you're likely to stay at a gas station long enough to make that useful... Unless of course you show up on the weekend late at night when drunk college students show up en mass for food and have to wait awhile for your order to be prepared. They do have a decent selection of sandwiches and such through their MTO offerings.

Complete goofs working in mto for the most part. Always messing up orders. Forgetting simple stuff like sauces which are extra money to get. They don't seem to care at all.

We used the mobile app to order curbside. We’ve been waiting for an hour. No food. Tried calling store, phone just rings; no answer. Horrible service, don’t use curbside, it’s their lowest priority.

This is a nice store and the employees are helpful and friendly, however, the sheetz MTO food has really gone down hill. It is now overpriced garbage.
