This place is ridiculous. I pay for the plus membership because they started charging $4.00 for curbside pickup. And now Everytime I go there all the curbside spots are full with no people in the cars , Reason beings is because you have those lazy people who don't want to park up in the lot so instead they take up the curbside spots and we the customers who are paying extra for plus membership are getting screwed. Was there today and again no spots I took pictures of the cars with no one in them we waited and seen two vehicles come in pull into the curbside spots and walk into store. When our order came out a nother truck pulled into a spot and the guy was getting out to walk into store, I told the girl why are you letting people take up the curbside spots? She said we are not aloud to talk about it. So basically management is doing nothing to resolve this issue. Therefore when my membership expires I'm switching to the lowest membership and I'm going to start parking in the curbside spots and be ignorant and lazy just like everyone else. If they are not willing to do anything about it. I would urge everyone who has the plus membership to cancel there membership then get the standard membership and everyone start parking in the curbside spots so you can get VIP parking. Beings management don't care why should us plus membership customers get screwed over and over, we pay that extra money for a reason . I added two photos of the vehicles parked with no one in them , this is just only a few vehicles, But when we first pulled up in every spot was taken and only one person was in there vehicles all the rest were inside shopping taking advantage of VIP parking on plus memberships bill, we had to drive around and wait for a moron to come out with there shopping cart full of items and leave in order to get a spot for our curbside pick up. No one in 2024 does there jobs anywhere, They just DONT CARE so why should we... I'm sick of it.. it's completely ridiculous that they let this go on every day all day. Letting these lazy, think there privileged people do this. So I'm going to be one of these lazy no good people for now on.. it seems when you do the right thing in 2024 you get screwed but if you do everything your not supposed to do you are victorious.. it doesn't help that Westmoreland county business don't care. I emailed Sam's headquarters with these pics I bet you a million dollars they won't do nothing about it either..Update : had another order at curbside again yesterday and still no parking at curb side due to people parking in the curb side spots and going into store to shop, I had to park up in lot and walk in to get me stuff of course I vented to the clerk but she looked at me like I was stupid or something this is the mentality of people in 2024. So at this point I am ot re - newing my membership when it's time for renewal I am going to Costco. I know my membership means nothing to a billion dollar company but it's my earned hard money.

I bought a big pack of beef stew meat for $23.00. It was the worst meat I ever bought, I had to throw away half of it because it was all fat. I also bought a pair of ladies Gap shorts that were priced at 6 dollars and some odd cents. When I got home and checked my receipt they rang up at $15.98. I am not happy at all with my visit

I always enjoy going to Sam's Club. I love the many options in bulk for all essentials. It's always very busy, but I think that they do a great job keeping it clean. Definitely wiII go back for more as needed!

Nice store that’s always well organized and well stocked. You can’t beat the prices when buying in bulk and the bakery section holds its own! This is the place to go if you have a large family or are hosting an event or party! Great food too at an incredibly unheard of low price at the little food stand in the front.

Went there for a curbside pickup, Could not find a spot , Every spot was taken by cars and trucks and no one was in there vehicles, I'm guessing they are letting people park in the curbside pickup up so they are closer to the store . But what is the curbside pick up customers supposed to do if we can't find a place to park ? I pay for business membership so I can avoid the fees they now charge for curbside. So I am probably going to switch over to the standard membership and start parking in the curbside like everyone else. Not sure why the owner / management is letting this go on. I'm calling up the corporate office next week to vent my concerns about this Greensburg, Pa location.

Rude, inconsiderate employee host at the front door. Just because your not a prime member shouldn’t give you any reason not to shop with prime members because they get a hour before basic members. The employee told me not to come until the hrs of open. I ask her does it make a difference she said no but, your not aloud unless your a prime member. Can’t wait until my member ship is over I’ll go to Costco.

What I like best is the scan and go. Like the convenience of not having to wait in line. I also like how you can get better prices on some items using this app. I just wish they had more items on the list.

So, if you have been to sams Club & had been approached by At & T to update your account, this is not directly At & T and they don't know all the details about your account you are switching from or the correct pricing info. after I switched to At & T from Sams Club I had 3 different issues that required me to go into an At & T store & because it was from Sams Club they weren't as helpful, then there was a restocking fee when Sams Club said there was not. At & T is a better service for the Greensburg/Ligonier area however go directly to a store to get all the correct info.

I buy my gas here because it's the cheapest and I also buy Nestle Toll House chocolate chips because they sell a 72 oz. size and I bake a lot. I also buy the big bottle of vanilla extract here when I need it. Today I bought a Steelers t-shirt and I love it.

Excellent location. Staff is helpful throughout store, other customers are respectful (including busy weekends), all checkouts are fast and efficient. Parking is accessible and easy. Store has a variety of options, carrying normal and in-season varieties of food, supplies, and items.

My order was supposed to be ready at 4 pm. I arrived at 4:10 pm and the order wasn't ready. I ran into your employee, Kyle when he was delivering another order. He looked and said he was sorry but they were behind. He offered to go pick my order at that time. In only 10 minutes, he was back with my complete order. Thank you, Kyle for great customer service!

This place was the definition of chaos. Parking was so cramped and crowded and the store was even worse. We did get what we needed fairly easily, but next time we'll definitely go to the butler store to avoid the mess.

Greensburg Sam's club is a pick up nightmare. This is the 4th time I have had to wait 25 plus minutes for them to bring my order out. If your going to offer this service then staff it correctly.

Went to Sam's on a whim that they might have storage shed in stock. Got there to find out that they were out and the ones ordered were spoken for. Store manager, Justin, was nice enough to help us locate another at another store close to us. Then the cashier who checked out our order was so friendly. Great experience, customer service does still exist. 👍

While in line at the checkout area, I didn't realize a checkout thing was open, at older gentleman came up to me and said, "are you in line". I politely said yes I am. With a very rude and impolite tone demeanor, the worker said, "well that register over there has been open for a long time now, go to that one". I did not appreciate his attitude with me or his tone. Not only was he rude, he was also talking to other customers and blocking another checkout line and socializing why there was a line behind those people. Pretty hypocritical if you ask me.

Sams in Greensburg Pa.Not sure how other people feel but we pay a membership to shop here and like to try to enjoy our shopping experience. My advice, loose the pushy sales people at the front entrance and main isle, it interrupts the shopping experience. If I want a new cell phone or interested in a gift card, put up a sign and I'll ask about it. People are drawn to the pretty Christmas lights and fuzzy feeling of the upcoming holidays only to get jumped by these commission volchers. Many people just try to avoid them but to be honest they are so pushy people have to be rude to them before they back off.

Good place to shop. Even though quite busy on a Friday morning before a holiday it was easy to get our supplies and more without grief. Check out was pretty quick for 2 carts of stuff. We did a cashier. Masks requested.Great value for price

Busy place today! Sold out of a lot of the essentials for a holiday meal. Still found most of what I needed, plus a few things I didn't know I needed. Only 3 cashier's but lots of self check out if that's your thing. Gotta have storage space or a big family to shop here, buying in bulk saves money but takes up a lot of space.

I have never had a negative experience at this store. It's clean, well stocked with popular, fresh food, the staff is friendly, items are priced to save you money, practically one stop shopping, convenient location, and reasonable hours. The two reasons that rank above the rest are 1. the ability to get in and out quickly and 2. reliability on certain stock items always being in the store. There are hundreds of products that they ALWAYS have in stock which is so nice. The alternative is one of my pet peeves...hopping from store to store looking for one item that no one seems to have. Oh, their gas is the cheapest around.
