The office was able to squeeze me in as a first time client in a very timely manner! All employees, techs and doctors were compassionate and respectful for our concerns! Dr. Craft was awesome with our Labradoodle puppy, and offered many suggestions for her allergy problems and overall health! Would definitely recommend this office for your furry family/friends.

First time took APPA for a wellness appointment. Love the place, staff amazing thank you girls great job. And doctor was incredible. Keep with such amazing work and caring. Bless you all 🙏 💖We also took Gaara our Kitty and he behaved and we love how he was taking care.All the staff thank you very much great job, all are polite, respectful and friendly ❤️🙏

Absolutely love Dr H and the rest of the staff, all the techs are so so sweet! They take such amazing care of my dog, Frank, every time. I've never had any issues and have always been seen quickly. You can tell everyone there is knowledgeable and super compassionate. Can't recommend highly enough!!!

If you are looking for a veterinarian for your furry someone you should absolutely consider Hannastown Veterinary. The staff are amazing. They really do care about your pet whether it be a well visit or if your pet is not feeling wellThe veterinarians at this facility are more than willing to listen whatever the circumstance. Showing compassion by these veterinarians and the staff is an extra something that makes this facility top notchWe are so happy we have chosen to use Hannastown veterinary for the care of our pets both past and present.

We bin taking our dogs to to the vet for year's currently they are helping our newest dog willow with her hart worms. We are looking forward to seeing there new office in greensburg by giant eagle.

Most of the staff is nice however when I first called for recommendations on what to do with my dog and if they had availability I was almost instantly shut down after I explained the symptoms my dog was having the receptionist implied that it sound behavioral which is not at all the case he has behavioral issues yes that we are working on but I know my dog I called back after taking him to the pet er and made a appointment and keep it short we were charged an arm and a leg and they didn’t even get something as basic as a temp and we left with pretty much no answers and our pockets emptied all they did was give a pain med and sent us on our way the examination was not thorough at all and we ended spending almost 600 dollars for nothing

Nonexistent wait times. Friendly, helpful and informative staff. Knowledgeable vets and vet techs who take the time to go over any concerns and make recommendations. Excellent bedside manner with the animals!

My family used to bring our childhood pet here so when I got my first dog as an adult this was the first place I thought of! From Lint over to Dr. H this vet has always been amazing! My adult dog Sapper has always gone to them and she has severe allergy issues and they got her exactly what she needs. I brought my new puppy Ranger here today and we were received by the technician, Hailee, she was so nice and quick with answers to all of my questions. Dr. H asked all about Sapper and offered advice for the puppy’s adjustment. Each team member asked about my nervous lab and were all happy to hear they’re getting along great. Thank you guys for making us feel like our dogs are part of your family to!

The staff is so nice and welcoming, it was my first time there and they were so gentle and loving to my cat such a great place honestly they made my cat so comfortable and handled him with such care. I definitely will be back!

I submitted my initial review quite some time ago and I said "Take great care and time with our dog!"Well since we've added a second dog and our first dog just needed emergency surgery.My experience with the team here has been nothing short of touching! This is beyond good business. The team hear provides great care! I admittedly have never described myself as a 'fur dad' or anything like that. But I love my dogs and I truly feel that the team here do as well. They go above and beyond and it is truly appreciated!

The staff at Hannastown is amazing! They treat us like family and treat our dog with the best compassion and care. Dr. H is not only knowledgeable, but her passion for her job is clearly evident. She is genuine, compassionate, and shows true concern for the comfort and safety of our dog. I put 100% trust in her and her staff and wouldn't trust my dog's care with anyone else.

Just left my puppy's first appointment and the staff was all so nice and kind to our puppy. I'm glad I chose to bring him here and I feel like he'll be well care for going forward. Also very affordable as far as vets offices go.

I give Dr. Craft A five star review! He is an awesome doctor! I called The office at 9 o’clock and they were able to see me at noon because my dog was sick. he gave her a complete physical and a shot and sent us home with some medicine and lots of good advice. She was already feeling better that afternoon. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.. I have been going there for close to 35 years.

I bring both of my dogs here and it's the first time in my life I've ever had pets excited to go to the vet when we pull up. The staff are so kind and welcoming. Everyone I've come across is a skilled care provider and you can tell that they care about what they do.

Very disappointed I have to write this. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt and I've referred friends here. We made an appointment for our injured dog... took off work because I have to carry her now since my wife can't lift her. When we showed up they said we booked 3 weeks out and not this week for our dog. The injury appointment would have been after our already booked check up visit for the same dog which makes no sense. The counter person made no effort to fix their error and also informed us that "all the other vets are booked out." Luckily we found someone to see her tomorrow

Dr. H is absolutely, hands down, the BEST out there! I feel so thankful for her - she is the only doctor my dog feels comfortable around and I will never stop telling people about her! We have been seeing her for years and will continue to do so. She truly cares about my dog and I can’t thank her enough!

We had Dr. H for our dog Nyx. She was thorough and empathetic. Our dogs prognosis was not good and we felt she genuinely cared and was all about making sure we had all the info we needed in regards to his passing. The staff was also very kind to our 7 yr old daughter and included her in the visit as she was quite chatty and nosey. We will be making Hannastown Vet our primary vet!

Took my chihuahua here because we had found out she was pregnant (Complete accident) they had told us she was having one puppy and that she had two more weeks left. One week later she is in labor and we continuously called over and over again and nobody answered even when we were pressing the emergency button. We ended up having to assist delivering the puppies with no vet help and there were two and they didn’t even know there were two the first one came out three legs and passed away immediately due to issues with the organs and the second one was super tiny and needed some help at first. NONE OF THIS WOULD HAPPEN IF PEOPLE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE AND WOULD PAY ATTENTION. I’m happy I now have a healthy mom and baby but it could have been mom and babies if you guys would have done your job none of this would have happened

Nellie, a Mokie doggie joined the Hannastown Vet Center last year. She returned for her second visit this past week. She was little better this visit since she is nervous and more of a scaredy cat. The vet was sweet w/ her and gave her a treat. We had a good checkup, learned some good info, and will continue to come to the center!! Thank you, Hannastown & staff!! 🐾Nellie
