I visited Petco today for grooming services and had a wonderful experience.The groomer, Amanda, was exceptional with my dog, demonstrating professionalism and care throughout the session. She paid great attention to detail, and my dog looked fabulous afterward.The service exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Amanda at Petco for anyone seeking top-notch grooming for their pet.Here’s my dog looking happy and perfectly groomed after a visit to Petco. Big thanks to Amanda for such an amazing job.Highly recommend her services for a pampered and stylish pup!

Kara in grooming is the best! She is wonderful with our dog Charlie. She is so loving towards him and he gets excited to see her. We know he is in great hands when we leave him with her.

Alyssa always does a wonderful job with all of my dogs. My instructions are always followed but even more importantly, my dogs love her. I feel comfortable while they are there that they are in safe and capable hands.

I have 2 pups that I bring in. Every time i book an appt online.. i get an instant call to schedule for a better time. That deserves 10 stars right away. They i bring both of them in and they have not had any issues with them both being there at the same time. 10 stars stay. The Lab mix is easy breezy. Hes getting a little old, so he does have some discomfort in his hips, but they are completely aware. The other is a Germ. Shep. who is very nervous and they seem to handle him very well. When i come to pick them up, they are wagging their tails with huge smiles on their faces and more calm than when we entered. And they smell and look amazing!!!!!!! They are a little pricey, but it doesnt leave a mess for me to clean up and it gets them socialized with different experiences and people!!!! I don't think I will go to anyone else ever again. They are great!!!!!

I took my Maltese in to br groomed. He had the stains on his eyes, which is so difficult to remove. When I picked him up. He looked perfect. Our groomer did a wonderful job. Very impressive. We will be back. We've found our groomer. I'm bad on names but, I pretty sure its Kathy.

They are always so gentle with Roxy. We took her to another pet store groomer once, and she had a bad experience. She is 13 years old now, and the groomers at Petco always take good care of her. I won't take her anywhere else.

Billi is the best. She is so good with my dogs. They do not like getting groomed but Billi is so patient with them and I am always pleased with how they look.

Called 3 times to make a grooming appointment. 2 times no answer. When I did get a live person I was immediately put on hold and after waiting several minutes the call was sent to voicemail and left a message at 230 pm. My call was never returned although the message says they usually return calls within 2 hrs. Today I decided to go in person to make an appointment and even though there were 2 groomers there and they were at least 20 ft away from me I was told I would have to step out of the salon and call to leave a message to make an appointment. My response was why would I do that when they never bothered to return my call the day prior. Spoke with a young girl who said she was the manager of the store and I voiced my complaint. She said they were following cdc guidelines. That doesn’t explain not returning calls however. Immediately called PetSmart and WOW actually got a live person immediately and booked an appointment!! I’m sure petco does not care about my business but this salon really needs MUCH better management.
