I have the opportunity to work with Doreen every morning when I come into the store. She has gone above and beyond over the last two month trying to get flooring delivered to the store for me that wasn't totally smashed in upon arrival. I know she has 100 other things to do throughout her day but she is always very helpful and does whatever she came to help me get through my work day. All of the customer service representative do a fantastic job at this store but I work with Doreen frequently and never have any issues with how she completes her job. Give this woman a RAISE!!! Thank you for all of your help!

The store is laid out in a way that is simple enough to find exactly what you are looking for. Isle 26 has discounted lumber, which is a nice idea. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. I only stop here maybe 3 times a year and never had too serious of an issue. I'll be back here soon.

Home Depot is a fun and exciting place to shop for home improvement projects and supplies. From lighting fixtures, kitchen, bathroom, doors, flooring, paint, lawn and garden, building supplies, tractors and lawn mowers, etc. Wonderful staff to help navigate the wide selection. Plenty of parking and easy access from the highway.

It's home depot the standard for home supply stores. It is a 1 stop shop with good hours and people to ask questions of up front at customer service.... maybe not anybody as we should know by now. they have different departments and you need to be going after the people in those departments. The place is always 1 light and 1 sweep away from heavenly but it is a hike if you are a small time renter doing small time things ): lots of good stuff and you can avoid the big name in town when you shop the deals. For storage solutions and even minor projects. I'd be willing to bet some of that online shopping can pay off but like anything certain items need to be fondled before purchase.

Pro-Membership, Paint & Service: First off, I'm 69. I am still in great shape and have a multi-skilled background. I can afford someone else for most jobs, but I do it better. I moved to this area about 4.5 years ago. The Greensburg facility is closest. And it's conveniently located to many other retailers and their competitors when they do not have what I'm looking for. I do go to Home Depot first for just about everything. I give them a rating based on an overall view of the down-turn direction the retail services industry is in right now. And I do not blame Covid, global warming, or Trump for its current condition. It's rare that I go there and need assistance. But when I do, I have not been too impressed. And at other times, I want the guy's personal phone number for when I return. A week ago, I was in a rush to get a project completed and wanted to order the same paint I had purchased a few years earlier. I had all the numbers I needed. The main desk said I could do it or transfer you to the paint department. I chose the transfer. After about eight rings, someone picked up the phone and placed it on the counter. After a few seconds, I started saying hello a little louder. While I wait a little longer, I can hear conversations and the tapping of a keypad. As I approached the 1-2 minute timeframe, I realized they wouldn't pick it back up. (I didn't have time to go there to order it.) The next day, I decided to try again. Front desk to the paint department again.The guy answers. I tell him what I have. He says he can't do it because you'll have to pay for it. No issue; who do I talk to? He confirms that I'm a pro-member. He transfers me to the pro desk and the pro dude answers. I tell him what I have. He says do you want to pick it up? Yup, that's why I'm calling, to get in and out. He said you can come in and buy it. I said that's why I was transferred to you by the paint department, so I can buy it now and pick it up. He said you can order it online. At this point, I thanked him and said I'd come in and order it. This is just one of several issues I have had here. As you can see, I like detailing things and do not have time for the others.

I had outdoor carpet installed over a month ago and still waiting for it to be taken care of. The installer got glue all over my railing, the block, siding, post and j-channel. I have tried to give them a chance to take care of it but I have no resolution. I want my money back and for the Home Depot and not the installer to remove the glue. Do not use them for carpet installation. Their installers have no respect for other’s property.

Well, my Wife and I, mostly my Wife has reached a point where it's time to update the house. We just updated the deck, and we got the material from the Pro-section at Home Depot. The associates were very informative and helpful. That's the service that keeps us going back to Home Depot.

Overall, I like the nearby Home Depot better than Lowe's. They always have the bathroom lights I need, which are an older model and nobody else carries them in store half the time. There's always a cool Halloween corner going in the fall, and I can usually find most of what I need here. The employees actually will help you at least find someone that knows about what you are asking for, if you're unsure. Solid place.

Great store that’s never too busy and has a good variety of products at a competitive price. We always come here multiple times around Christmas to check out the Christmas decor. We never have any issues finding anything due to the stores organization and cleanliness and the staff is friendly and helpful! Solid place overall!

Every time we come we have a good experience. The lady who assisted us was wonderful - so knowledgeable as to where everything was located, even though most of what we needed was not in her particular area. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of scooters available. I REALLY wish we had a Home Depot closer to Blairsville because it's SO MUCH BETTER than Lowes.

I have gone back to the store to the order desk 3 times and no one is ever available to take the order Was there last night and the one person that can take the order was taking an on line test and could not help for 1.5 hours. They do not stand by their products when they drop ship. They tell you to deal with who they had send it. They didn't even tell me it was a drop shipment when i ordered. ( this was $4,000 of shingles that arrived all open, soaked, and discolored.)

Brooks running shoes was her suggestion for walking and they have arch support very comfortable. Shoes were expensive but what isn’t. hope they last longer than my 3 recent pairs of Skechers!!!

I am a very experienced cook. I went this week to buy a high end stove and the staff was very condescending and I think it was because I was a woman. My son is a chef and we cooked together I needed at least five burners if not six I knew what I was looking for. And the salesman just ignored me and then wanted to point out colors. I went to Lowe's and they were very professional and I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted from them.

Probably one of my worst experiences.Such a long story but had an online order, called an hour and a half, confirmed qty of boxes and dimensions ahead to have it pulled, showed up and nothing was ready. Waited an hour, 3 of six come out the the kid never told me the depth - which was deep.Long story short, don't order online because the store you pick it up from can't help you. The manager here is currently trying to help me with another larger order to make up for the 3 hours of chaos but again, if you want to order something, find it and call the store you want it delivered to. And when you call ahead for pick up, call an hour plus before, then again 30 minutes out to make sure they actually pulled it

My 45 yr old son asked mean customer service lady tonight if he could put 2 unpaid for carts behind her desk..she said why don't you pay put in the car and come back to look at plants? He was ready to walk out..Tim the stock not came by said I can put 2 carts by self checkout and you can get plants and do one check out. My son pointed to the customer service sign and the lady and said you are customer service..customers heard all this .My son spoke to the manager and said how great Tim was. He did not mention miss meanie.. She needs to work I say but not in customer service. I deal with customers all day and we relish customer service to our customers..Have a great evening!

I've never had as bad of a customer service experience as I'd had here. I went to return an item that was purchased online with my Home Depot card that was an add-on with an appliance purchase, the item ended up not being needed, and I went to return it. There was some issue with locating the purchase as I didn't have a receipt, but was able to locate the order number and sale information through my account on their website. After showing the cashier the purchase and item on the order several times, but to no avail, she wasn't able to locate it in their system. She got who I assume was her manager at that point who was not only unhelpful, but dismissive of my issue and told the cashier it wasn't their item and that I had to go through their online team to return the item. I remained calm and tried to explain to her that their policy states any item purchased online can be returned in store up to a year after the purchase date, and before I could show her my proof of purchase I was cut off and told "we don't do that here." A pretty minor situation that I was just hoping to get some guidance on became very stand offish quickly and I left feeling unvalued as a customer and utterly disrespected.I understand that working in retail is difficult, let alone in customer service. I've been there, I've done it. I've dealt with difficult people, so when I go into places I try to be the customer I always wanted. And I get it that after the pandemic things are even tougher and people aren't as patient. But I've never in my retail career talked to someone the way I was talked to that day. And I pray nobody has to be treated the way I was that day.I've located the receipt. I'll be back to return my dishwasher hookup kit. And I'll be going full Karen if I'm treated any way like i was before. I'll even bring the wig and crusty little dog.

I've got a positive and negative review.Was shopping with my husband for a door. As he is very weak and cannot stand/walk long, I ran to find a salesperson. I believe her name was Ellen. When asked for help I was told "get in line." I do not have to be spoken to like that.Then a very young girl with long blonde hair came over after hearing her rude remarks and said she would try to help. While she was assisting me, Nick showed up. A very knowledgeable young man who made our purchase enjoyable. So kudos to the young girl and Nick and customer training for Ellen.

Greg, one of the managers at Home Depot in Greensburg is terrific. He took what was a terrible situation (by the contracted delivery crew) and went over and above what he had to do to make it right. Everyone in this store is friendly and helpful.

Great place for the right refrigerator, Ed Snyder really took good care of explaining everything. We actually were good to look around more but after 10 minutes came back to Home Depot and said that's the one we want. Expensive trip ha ha but all appliances are up there now.
