Marshall's/HomeGoods was a lifesaver during the holidays! The store is always full of great items and products and it's all nicely organized. They have a great selection of men's clothing, which is sometimes hard to find (especially at TJ Maxx) so my boyfriend prefers to shop here. Employees are always nice and helpful! Highly recommend this store.

I appreciate the fact that this store has a large variety of goods from various locations. However, I have to note that at times I have noticed a few employees closely watching my movements throughout the store while browsing. I understand that my physical appearance triggers some people to act more cautious and on edge and that still doesn't dictate my decision to shop where I want in 2023.🛑 Apparently this store DOES NOT close at 930 pm. My friend and I walked into this location before the displayed closing time and noticed that the lights went off as soon as we entered the building. The issue was that the store was clearly still open. However, no one is really going to want to shop where there is limited to low lighting. I went in to look for a single item and my friend and I met back at the register where other customers were checking out. I overheard an employee at the register noticably complaining to an older customer about how people had to be crazy for going out in the weather to shop.Discouraging customers from shopping and murmuring in front of others is poor business practice regardless of the timing and may prevent some people from picking up what they may need. This may result in loss of business and funds. If discouraging people from shopping later is the goal here then this should be made known to all customers that frequent this location and the closing time should be pushed up. Instead of shutting off lights in the store on arriving customers before closing, the front doors should simply be locked well before. Should this happen again upon entering this store, I will definitely contact corporate concerning these policies.

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. I like the variety of products for the home. But they cram too much in the space and it makes it hard to shop without feeling like I'm gonna knock everything over, so I don't actually go here often.

Had a great experience, the employees went above and beyond not only helping me get the items I was looking for, but they were a staple in helping me find my misplaced phone. They treated it as if they lost their phone and ended up finding it for me in the end by calling and calling until I heard it....... Under the passenger seat of my damn car!! I felt so embarrassed but we all laughed it off. So A DEFINITE A+++ on the customer service! Oh and mom loved the black leather Marc Jacobs bag! Thank you all again, kindly!

It was my first time shopping at Marshall's and Home Goods, and they didn't disappoint! I found everything I was looking for and more. What a variety and awesome store! I visited the Greensburg location, and Joe was so awesome with my large purchase. His personable demeanor and knowledge were refreshing and welcoming. If you are Latino or any other race other than white avoid this store, the staff and management are racist! Today I went to return an item I bought 2 weeks ago with my receipt in perfect condition, They said no and were very rude too me, 2 cashiers and also A supervisor, I usually shop there a lot with my husband who is white, never treated bad while I was with him or had any issues buying or returning items.

Wonderful experience! It was JUST before Christmas, the last gift, all of the employees seemed to be there, like 1-3 in every aisle it seemed! FANTASTIC service! Helped me find what I needed, (bed sheets) and the atmosphere was so great I found myself singing "it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" to myself as I was heading for the check out. A personal first when shopping the day before!

The store is nicely kept. It would be a little nicer if the Juniors section was sorted by clothing style/type like the Womens section is. They have huge markdowns on summer wear so now is I great time to shop for some pieces for Summer 2020 or for any Fall Caribbean vacations planned.

I love Marshalls. They have good prices and alot of everything. The cashier was very friendly when i was there yesterday. The Home Goods store that is now located inside Marshalls is stocked full with beautiful things. They always have a variety of anything and everything for the home and yard with VERY good prices. It is hard to decide what to buy because you will love everything!

Missy the cashier was very nice she took time to ask me if I'd like to have a charge told me that specials on why I should have one. I still refuse to charge and again missy said we would love to have you with our family so in the future if you decide you're more than welcome.
