Macy's had some really good buys in the Last Act section on the 1st floor. My wife went in to primarily assist my elderly mother and stated, "I need nothing. I'll just help mom out. " About $70 later, she found a few items I guess she needed after all. The service was professional as you'd expect for Macy's, and the store seemed well stocked and organized.

I absolutely love the little discount section. However, when trying to purchase jewelry from upstairs the kiosk area was understaffed. After the employee called for extra help, we continued to wait for 10-20 minutes. We ended up going downstairs and shopping due to the wait. We did return to purchase the jewelry and it was a great bargain. However, the employees seemed to be overwhelmed and unable to get help when needed

The plus size section was very disappointing. They only carry to a size 18-20 in most brands. We were looking for a formal dress but due to the limited size range, we were disappointed.

Did bout apply my new customer discount and offered every expensive item they could. Saw no value on being a member/Macy's card holder. They sales rep was awesome though! I bought a 160 bottle of cologne that I didn't get my discount on want offered it either after being offered the cc. The cologne smells great but again where is the value in being a member of all the sale signs for what? The prices were all a surprise.

I got such good deals on my most recent trip to Macy's, I am THRILLED. Purses (all 3) were $146 and change and all 4 pair of shoes were $93 and change!! Now we do have a Macy's charge so we get special credits, but even without the credits, those Michael Kors black flats would have only been $55. You can't beat that with a stick! The stores are always stocked well & associates are more than helpful. On the same day we got my husband Hanes underwear for $34. Without the store sale & our cardholder discounts those underwear would have been $76. People tend to think of Macy's as "too expensive" but if you look around & watch for sales you'd be surprised at what you can get for great prices!

Macy's is known for their excellent customer service and amazing selection of products. One thing that really stands out about macys is there employees. They're always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Overall, I highly recommend Macy's for all your shopping needs.

Macy's had the exact purse I was looking for and they have expanded their selection of Brahmin purses and wallets.I border the plus size and straight size sections as I'm a size 16 and 5'10". This being said: their plus size selection is underwhelming and I do not recommend it for anyone under senior citizen age.Also, one of the lights in their dressing room has been burnt out for a couple years now and I'm wondering if it'll ever be replaced.Update: the light is still burnt out.

Went in and found some great deals. Lady was more concerned about opening a credit than ensuring my security device was taken off my shoes. Had to go back later to have it removed and was given a hard time.

A real nice store with lots of clothing items and lots of newly stylish clothes. This store has lots of coupons, sales and discounts. A very organize store. Employees are willing to help you out with ideas and styles. Please be aware and cautious that security tags have been taken off of each individual piece of clothing. Diffinitly give this store a try!

Joe P. was one of the best salespeople we have ever dealt with. He checked in with us to make sure we didn't have any questions, but not in the overbearing way that seems to be the norm at most furniture places. He also pointed out some details that we hadn't noticed about the product we were looking at, which was vey useful to know. In addition to all of that, he was very kind and personable, which made the experience even more enjoyable! Overall, our visit to Macy's furniture department was a very pleasant one and we walked away happy with our purchase!

I always dread coming here.The older ladies that work here always make me feel unwelcome.This last time I went in for men’s cologne (which I know nothing about, it was my first time buying expensive cologne).When the worker came over and asked if I needed help I said yes, told her which kind I wanted but was unsure of the prices and difference in the bottles. She was very bothered to have to explain it to me and would hardly make eye contact with me.It’s very unfortunate because they have so much nice stuff, but I hate shopping in places where I feel uncomfortable.

I find dresses and pants easily at Macy's. Only problem is that I have to go on line to find petite dresses. None in Westmoreland store, too small I guess.

I think this particular Macy's is a LARGE store. There's lots of variety - clothes & shoes for the whole family, jewelry, makeup, stuff for the home, ryc. A big section of the downstairs is the Backstage (I think that's what it's called) with discounted prices.

Macy's is one of the last department stores....you can see the products, ask questions face to face with people you have developed a relationship with through years of great service. Keep it going, love it!
