Dollar General it is my go to general store, My husband and I are in their daily, I don't know his name but the male manager @ my New Stanton store is very helpful and very nice I can tell he works very hard keeps his patience with customers and that's hard to come by today and other employees there are very nice and also hard working I do not think its the lack of employees working to get the shelfs stocked for they can be sparse I believe they just don't have enough time in the shift to get it all done or the stock isn't there for it is a very busy store. Dollar General I see them working hard Get them some help without cutting hours and give them a raise Because they deserve it! This is my opinion and views not once have I ever heard any of them complain.

Always lived in the area and I finally went to this DG and at first it's just like any other DG's I've been to it's just some of isles were a little to tight for any 2 adults to get through. The cashier lady just looked at me and then when I went down the aisle she was working on and she got 2 eyeholes filled with my shihtzu she was all smiles and warm and welcoming and started a dialog with me asked if it was ok to pet my dog and made my trip and my $100+ Dollar order breeze bye in no time! Very nice and pet friendly clean store 5★

They really have improved on their stores. From name brands to selling groceriesI've bought eggs, milk and bread and other stuff. Everything was good. They have three stores close to where I live and I love it

Convenient and ok prices. Big drawback is they usually have several aisles blocked w/ merch carts; like a maze sometimes. Update: I’ve learned since the last review that the aisle blocking is intentional to get shoppers to stay longer and see more merchandise they otherwise would not. Idiot strategy, not to mention VERY unsafe.

This was my first time in this store, it's relatively new but there were a lot of empty shelves. Still had a reasonable amount to choose from but it seemed to be under staffed.When we went to the check out the cashier was stocking shelves.

The store is sometimes an organized. Depending on who was working that day will depend on if you get good service or not. Some of the older employees are nicer than the younger employees.

Great service and store is always stocked with sales. Get your digital coupons if you really want to save $. I did and it's been a tool that has been very useful to my family

It's great not having to drive to Giant eagle when I need something. It's only 5 minutes away and for many of the same items, Dollar General is less expensive.

Super friendly staff, and I found some things that I didn't know that I needed. But if you're looking for shoe strings, I'd go somewhere else

I go on Sunday and I am a regular for for good priced items...they have specials on Saturday anything from toilet paper to home items.

Don't lock the bathroom key in the bathroom cause in 2019 spare keys apparently don't exist. The lady was quite rude after locking the key in the bathroom. It was an accident and i can't even imagine what they would have done if a child or an elderly person had fallen or anyone else for that matter had locked themselves in the bathroom. VERY UNSAFE!!

Visited this store 8am. Was the only customer. The cashier was extremely rude. I did call corporate and they promptly responded.

Dirty, disorganized. I'm sure in light of the covidhoax, it's hard to maintain. This PLANdemic messed many businesses up.
