The staff is wonderful and they take the time to answer your questions. They have even fit me in when I've trapped cats that need to I be looked at right away. They don't assume anything and are genuine, patient, and empathetic. They genuinely care about your pet. This is one of the best group of people I've met so far since my move to Greenville. Dr Clark and her staff are amazing. They keep our fur babies happy and safe. Our recent visit was because of an emergency. Dr. Clark saved our Mel with how quickly she reacted. Thanks to her he’s recovering well from his emergency back surgery. He’s back to being his silly self.

Dr. Vanessa is amazing. She was very thorough in examining both my dogs. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. This is the only vet clinic my family uses and Dr. Vanessa is one of the reasons why.

All the Vets , techs and the staff are amazing. Everyone there is so caring and knowledgeable with our dogs.The amount of time and knowledge they give is incredible. We recently lost one of our dogs due to old age and illness and we were given so much empathy and support from each and everyone there.We would never take our dogs anywhere else! Thank you all !!!!

We brought our 13 week old cavapoo, Lady, to get her follow up puppy shots. Everyone was very nice and helpful and we will use this facility from now on. It was definitely worth the trip from Ashtabula County

We were able to get our beagle in the same day we called. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Procedures, diagnosis and medications were explained well. A follow up appointment was set up the same day. The staff was truly concerned about our pet’s issue and were relieved when he came back for his follow up doing well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Took gransons cat for 2nd opinion luckily!! She would have died without their care of surgically removing both kidney and bladder stones..Even staying in their care 3 days it was cheaper than original vets estimates.

I’m extremely satisfied with the care my dog Ginger received today.Her old vet left the previous office and we didn’t feel comfortable taking her there anymore.She started showing signs of an ear infection and we knew she needed to be seen.I called them and got an appointment the same day, which I was not expecting.My dog is extremely nervous at the vet. They were understanding the whole time and provided her with amazing care.Looking forward to having Ginger continue going here.

Our dog got sick and we knew it was serious. Our normal vet was going to take forever to get her in to be seen and then they wouldn't allow us to be with her (you hand over the leash at the door and wait in your car). Greenville Veterinary Clinic got her in really quick and were extremely kind. Our Bella had a large tumor on her spleen and unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge. She was suffering and they got her in the very next day to aid in her crossing. They were amazing, patient, sympathetic, wonderful. They are definitely our new veterinary clinic. Everything happened so fast for us and they were just so kind and considerate. Thank you!!!

Love the compassion Apollo received from every one there. Dr wheelock is very compassionate and explains every aspect of the visit. I truly am grateful to have my pets apart of the clinics. I drive 17 miles each way to have my pets seen by the best Vets in my opinion. I also would like to thank Dr Clarke for her compassion when euthanizing Apollo and the vet techs they were all fantastic at this hard time. Again ty all for everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes they can get booked up, but are willing to try to schedule you in if it is an emergency. They keep pretty good time, you'll get called back around the time you were actually scheduled for, not hours after. They're pretty good with the animals, and prices are reasonable.

Brought my kitty Sabrina in today for the first time. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The vet was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, caring and answered any questions I had. I was blown away by how affordable my kitty's care was. I will definitely use Greenville Vet for all of my pets future needs.

We have taken our miniature poodle- Cotton to Greenville Vet since got him when he was 2. We do the yearly thing and any pup dog maintenace between times and the monthly flea, tick, heartworm and enlarged heart meds. Nice to have 1 stop with a competent staff! Woud recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet or to change.

Used to take my dog to this vet all the time. When I first moved to PA two years ago this vet became his primary care. I have spent plenty of money in that time but now that my dog had to be put down I feel like there was no care in the world for my dog. I initially brought my dog in for an emergency check up appointment but his health was critical so I had to end up putting him down. Before that decision I was told I could take a chance to save my dog and wasn't even told the chances and the turn around rate for a dog this age, this condition. I was told after I put him down I'd receive a call in a week. Week and a half went by and I heard nothing. I had to call to be told he'd MAYBE get done in a week, if not that, then two. Wait that long and hear nothing so I have to call again to be told this time there was a death in the family. He died 2/7/23, I have received him 3/8/23 in a cardboard cylinder. I did not deserve the extended grieving period and lack of communication. He was a loyal patient who did not deserve this turn out.

My beloved best friend passed away completely unexpectedly. I brought in my cat in a box, crying my eyes out. All the front desk staff were so caring and understanding. I bawled, and they gave me tissues and hugs. Thank you so much for caring.

When I was a kid my parents took all of our animals here. After moving back to the area, I knew where I'd be bringing my pets! They are great, timely, friendly (but don't get my very energetic dog revved up), and I always trust the Vets' advice. While I do miss that they used to have emergency hours, its completely understandable that they don't anymore, given the vet shortages that are becoming problematic in the US. Despite not having emergency hours, they were super accommodating this past summer when my German Shepherd starting having difficulty breathing and were able to fit her in for a day long observation "appointment" and diagnosed her with pneumonia (which they efficiently treated with a couple rounds of antibiotics).They are also great with cats and take excellent care of serious cases. About six years ago my sister found a kitten in a ditch in the rain and, while he was at the vets for a couple weeks, he pulled through has lead a fairly normal life thanks to them!I 100% recommend this clinic if you are looking for a reliable and caring vet!

Everyone was polite and professional and took care of me in a timely manner. The doctor answered my questions and told me exactly what she was doing and why they did bloodwork, etc.I would refer people to see Greenville Veterinary clinic if they had a pet that needed care.

They went above and beyond after Fette animal hospital dropped the ball off a cliff .. definitely not happy about the way Fettes treated my disabled granddaughter or my dying pet.. Greenville veterinary hospital was beyond awesome!! They moved things around and got us in immediately and made sure neither myself or granddaughter had any medical issues of our own while there and stayed over an hour after the last client and allowed us to proceed at our pace.. I cannot say enough to actually show my appreciation !!!!
