I would give this store a lower score if possible. For 2 years I have been getting my dog groomed at the Greensburg location. After trying out a few groomers I had a groomer I really liked her name was Lindsey. So I kept going back to this location. There have been a few times they called and had to change appointment times I understand things happen with schedules. One time I had a mail groomer and he nipped Murphy’s tail I did not notice until we were home, I did take pictures and showed them to Lindsey she noticed Murphy was nervous the next few times she was trying to cut near his tale. I still kept going just made sure to get Lindsey. Then on Friday 06/02/23 we had an appointment at 9 Am . I confirmed the appt via text and checked in. I took Murphy in just before 9. I was waiting and a man that works there said the groomer was CLOSED. I tried to call the grooming salon and when I explains the situation the person on the phone asked me to hold on said computer was not working and then I heard ringing and was connected to someone else I explained again what happened. NO ONE apologized. They just said we called everyone. But the never called my I am one of those people that does not delete history on my phone. I have messages that are years old. Then they wanted to rush me off the phone said do you want to make an appt or not. They did not want to spend time on the phone with me even though the wasted a lot of my time. They did offer 25% off if a service. The worst customer service was from Brenda a groomer she was awful to deal with and hung up on me. I still needed to get my dog groomed and until I found another groomer and set up an appt for the next time I could take off work. Then Brenda calls and leaves me a voice mail that she does not think they are a good fit for Murphy and she cx the appt with out talking to me. ( I still have the voice mail from that) I know I am only one customer, I bought treats and toys every time I was there. Also my dog trainer uses the store for training. I will never spend another penny at pets smart. I will also tell any one that will listen not to go here. The company of trainers will also be told about the terrible customer service this store has. All they had to do was say they were sorry they did not call me it was a mistake. Now they send me daily emails to sell me stuff and I will NEVER buy anything there again.
