First time dropping off my clothes were cleaned how I expected however each & every time after that my clothes were NOT touched but iHad to pay for the service.!! I’ve spent over $250 plus on services I did not receive WEEKLY.!! I never looked in till I wore clothes because I trusted the service with them seeming to be so nice & professional but when I asked why my clothes looked like they were not touched after noticing same stains & etc, the laddies response was “that’s the best we could do” TOTALLY Unacceptable.!! Very disappointed especially since it seems like workers were good people in-till I started to notice I was paying for a service that I was NEVER receiving besides only the first time being a customer.!! Total scammers, very unprofessional, it took for my wife to tell me after taking her vintage jacket to be cleaned that nothing was done however I had to sign a waiver saying if damaged it would not be their fault however Jacket WAS NEVER TOUCHED by company just put inside a bag to look like it was done come to find out they kept it for 3 days for nothing.!! Total bs company, I can go on for days about this service sucking but I rather show before & after pictures if I were able to.!! Negative 10 Stars, total scammers.!!

I have been a customer at the Greensburg location for years. Previously I tried every dry cleaner in the area and wasn’t happy. The employees here are top notch and are extremely courteous and helpful. Quality of their service has been great and if there is a problem Rhonda, Tina and Jean will get it corrected. I highly recommend.

No where around was willing to clean my wedding dress due to fabric and cleaning instructions. My dog had become overwhelemed with all the smells from the people my dress had come into contact throughout the night and must have peed on it. Even after storage and 2 YEARS later, all the stains and smells came out AND they were more than willing to help. (Disclaimer: I understand not all stains will be magically erased by taking items to Model Cleaners.)I have now taken several items to them and cost is competitive with coupons and service is unparalleled. Fortunately, I have not had any issues with their services.REMINDER: Items take variable time to clean and I am a patient person, some items taking up to a week. My dress took several weeks.

I dropped off some shirts to be pressed, something that I had done many times before with other cleaners. When I return to pick them up, the woman at the counter told me that, due to the material of the shirts, they could not be pressed so they were dry cleaned, a process that was quite a bit more expensive. Did they ever contact me for permission to change my order? Nope! The whole process had a little bit of a dishonest feel to it.The dry-cleaning turned out just fine, and I was happy with how the shirts looked, it just bothered me that they made a unilateral decision without contacting me for permission. Especially when that decision would increase my costs substantially.

Have been sending dry cleaning to Model Cleaners for many years however not so much now. Just do not have that much anymore but do not hesitate to use them when the need arises. Courteous staff and I especially appreciate the drive-up service.

The unprofessionalism of proper care in garment cleaning is at a loss at Westmoreland drycleaners. The proper training should be taught to the employees of this business. I would do research to find a professional dry cleaning business that understands how important it is when garments are in the care of other people's property. Hopefully the business owner will have integrity in how their employees ruin other people's property and will help them with a better understanding of work ethic. I would not recommend this dry cleaning business to anyone and not even my worst enemy. Model drycleaners have the best service around!! Definitely recommend Model dry cleaning to family and friends❤

From the first call of inquiry about their services on the 800 number , you are treated very well-kind-inerested in you becoming a customer and go out of their way to help you; Went to the Greensburg location and "Tina" was terrific, patient, friendly and welcomed us to the store warmly! Excellent customer service!

I would give these people 0 stars if it was an option!!!!! if you have any decent clothes that you care at all about don't send it here!!!! They have ruined more of my clothes in a year than you can imagine and they send you replacements check's big deal. Missing buttons, torn shirts, cashmere sweaters, spilled stuff on my clothes. No black comes back black or whites white. No stains come out of your shirt. Nee clothes come back looking really old ....it's awful

I love this cleaner. I have been to others and this is by far the friendliest and the most convenient. LOVE the drive thru option. Makes life so much easier to just pull in, drop off or pick up. Big thumbs up for these guys!
