Very rude owner i spoke with over the phone. I called willing to pay Shipping fees. I never said freight. He replied were not a freight company. I'm not interested in that. In a rude tone. Not even asking dimensions for my lumber package. For an owner to talk to proteniel customers this way shows what his company stands for. Then he tried asking questions about the job. I said no thanks, I will take my money else where. If your reading this, please choose kindness. The owner could have worded it WAY better.

Oc cluss had insulation for my cathedral ceiling that no one else had or could get for months. The price was also much less expensive. I also bought a standard wall insulation that was a good bit less expensive. Then they delivered it rather far from their store...for free.Here is the most important detail. When I called to inquire about the insulation I had an answer , ordered and was off the phone in five minutes. Try that at lowes or home depot. If you can even get them to answer their phone. I do my best to avoid the big box stores and hope to see them out of business some day and places like oc cluss growing.Thank you oc cluss for being thereI will be ordering a kitchen from you soon because of your service.
