Every time my wife and I go shopping in this area, we ALWAYS stop here. It's like a treasure hunt for kitchen and tool items. Always seem to find a very unique deal that sometimes, I have never seen before anywhere else. Worth the stop.

It is an overpriced goodwill. Sorry but for men anyway there is very little. The big open spaces are unnerving the massive totally open entrance and no movie theater. Go get a gym bag, find a few in a coat, pants, look at 4 shoes in your size and get tf out.

This place has gone down hill since last year. Seems there’s different management now, but what a difference. Dirty store. Messy. VERY RUDE Manager or supervisor. Whatever her title is( younger white female about 25 or so) Our family will NEVER go back. What a disappointment

I stopped at Ross's after 9PM since they were open until 10 PM. The two employees encountered were not friendly. I had to ask for help at the jewelry counter since the cashier was occupied with a paper task and there weren't any other customers. The cashier wasn't exactly pleased that I asked to see an item in a box. I told her to hold it for me until I was ready to check out. I asked the second employee on the floor where the dressing rooms were located and she grumbled that I only had less than 20 minutes to try them on. I only had two items! I purchased my merchandise and never received a "thank you for shopping at Ross today.'The store has great merchandise @ reasonable prices, however, don't bother their employees.

Love this place. Walked out with 6 large bags of items all way under $160. Bought jeans fir the guys in my family and they LOVE them..baby gift some house hold furnishings out door items to make the porch pretty...

We've had Ross around for a couple of years now, but I never paid any attention to it. I went in last month for my first time and love it. They have a lot of nice name brand clothes for cheap. The staff is really nice too. I will be a return shopper for sure.

In my opinion this is the best discount type store in the area. I always find stuff here that is not at Marshalls/Homegoods or TJMaxx. I fund their prices extremely reasonable also.

Nice cashier, but this place is a ghost town. Reminds me of Woolworth's before it closed. Hardly any inventory, what they do have is mostly junk. Odd sizes, ugly styles. Just looks like a closed down store.

Very good prices for the most part, the more ya go, the better deals ya find! The only bad part is... Anymore, the whole time you're in there, you get followed around everywhere ya go and get started at awkwardly the whole time. Otherwise, it's a great place and most of the girls there are super sweet.

I just had the worst customer service experience ever at this location. I was told by an associate that if I bought a pair of shoes and tried them on for a day I could return them if I didnt like them. Basically, I had the shoes for 4 days and decided there were some better deals online. I approached the counter and was instantly given a dirty look by their front end supervisor. She asked if I ever wore them and I told her yes and she told me she was not doing the return. I then told her I was told otherwise that if I wore them one day and didnt like them that they can be returned. She cut me off and said that the receipt says otherwise and I should have known! Well sorry that I'm a new customer and didnt pull out my magnifying glass to see that! She saw that that was not an acceptable answer and said I can go back to that associate at that location and return them. At this point I feel like I'm being interrogated for bringing back some shoes! She got the manager and was trying to tell her right in front of me that I was a liar and that it had ware (the bottom of the insole was rubbed by a sock a little bit). I quickly explained my story and had to point out to the manager that I bought these 4 days ago! She stated that if that was so that they need to honor it then abruptly left. The supervisor said oh we have to throw these away because you tried them on! We are only doing it this one time! Okay well I'm not buying from Ross Dress For Less again because they interrogated me and its non sense for them to assume I know if a shoe will fit when walking in them two steps.

This store is hit or miss, but when they hit you get awesome clothes for super low prices. I have found many great pairs of shoes and jackets here. I do not visit often but when I am in the area I make sure to stop by and check out the selection

Stopped in to look for a tie for my son. Too our surprise they had what he wanted and then some. Not a lot of men's and boys wear, but what they do have is good quality at a very reasonable price. Many name famous name brands to choose from. Wear from head to toe. Shoes, socks, shorts, pants, underwear, casual shirts, dress shirts, sweatshirts, and more. Big and tall sizes also.

Decent amount of womens clothes but the purpose of my trip was for girl kid clothes and womens sandals there wasn't much of anything to choose from..hence my 3 stars. Store was clean, nice workers but didnt have enough items. Looking forward to Marshall's to open back up.

My daughter found a ton of great deals here. This is totally a place for females. They have a small section for men, but if you have a daughter and need to do school shopping, hit this place. Decent prices.

Not a huge selection, but this is not in a large city either. It's a treasure hunt! I have found Timberland, Blank NYC, UGG, Michael Kors, and True Religion at this location. Some I buy for myself and some I resell online.

Stopped in Ross to grab a pair of shorts and while it was "OK", selection was very limited.The store itself was virtually empty, felt dated, and does not appear to be well maintained.Staff on the other hand was very pleasant and friendly.

Hit or miss. I usually find really nice dresses here but not much for everyday wear. They do have cute shoes. Pet products decent selection. Sometimes I find a bunch of stuff and others leave empty handed.
