Always friendly and helpful staff. Love taking my dog here so she can pick out a toy. She needs a special diet and the one our vet recommended they had in the small bags but not the big bags so we ordered her food from chewy.

Bought dog food and treats. Forgot one of my bags at the store. Called them the next day to ask them if they had put it aside and they said no. Didn't offer any refund or another treat bag. Very disappointed because I spend about $150 every month there. Poor customer service

They tend to have a good selection of fish for beginners. And their employees ask very important questions before they will even allow you to purchase a fish. This is very good!Otherwise, they tend to be overpriced. As much as I dislike ordering things online, you will likely find better deals, unless you're using their coupons.

We went to this PetSmart to adopt our adorable kitten, we bought a few things to bring home for the kitten. The staff was very friendly and helpful, store was clean, well stocked and has a pretty good variety of pets.

Enjoy the many different options and selections of food, toys and cat nip for my cat. He's picky but there's much to pick from at Pet Smart. Staff is helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and clean.

We always shop at Petsmart all of them. The store was big clean. The coworkers was friendly, nice helpful check out was very easy if anybody is looking for a toothbrush for their pet, they have a double sided toothbrush, which I think is very cool.

Late feb 2024 . Stood in store for 40 min with 4 kids and wife . There was one person to help with retrieving animals. Whole store walked around with attitude bc they were busy.horrible experience

The girl working the cash register that had no name shouldn't be there if that much of a bother. I clearly gave her my name which she radio and muttered like she couldn't stand being bothered to the old rude mam that I told I only had ordered 1 and he handed me both not offering to refund it. Will never be back in this store and they both should be fired

Approximately 17:15,17:30 on Aug. 26 Saturday. My wife had press the help button. We stepped to the side to look at fish. The employee came out I said “we hit the button” . He smiled and as he walked to the button to turn it off. I said “ you have to acknowledge that first”. He replied; “she’ll be up to help you” he immediately went to the white couple and asked them did they need help. The customer shook his head vigorously to say no I didn’t even press the button.When the employee then turned his attention to me and my family. I asked him , “ why you would help them when I told you we hit the button?” He didn’t answer I said to him “ why would you help the white couple first when I told you we press the button for assistance?, did you do this because im black?” He stuttered over his words and said very condescendingly “ it’s not a black thing don’t do that” I told him that’s what it looks like so that’s it. I kept calling him out on his actions. My wife tried to step in the middle of the conversation/ confrontation. I informed my wife I will go for a walk while she makes her purchases hopefully he is gone when I get back. Upon walking away he made rude remarks and make thwarts to call the police. I said go for it I did nothing. I waited in the parking lot until my wife and daughter came out the store.

Nice clean place to go and take your pet for a little adventure. Love that they have cats for adoption right at the store! Most things including food, treats, toys & sweaters, costumes etc were a little pricey, but by the registers they did have seasonal toys on sale. My dog still had a great time walking around meeting people and seeing new things.

Of course this is a big box store. Everything is neat and organized. Prices fare. Parking good. Now the reason I gave it 5 stars is the staff. The staff can make or break a big box store. I have not used all the services. BUT the services I used the staff was super friendly and helpful. They work hard and knows they play a small part in a big picture.

Chris, the manager, was outstanding! I ordered a hamster cage online that was exclusive to PetSmart. I went to put it together and it was missing two pieces. He had me come in to get the pieces I needed. No issues. I also bought our hamsters there. He was incredibly informative. He took a great deal of time to explain everything to me and get me on my way. I will be going out of my way to continue shopping at this specific store because of his outstanding service. Thank you, Chris. It was a pleasure!

The management is great!!!! We drove about an hour and a half to get there and we were treated great! The manager (didn’t get his name) (dark hair, glasses and small build) was super nice and extremely helpful! The guy in the aquarium section (Brad) was great too! Thank you so much for all of your assistance! You truly made it worth the trip! I highly recommend this place!

We love this pet store! The one place we’ll go to get everything we need for our 3 dogs. Prices are fair and the staff is incredible. We just put our puppy through the beginner level dog class that they offer and the trainer Mia was GREAT. She taught us and our pup so much and gave us the confidence to keep training him, we absolutely plan on putting him in the next level class with Mia. Absolutely check out their classes if you’re looking to train your puppy!

I often use PetSmart Grooming at this Greensburg location for my 1 1/2 year old Golden Retriever, Farah. Today I had an appointment with Chloe for her to get trimmed down for the first time. I forgot to bring her updated rabies vaccine, so I ran home and grabbed it. Chloe was patient, understanding, and so kind. She still fit Farah into her day and she looks amazing!! I was having a bad day today and it could’ve been much worse if I couldn’t get Farah groomed. I’m thankful for Chloe providing excellent customer service. They’re lucky to have her there :) and I highly recommend her if you’re getting your furry friend groomed.
