The employees were very nice and quick but the portion sizes were shamefully small. I ordered a chicken napa salad sandwich to-go and I wouldn't be joking to say there might have been a 1/2 cup of salad between the bread. Unfortunately I only have a picture of the one side but you can see how small the amount of chicken was. Mostly it was lettuce to bulk it up and make it look like a giant sandwich. Very disappointed for $10...

Waited here for an hour for our food just for none of it to be right. It was a whole disaster. People not getting their food, lining up for refunds, and nobody’s orders were right. It looked like they had plenty of staff, but it didn’t seem like any of them knew what they were doing. They started turning people away at the counter because the wait was so long, but the crazy thing is that there were not that many people at all. Just seemed like the two girls at the counter thought it was funny that nobody was getting food. Seemed like the whole staff were teenagers and none of them knew what they were doing and they thought it was funny. The manager didn’t really let us know what the problem was either. I’ve been here before, and I really haven’t had any problems, but this is insane. People had been leaving because they were waiting for over an hour, so food from hours earlier would just be sitting there with nobody to take it.

Never work here😂 the employees are a joke and the managers are completely unprofessional everyone has been quitting because of how unproductive most of the managers and employees are. The managers will act nice to your face so you will take a shift they want you to take but the second the happens won’t hesitate to behind your back and talk about you or if the manager who makes the schedule (Dani) doesn’t like you she will purposely cut down your hours and have and still does it to multiple employees.

Super clean store and fast fast service. The food (Bistro French Onion Soup and Steak and White Cheddar sandwich) was very tasty. I have only been to Panera once or twice for food before. After this experience, I will definitely be back.

Good food, but arrive early if you want a bagel. Popular items are often sold-out long before noon, and not replaced until the following morning.Opening times are also a point of contention, with the online site reporting one time, the manager reporting another, and on at least one occasion the sign in the restaurant window reporting still another.The friendly and accommodating staff works hard, and that makes up for a lot.

Yikes. I ordered the you pick 2 meal. I got the French Onion Soup and a half steak sandwich.To start, the French Onion didn't have any cheese or croutons. When I asked to have them added, the worker added a pinch of cheese and 4 salad croutons.A lot of the onions were onion skin, which are chewy and not safe to eat. I ordered a bowl of soup, and my wife ordered a cup. My wife got much more soup than I did.The sandwich tasted ok, but had only a few pieces of meat on it altogether. The total between the two of us was $34 for a fast food quality meal.On top of that, when we went to ask for a box, 2 of the workers were arguing. The box they gave us was smeared in what I assume was buffalo sauce. We got out of there as soon as possible.I can't speak for every Panera, but this one is going down hill fast. Avoid it at all costs.

Expensive food that's reheated in a microwave. I was sorely disappointed paying nearly $40 for two lunch combos that included very small, obviously microwaved chicken sandwiches that lacked in any flavor. All I could taste was the bread and lettuce on my chicken sandwich, despite the menu listing a considerable number of spices in the chicken breading. The aioli provided no flavor either. The chicken noodle soup seems to have improved in quality, but the sandwiches leave a lot to be desired.

The staff was extremely nice which always makes things better. But two pick 2s and 2 drinks for 26.00 is a little pricey in my opinion. It was good. I can't complain about that. I just think it should be a little cheaper. I would have went with three stars but I do like the attitude of the employees here. Which to me is important. No one wants to go into a place and feel like a bother. And they definitely make you feel welcome

Nothing against the food or store but me and my sister went in today 1/17/22 and there was a girl and a guy working. The guy was great. He informed me they closed at 3 bc of the snow which was fine we were going to eat out in the mall anyway. The lady just seemed like she didn’t want us in there because they were closing as if it was an inconvenience for them even though we already had ordered our food. All and all the lady was very rude. She was blonde and short.

$14.99 for a quart of soup....really? You are very overpriced. Lunch for 4 can easily run $75. The price doesn't reflect the atmosphere, the wait for food, or the small amount for the cost! And you NEVERhave coupons or specials. Sadly, I will have to choose somewhere that is more reasonably priced and appreciates my business.

I don’t typically give harsh ratings because I feel like mistakes happen and we’re all human but one thing that really rubs me the wrong way is when people are rude. My food had been sitting on the counter, only for a few minutes but long enough for it to not be as hot as I’d hope, the vibrating alert disc they gave me did not vibrate- I’m assuming bc no one hit the button to say my order was ready, so after a few minutes I approached the counter and asked if it was my order- the blonde woman making food behind the counter said “probably, it’s a Baja or something then turned her back to me”. I was left standing there still confused if I should take MY $15 bowl or not. It would have made it a much better experience if she just said hey, sorry no one told you, your food is ready for you! Instead of feeling like I was inconveniencing her. The smallest things could make the biggest difference and if you have to be there- you might as well be nice. This isn’t my first negative experience with this woman so I felt it was important to say something. Food was okay, a little cold and the rice was undercooked but still decent. I believe the review right below mine is also about her, although I can’t be sure it does sound like the same person. Positive note, my cashier Nikki was very kind and attentive!

The service was fast and they did bring my food outside to me at my car, I had no wait time, I pulled out and the girl came out. Her name was Alyssa, and she was absolutely amazing. She was a sweetheart, and she was a little bit of sunshine. In all of this madness, I will definitely go back and recommend!!! Easy access and parkingsince it's kinda part of the mall but has it's own outside entrance.

I rarely give bad reviews but this place really upset me. After calling in my order for pick-up, (I literally have just enough time to walk upstairs, grab my food and walk back down to where I work) I get to Panera to realize that they have forgotten my order. No big deal. But when I point it out to the person making food, she is casual, non-apologetic, continues on with her day and asks someone else to do it. I stand there again for 5 minutes as I did before realizing she had forgotten to make my order entirely that I had called in 15 minutes prior. After awhile I'm pretty upset, I have to get back to work and this is waisting my time. This is exactly why I called ahead. I ask to speak with the manager. He is also unapologetic and very rude starting out with, "you still have to pay for it!" I didn't ask for free food sir. I just wanted to be heard. Thank you. You just lost a customer!

I would have gave 5 stars except I really dislike the cashier who always takes my order. He just seems super annoyed every time I have to order. He doesnt smile. There is nothing friendly about him. I love when any other person is working.They make the food good and right every time. It was $25 for a pick two, mac and cheese with a grilled cheese and a whole steak and white cheddar sandwich and a drink.

I was highly upset with the fact that when I got home with my order I was missing the grilled cheese that I ordered. When I called the girl stated they could make another one but I live a half hour away and wasn't driving back to Greensburg. So she said next time I was in I would get a free sandwich. She never even apologized for it not being in there. If the staff wasn't flirting around so much maybe I would of gotten all my food!!!

Waited in long line. No problem. Gets to be my turn (I was the last person) and Daniel the manager just walks away. After walking back and forth several times, without stopping or apologies he says "Be back in a moment". Ok no problem. By now there's someone behind me. The person at the other register finishes and the cashier LOOKS AROUND ME to ask the people behind me "Can I help you? " They made a motion towards me. So I said "Uh you can help ME. " NO APOLOGIES, NOTHING. She takes my order and naturally on Daniel's next pass he stops to help the people who were waiting behind me. Seriously! And by the way, she got my order wrong but I didn't realize until I left. RUDE!
