My chili cheese dogs were cold and the chili on top tasted. Absolutely disgusting unedible. It's not very hard to make a chili and cheese hot dog.

Never had a bad experience at this sheetz. I work overnights and live closeby to this location so I tend to stop here early in the morning for food and beer after my shift on my way home. The workers are always so very kind and helpful especially Connie. It's always nice to see a friendly smiling face that makes you feel welcome! Keep up the great work guys!

Back in December when I was homeless I went into the Sheetz because my car broke down and went inside to warm up a little bit with my girlfriend we sat down to eat some food then the cops were called and we were trespassed for no reason I don’t understand why that is

I just wanted to shoutout one of the workers at this Sheetz. She’s a young lady who works the counter with blond hair, I think her name is Connie. Every time I have seen her, she is always so friendly and helpful. She just brightens your day, and I hope Sheetz takes notice of what an awesome employee they have! I only come in about once every two weeks and she still somehow remembers me. I can’t imagine the people or situations she has to deal with but she does it all with grace and a smile. Thank you for all you do!

It was packed on Halloween Night, and Owen was on point helping the kitchen and running the register also dealing with customers who had issued outside.Just had to give props, he was doing his job well!

This Sheetz is great! Really friendly staff. Good food. Clean place, even the bathrooms. The icing on the cake. I watched the manager today go outside to pump gas for someone who was on crutches. They really do an amazing job here and it obviously starts with the manager.

Why are hot dog toppings called toppings? Maybe because they are supposed to go on TOP on the hot dog!We order chili cheese dogs all the time, and time after time again, they put the cheese on the bottom under the hot dog and chili on the top. Have you ever tried to eat a hot dog with toppings gushing out of the bottom of your bun? Yeah, not fun.But what’s really irritating is when you ask them to please put the chili and cheese on top, they look at us like we are crazy, or have an attitude and say that’s how they always do it. When in fact it is not. And then again tonight, we asked and yet cheese still on the bottom!Please put the dang toppings on the TOP!!!!This may seem like a ridiculous complaint, but it’s quite legit.

Relatively new Sheetz, clean outside and in. They have great made to order food though, unfortunately, no drive through. Friendly staff. I would love to see them add hand sanitizer pumps at the gas pumps.

If there's older workers at the register don't buy alcohol or tobacco. They make buying any 21+ items a hassle compared to other places. If you have any family or friends standing near you, they'll get iffy about them. I've had them scrutinize my ID because it was verticle.

I work late nights in a family owned restaurant near this Sheetz. I have never been disappointed by this Sheetz location. Doesn't matter what I need, they always make sure my order is right. They're doing a great job here and they definitely deserve a pat on the back!!

I'm the infamous guy that intermittent fasts, and solely depends on Sheetz for my nutrition 5 days a week. I spend $20+ a night ordering food. Honestly, I put their third shift through a lot, but they have yet to ever truly let me down on the quality of the food and service; they're on point 99 out of 100 times.If I make it big, I'm taking these employees on a vacation. Would give 6 stars 👌

We go every friday! The team that works is AMAZING! they have done nothing but go out of their way for great customer service and they forgot my cheese sticks! The leader was kind enough to reimburse us for them and i totally forgot about them!! I appericate the way they truly make it awesome to stop every week.

Stop asking me to provid personal info for a discount. If your not selling it to someone for profits as you claim then just make your prices that low and see how business goes. A free soda is not worth telemarketing calls and spam emails at all hours . These cards from retailers are out of hand. I waist more time saying no 4 times than I'd loose spending my money elsewhere.

Rude service, 1 out of 3 customers in line wearing mask when I entered, and cashier even had his below his chin. The only star in this review goes straight to the cleanliness of bathroom which was not the best, but the best part of this dirty gas station

I wish I could award 0 stars. Zaynah is a real treat behind the register - I'm hoping that my sarcasm is coming fully through. I truly do not understand why I continue to patronize Sheetz. I thoroughly enjoyed standing at the counter unattended for 5 minutes and her blatantly obvious disdain at having to wait on me surely made the experience one I won't forget. Plastering Total Customer Focus around the store while engaging paying customers in that manner is duplicitous at best. My dollars spend just as easily elsewhere, which is where I'll be going instead. At least until Sheetz can find a staff that truly cares about providing customer service. I expect and require nothing less from my staff and ensure that that level of service is provided. It is a shame that the same can not be said about Sheetz, and in particular, this Sheetz. #SheetzSucksUpdate 2/9/2019, 10:50 pm:Tried to let bygones be bygones, but, alas, it was a mistake. Once again, Zaynah was so unfriendly, so apathetic, and so bothered to be serving customers in business that literally can't survive without its customers, that I truly can't fathom why someone hasn't done something about it. I hated that they changed the coffee but now anytime you go in there isn’t any half and half. Literally check the levels in the morning before people start going to work. I have gone in 3 times and nothing.

Two whomever the Angelic chef that crafted my quesadilla from the most holy of ingredients- chicken, cheese, jalapeno ranch, and of course the crispy tortilla encasement- biting into this sandwich is like being seated at the table of the gods themselves, where they can reach down from the heavens and grab a little piece of Mexico, a side of Italy, and a heavy dollop of American gluttony. This is more of a pizza than a quesadilla, overflowing with cheese, stuffed with the heartiest chunks of chicken breast, and the perfect amount of sauce. The boy tries to hand me an apology with my meal for the wait. What wait? The eternity that has existed before this morsel hast been allowed to venture itself unto my taste buds? Well, sir, it was well worth the wait, and until the next eternity, I shall cherish this meximerican delight, and dream sweetly of it throughout my days of old and grey.

I'm not around the area and I wanted to stop in and get something to eat but I heard what they was saying about me bc I recently went up to the counter b4 about a Previous question..and I just walked out I was highly disappointed.

They constantly messing my food orders up. Last 4 times I have either had to.go back in or call and complain. Its always the night crew. I could see here and there if they are busy but come on. 1 other person in there ordering food.

Night shift is the friendliest bunch of people you'll find at a sheetz, take it from a sheetz freakThey also actually FULLY cook their food so thats always good ^_^
