I called to have a perscription transfered there, because earlier this morning i called the wrong rite aid to refill my husbands perscription. I have 2 children and i'm only human... I am not perfect..I make mistakes. On the phone with the woman in the Pharmacy she makes the comment that he does not go there thats why she cannot find him in the system. Then after I explain the situation she says " ya well I do not see how that could possibly happen but whatever" I hung up! This is exactly why we dont go to Greenville. You can think all the ignorant things you would like inside your head but I've been in Customer Service jobs and that was COMPLETELY unacceptable.

Great place to purchase plenty of items that aren't available anywhere else in Greenville PA. They also have a pharmacy in-store & by drive thru & pharmacy service gets a 4.7 rating because the wait time is minimal and the staff is SUPER helpful! In the rest of the store, there's a great variety of office/school supplies, pet supplies, laundry supplies, baby products, hair & make up products, cards for absolutely EVERY occasion, cold drinks and snacks, health care needs & they always have an 'items for $1.00' aisle & a 'Seasonal' aisle with some great fines! You can also develop your photos there as well. Very, very rarely is there much of a wait time to check out. Due to the fact that the items sold in the store, make this a 'convenient' store, be prepared to pay a little more unless they advertise good sales!

Store would be 5 stars it is Clean, Good deals on sales, lottery machine, quick check out lines, but the pharmacy is awful. The lady working evenings at the pharmacy is rude and insufferable. Switched my family's perscriptions out because of her bad attitude.

When I can't find something at Walmart, Rite Aid is the next place in town. They offer products that you might not find at Walmarts.Very friendly staff. They wear masks for your protection.

First of all I never do reviews I normally forget about the issue but I can’t seem to get this off my chest. I’m giving three stars because everyone behind the pharmacy was very nice and helpful, however the older lady that works in the front at the checkout made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt like I was being watched and followed. From the time I walked in her eyes were glued to my children and I. I later walked down an isle and what do you know she came down the next isle and fiddled with the empty cooler beside the isle I was in. Got my prescription filled was walking out and her staring at me and my children again. She should of just asked for my recipe if she had such an issue with me. I will be changing pharmacies

If this could be a zero review. It would be. No one there knows how to read for starters. They all don’t have a clue about prescriptions. The doctor send a prescription over and they just fill whatever they want to, regardless if it’s correct or not. One person will tell you, the doctor never sent an updated prescription, you call back and guess what, they acknowledge that it was sent but doesn’t know why it wasn’t filled and a old one was. It’s a guessing game on what your going to get from them. Maybe try retraining the staff the basics of reading and understanding prescriptions. It’s the same issues every single time I need a refill from them. It’s seriously time to switch. No wonder no one goes to rite aid, it will be the next closed down store in Greenville.

Nice store but dont waste time trying to use the 30% off coupon they email you. Claim to give the better deal when they give you the sale price when the 30% off price is way cheaper. No reason not to shop at Walmart when Walmart is way cheaper.

I called and was given the wrong pharmacy hours, made the trip there and found out they weren’t open yet. I went back when they were open, and there wasn’t a pharmacist there, so they couldn’t fill my script. The employees were kind, but I really just wanted to start my medication and get over my infection.

Doesn't know how to answer a phone... Call and all you get is busy signal for an hour!! Really? I need peescriptions filled and instead of going to them they just lost my Business to CVS or Walgreen's
