They did a wonderful job grooming my dog, Bebe. She was nervous at first but when I picked up, not only did she look beautiful, but she was so happy. I could tell by her demeanor in the house that she felt good and was treated with kindness and patience. Bebe wants K9 to be her groomer always.

K-9 By Design is amazing!! When we recently moved from Akron to Pittsburgh, we were looking for a groomer for our two pups. One is old and nervous, so we looked for mobile groomers to keep her home and calm. I can't say enough about how great our experience was! Heather treated our senior pup with compassion and care. Not only is she a dog whisperer, but she is the BEST groomer we've ever used. I've recommended Heather to two others so far, and both friends LOVED Heather and LOVED the groom. They both say they'll use her from now on. If you haven't used K-9 By Design yet, you should!

I must say we contacted them about our puppy and within a couple days had an appointment and I stated if they had any cancellations I would take it... That evening they showed up at my house with a beautifully set up trailer and took our baby inside and he came out looking and smelling fantastic.. She even gave him a complimentary bath for dry skin ! More than happy with Heather and her service I highly recommend K-9 by design !

It doesn’t really get better than K-9 By Design. We used to take our dogs to a big store groomer. Well, never again. After hearing about my mom’s amazing experience with her overly-anxious dog who hates the groomer, we decide to give them a try for the simple convince factor. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and they were right on time for our appointment. The trailer is so cool and very clean! They also have their clients Christmas cards hanging up which is very cute! Our little girl came out looking beautiful and fluffier than ever and she smelled delicious! As an added bonus they put her hair in the cutest ponytail.If you’re looking for a new salon for your pups I highly recommend K-9 By Design! If not for the amazing service then for the shear ease of them showing up right at your dog stop! You can drink your morning coffee and look outside and trust your baby is in the best hands!

We had an excellent experience with K-9 by Design. We have a nervous, very senior small dog, and I’ve been worried about leaving her off at a groomer for an unknown amount of time. When I connected w K-9 via their website they quickly responded with rates and services and answered my questions. It was also easy to schedule an appointment. They kept me posted on their arrival time and asked about Lady’s temperament and behavior. When they arrived they asked for specifics for her care and sent pictures throughout the grooming so I could see what was going on which was great! It was fun to see our little dog so relaxed and getting some necessary pampering. She looked beautiful after the visit and we were grateful for the care K-9 took with her and for their professionalism. Do not hesitate to use K-9!

K-9 by design is wonderful! Our dog Benji always looks perfect after his appointment. It is so nice that I can just sit in my house while he is getting groomed. K-9 by Design keeps in touch with you as they are coming to your home so you know exactly when they will be there. I walk Benji down the driveway to their trailer looking all scruffy, then an hour later he comes out of the trailer looking adorable and smelling awesome! K-9 by Design makes it so easy to have your dog groomed from making your appointment on line, to coming to your house. I highly recommend K-9 by design you will not be disappointed.

Heather is one of the kindest groomers I’ve met. Her sincere and gentle nature in which she cares for my dogs is comforting. She carefully grooms my 15 year old and patiently grooms my 2 year old...two very different personalities, both receiving stellar care. I highly recommend K-9 By Design.

The dog whisperer! I have a 16 year old Maltese, and a 5 year old morkie who love and adore Heather! I’m in awe every single time she grooms them. My fur babies both have issues that most groomers don’t want to deal with. Heather and her partner treat our babies with love and care. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! If anyone is looking for a quality groomer that is excellent, don’t hesitate!! Thank you for all you do! No one could ever replace them!!

It was such a relief knowing I could trust Heather with my dog Ace . Ace can be very nervous and needs to be the only dog in a calm environment. That iwas exactly what K-9 By Design mobile delivers. I love the fact that K-9 By Design comes right to your home. My pup is a nervous little guy and I would not want to drop him off somewhere. She takes pride in what she does and you can tell she loves the your pet.She always does such a wonderful job grooming my pup. We just moved to PA from CA and were struggling to find a mobile vet and were thrilled when we found out they are taking new clients. My rescue dog has severe anxiety and massive stranger danger so she can’t go to a regular groomer. They showed up on time, sat on the grass and let Mila get to know them first then let her sniff the inside of the trailer. They did an amazing job and sent pictures along the way. We loved them so much, we already booked her next appointment!
