This is a pretty good location. Very clean and well stocked. There are LOTS of clothes here, more than other Goodwills that I've visited. The only thing that could make this location better is if it were more organized. I couldn't quite work out if there was a method to organization while I was shopping, because I was finding my size all over the place.

Pretty decent selection and friendly staff. Easy donation drop off and good deals. Only thing was I opened a drawer full of dead bedbugs and I left after that. Make sure to check your items from thrift stores!

I am very happy with the customer service at the Greensburg store. Rachel the manager was super polite, kind and went out of her way to help me with a recent donation experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Not too excited about the pricing system. If it falls into a certain category, it's priced accordingly even if it's ridiculously expensive for that specific item. Only way it's worth it is getting clothes on sale. The people who work here though are super nice and fun to talk to.

Every time we go to donate we are turned away. Giving my stuff to you 100 percent free for you to overcharge and receive 100 percent profit.

Goodwill used to so amazing but sadly it has gone downhill so much now. The new pricing system and much higher prices for junk. Used to even be able to haggle but now they won't anymore because of the new POS system. They used to have a great selection to. They haven't had hardly anything good in 2 years now. I used to go almost every day, now I haven't gone in over a year. It was indeed goodwill but now sadly it's badwill

I can normally can fine good electronics that I can repurpose. And the price is usually not to bad. The last time I stop at the good will I found a home theater subwoofer. It was on the shelf by itself with no price tag. Usually all electronics are 5.99 unless priced otherwise. But the police changed. Anyway they told me they couldn't sell it to me because it had no tag. I couldn't believe it. These items are donated for (FREE)!!. I could have gave them 50 cents and it would have been a profit. They should have just given to me. It was free for them. I might stop donating and shopping at good will because that was aggravating.

I saw something I was very interested in and as I see often, there was no price tag. It was a simple stationary item. As always, the girl told me she couldn’t sell it to me, but I could come back next day. I work and can’t drop everything to go search for the item again when it’s probably been sold to someone already anyway.This happens WAY too often at Goodwill. VERYUNACCOMMODATING to the loyal patrons who regularly donate to them.Icing on the cake- “ would you like to “round up” bla bla bla, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The new tagging process is stupid had an item with no tag on it and they wouldn’t sell it to me till the next day told me to come back tomorrow. The response from the owner is it’s to help keep tags on stuff obviously this process is still not working and why can’t something be tagged and I could have just bought it then goodwill used to be a decent place to shop unfortunately the new policies are ruining it

I don’t know if it’s the area, but thrifting in Greensburg/Latrobe isn’t great. There’s a lot of merchandise, but none of it is good. There are a lot of “old” items; things that a grandma would have used to decorate or dress in.

This is a great store/location to donate clothes and unwanted goods to. Easy drop off experience as well! Inside is fairly organized as well.

Absolutely horrible experience. It's not handicapped accessible, the isles are too narrow to get thru and when I knocked stuff off the racks they had attitude and looked like they expected me to pick the stuff up, if I could do that I would not need an electric wheelchair. Then when I asked if I could return clothing that I had to try on at home or in my handicapped van in their parking lot, they told me No, however they dont have wheelchair accessible dressing rooms. They are not ADA compliant or safety compliant.

Prices continue to go up while quality of merchandise continues to go down. Something I may have bought, on a whim, at their old pricing for $1 is now $5, so I won't even bother. The biggest problem is anything of value goes directly to their auction site so they can get top dollar for it.This goes for all SWPA Goodwill stores. I used to spend hundreds of dollars a week between all of the stores in the region, now I rarely buy anything and I've cut my visits down from daily to once, maybe twice, a week.Speaking with other regulars, I'm not the only one who sees this. They are driving away their regular loyal customers in order for corporate to make higher profits.

Mhmm I thought this was a thrift store? Why so expensive? I just left to go to Burlington ,same prices I’d rather buy something new other than something used for the same price lol.

The Chinese lady has a bad attitude all around. I purchased two dressers and they duck taped the drawers together. When we took the tape off it completely destroyed the wood so now I have a damaged dresser and lost my money. Overall a complete waste

Prices are set at realistic rates. This one is not like some other goodwill stores where they price all the cheap stuff at $1.99. You can actually get some things for less than a dollar.

It's a Goodwill... Not overly impressed. I did hear disgruntled employees in the back, on the floor, and at the register. No one seemed concerned about keeping it under wraps.

I was there only to take another person. I do not like anything about Goodwill, except the workers. The prices are high, and what a shame because it used to be really nice. Not anymore.
