Damon Watson, Jr worked hard to get me what I needed budget wise. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. I met Tara Hankinson once at my daughter's house in Greensburg. Also, very friendly and easy to talk to. No hard pitch sales. Amanda scheduled my appointment and with Carol's help got me the rebate as promised. Ray and Ryan did the installation. Very hard working and personable young men. I've had the carpet for about 6 weeks now and am still very pleased with Molyneaux.

Molyneaux did an amazing job on the runner for our steps! Maggie and Joel were fantastic when they came over for our consultation. They went over all of the details and brought lots of samples for us to choose from. The quality of the carpet is top notch. The installation was so quick and they were able to accommodate my schedule. 2 men came for the installation and it took them under 2 hours to complete the job! We are extremely satisfied and will use Molynaux again in the future and have recommended them to our friends and family. We have received so many complements on our new carpet! Our dog loves it too!

I highly, highly recommend. Stopped into Molyneaux in Greensburg to find a certain look in the luxury vinyl tile and they had what we were looking for. We were doing a Kitchen, Living room and Dining room, just a shade under 700 sq. ft. Liz and her partner came out a few weeks later to measure and give us an estimate, once we agreed on the price and work to be done, about a week later a foreman came out and we got into deeper details, as far as putting subfloors in our living room and dining room to try and bring it up closer to the level of ceramic tile we were going to cover over. We were told because of supply issues that it would be almost a month to get everything in and that was okay with us. Anyways, the guys coming out to do the work were Dan and his partner and they did everything in a day and a half. They ripped out old carpet and pads, skim coated the kitchen, laid sub floor throughout living and dining room, installed the luxury vinyl tile, trim work and quarter round around all the baseboards and kitchen cabinets and cut the vinyl tile perfectly to my wall length stone fireplace and sealed it. All the while patiently answering questions from me about how to do one thing or another. When they were done, they went way beyond in cleaning up after themselves. All said in done from start to finish, they were done in a little under 12 hours over 1 and a half days. It looks awesome and they were very professional.

Recently needed carpet on three flights of steps in a row house. Debbie Neitsch came to our house within one day of requesting appointment. She called ahead to get a sense of what I was looking for- which made the process smooth and quick. We found affordable carpet that would work perfectly on the difficult steps. The installation crew was prompt, polite and considerate. They took extra care on the difficult stairs to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They also cleaned up nicely. We used Molyneaux for our primary residence, and now this additional property. Would absolutely use them again!

Buyer beware! If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. We thought that we were going with the best. We were mistaken. The pictures below are what my Halloween AND Thanksgiving guests were greeted with when they entered my home. I didn't include pictures of the bathroom that was also out of use for the almost 5 weeks it took to have issues addressed. We still have boxes of product in our dining room that has been there since October and the job is still not done. So far, I have missed 3+ days of work to provide oversight to the work being done and it's not done yet! Our newly painted plaster walls were gouged and the fix mentioned to us by an employee was that someone could paint over the gouges. When I pointed out the unprofessional finish work on the baseboards, I was told that I could "wipe off the excess putty." There are too many other ongoing issues to list at this time. I noticed that many of the other reviewers had carpet installed and gave high marks. We had hard wood installed and would never recommend Molyneaux to anyone we care to remain on speaking terms with. Note: a call was made to Patrick on 11/26/19 and a detailed voice mail was left. I have yet to receive a return call. So much for customer service.

Molyneaux did an excellent job with the luxury vinyl tile for my kitchen. The installers were skilled, patient and very attentive to every detail. They even carved the larger baseboard used in the kitchen to match the older smaller baseboard on the corner where it meets the dining room. My salesman, Derek, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He followed up after the tile was down to ensure every single item was covered and the job was complete to my satisfaction. Excellent job!

Replacing our floors with Molyneaux was a great experience from beginning to end. Our salesperson, Tim Landers, was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job helping us pick our products. We had both luxury vinyl and hardwood installed. Both crews for the installation were very professional. They offered several suggestions on the finish work that improved the final look of the rooms, were always on time and and we had no complaints with anything, including the cleanup. Definitely will go to Molyneaux for any future flooring upgrades.

Choose Molyneaux if you want quality product, expert installation and the true value of customer service. We have used Molyneaux multiple times over the course of owning our home from initial carpet / tile to hardwood floors in the foyer/kitchen last year to our most recent installation of matching hardwood in the office. Tim Landers was our sales rep and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The delivery and install dates were maintained as promised; the installation crew was very professional with a knowledgeable supervisor. We have recommended Molyneaux to our friends and family and will definitely use in the future.

We purchased and had installed whole house carpeting and floating vinyl flooring in our home this week by Molyneaux. Luke was awesome! He came out to our home and was very honest and knowledgeable. He gave us some good ideas and didn't try to up-sale us. Their crew was prompt, professional, and courteous....and completed the whole carpeting install in one day. They did a great job and would highly recommend them!

My living room carpet was just worn out and needed replaced. I contacted Molyneaux and was put in touch with salesman Tim Landers. He came to the house, took measurements and gave me a timeframe when to expect carpet and approximate how long installation would take. I am extremely impressed with this company. The installers, Floyd and Mike were very professional and efficient. They came prepared to work and did an excellent job! I have nothing but praise to say for these two guys that usually work together. They were knowledgeable, cordial and respectful. They left the place clean and I even commented to Mike how many people want him to come back and vacuum. I recommend Molyneaux and will definitely use them for future flooring needs.

Outstanding service across the board. We contacted Molyneaux to have carpet installed in our finished basement. Our salesman, Mark McNulty, was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. All of the staff members that I received phone calls from were very polite, and our installers were top notch. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently, and answered any questions we had. Prices were reasonable and the timeline for service and installation was very good. We will absolutely be using them again in the future for other projects. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service provided by Molyneaux from start to finish. We met with Doug who was extremely knowledgeable and more importantly to us, honest. We explored other options after visiting some of the big name competitors but felt uncomfortable that our experiences with them seemed more driven to make a sale rather than to assist us with choosing a carpet that was in our best interest. We were impressed that Doug was honest with us when we originally selected a carpet that we liked (and was the most expensive) that he felt the wear would not be best for our family of two giant dogs and instead re-routed us toward some lesser expensive options.We originally did not consider Molyneaux as we thought it would be more expensive than the big name stores, however it was only a $2 difference!Couldn't be happier with our new carpet and would highly recommend!

I would recommend Molyneaux. The staff is great, Dave did a great job providing a wide selection of flooring and had a great deal of knowledge on all the flooring products. He helped us select the best product and got the install date we wanted. The install crew was great they great job prepping on what they were going to do and how long it would take. We would highly recommend Molyneaux. Doug K was a great design consultant. He was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us. The installation went extremely well! The men that installed our flooring where very professional and did an amazing job. The men that installed the carpet on our stares did an awesome job. The pattern was perfectly straight! Also, we had approximately 40 people in our home for Easter, ages from 2 to 90, also two dogs. So we put the flooring to a real test! Not one mark! I highly recommend the fusion hybrid flooring! I had the worst experience. They sent a “designer” to my home for an in-home consultation. He was just a salesman. Once the contract was signed and deposit paid, I had to keep harassing them to schedule installation. The floor arrived finally. It was supposed to match my existing floors - not even close! They left a horrible looking gap between rooms. When I emailed the president, he sent me a perfunctory sorry you aren’t happy email. Don’t trust them if you want designer assistance in any way - it’s a joke.

We highly recommend Molyneaux Flooring. This was our second time, using Molyneaux for our home. Steve Porter,sales representative,whom I contacted on the internet,was very friendly and professional. He came to our home (such a plus,not having to visit the showroom), arrived exactly when he said and we completed our deal, in very little time! We had hardwood installed in two rooms (had three done in our first Molyneaux deal four years ago). The installation was scheduled on OUR best date(another plus)! The installation crew arrived on time, removed old carpeting and installed the hardwood to perfection! All with no chit-chat or silliness and completed in ONE day😊. They cleaned up well, upon job completion. We will definitely use Molyneaux again!

My wife and I worked with Tim Landers to have new carpet installed on our stairwell in December, and we are very pleased with the results. We were able to set up an appointment via their website for Tim to come out and take measurements and give us options. He was easy to work with and applied no pressure. When we didn't like any of the samples he brought it was no problem to head to their store room (we live quite close) to browse our options. The goal was to have the job done by Christmas Eve, and when the original color we picked was out of stock Tim was very quick to respond and offer options that would be procurable and install-able by our hoped for deadline. Installation went off without a hitch and the carpet on the stairs looks great.

I chose Molyneaux bc of their high reviews. I was not disappointed. Doug was incredibly helpful during the process of picking the right flooring and carpeting for my home and was always available for follow up questions even after the project was finished. The teams that came in to install were polite and professional and fast! Jr went out of his way to be personable and was most tolerant of my dog who wouldn't leave him alone. I cant say enough nice things about this entire team. Great job!! Love my floors!!

Tim Landers was my sales person. He did a great job helping us pick the best floors for our needs, we wanted nice but dog proof. He came out quickly with the samples to give us an estimate and got us in just before the holidays. The job was done in less then a business week and they did all the heavy lifting. Today Dave Kline installed our new flooring and did an excellent job for my wife and I. He was very attentive to detail, very particular on how things looked, protected the environment entry with drop cloths, made suggestions on improvements, and wore his facemask. Derek was super making suggestions on flooring, and vinyl base colors that complemented our new shower installed that we much appreciated. Everything blends well together.He was very supportive in putting our proposal together, looking at samples, and support through the entire sales process .Thanks for such a positive experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Molyneux to others .
