I’ve never had a bad experience here. You explain what you want for your dog and they do just that, consistently. Staff is professional and compassionate towards my almost 15 year old dog with lumps and bumps all over! They are careful and pay close attention so they don’t nick anything.He loves going there for his grooming/spa session! Perks him up tremendously and he acts like a puppy when he gets home (for about 10 minutes-then time for a nap!)

Ladies are very nice and do a great job. Make sure you call ahead of time to get an appointment because they do book up quickly. In Tuesdays and Thursdays they have late evenings until 8:00.

I take my two cats to the spa. All staff that I have encountered have been pleasant to work with. Pricing seems fair for all the service they provide. We never have had any bad experiences or grooming. I will continue to use them for all the cat spa needs.

I have been taking all my animals, dogs, and cats there for close to 5 years and they do a wonderful job, even if it's last minute they do they're absolute best to try to get you in there. I will not go to any other groomer.

Shave my dogs ears skin bald, told us that it was probably my 16 year old dogs last groom and a couple hours later we had to put him down. He was a good dog going to miss him 😔

I've taken my animals here for a few years. The groomers themselves are excellent. The issue, and why I'll no longer take my animals to DPKC, are their front desk people. They have repeatedly lost paperwork for my animals, and most recently lost an appointment. There's no contrition on their part, either. It's as if I lost my own paperwork, or imagined an appointment. When I'm paying close to $100 for a grooming, I expect better service.

This seems like a nice place from the little bit I can tell about it. I cannot give it more than one star though because even though staff was friendly and respectful I was informed they are not taking any new clients. To be fair though my inquiry was in regards to kitties so I have to talk only from that standpoint and ONLY based on facts and my interaction with the one person who was present at the front area. She informed me that they cannot accept new clients because cats are groomed on different days than dogs. That's actually a good thing. My cats overall are well behaved, but out of the blue she said difficult cats are given to a woman from (I think it was North Huntingdon) to work with basically. I never mentioned that my cats were difficult when I asked. She made an "assumption" that they were difficult. I asked her how many worked there. She told me they have 18 groomers and have to rotate on their days off to work with cats. So if you have a cat they will take your info if a slot ever opens up for you. I actually drove there so I'll save you kitty owners some time and let you know now they won't groom your cat, even though their business says otherwise. Who knows if they take new dogs. Don't waste your fuel. Call and ask and save money driving over there. I ended up walking out of there and grooming my own kitty and I did a good job. I was willing to pay the $50 I was quoted, but I just saved myself all the money. Go watch some YouTube videos and learn to do it. I ended up watching a lot of videos and found a decent groomer on YouTube who you can look up if you want. She's really good. Her user name is: Girl With The Dogs. (By the way, I get no commission for promoting anyone. I just think she does well in general and is very patient. =^_^=) So back to my review, I cannot recommend the place not because anyone is mean (at least not that I'm aware of, but I did only speak with one woman at the front), but because I was told they are not taking anymore clients. Petsmart does not groom cats so I'll save you time there too. A Petsmart groomer was the original one who recommended the place. I had to GPS it too because it sits in a neighborhood and looks just like a house and you'll miss it if you don't see their sign. Try watching the girl's videos on YouTube that I recommend and see if that helps you.

Such a great experience at this place! They did their best to get my dog in the same day as I called. I am not in Greensburg very often so it was greatly appreciated. My dog came out looking absolutely stellar. They did a great job with her and she was super relaxed when she came out. We haven't had an experience like this with any other groomer. 100% would recommend!

Isabella always looks and smells fantastic after a visit to Doggie Paws and Kitty Claws, the building is very nice and the employees are very friendly. They keep a record of what you get done so you don’t have to explain the type of cut, etc you want every time you visit. I couldn’t be happier with the services they provide and their prices are very reasonable. Also, if you like their Facebook page, after grooming they take a cute photo of your pet, it’s usually on the page within a few days, they always have cute backgrounds/ props. I have been to several groomers in the area and this is by far the best I have found.

They treat the clients and pets with respect and they do a fantastic job with all their grooming services. The price is extremely well for the type of high quality services offered here. they did an amazing job clipping my kittens no no area who has very long fur and lazy potty habits. she's definatly been so much more comfortable going to the bathroom now and I can definatly see that she doesn't see going to the bathroom as a scary horrible task anymore. thank you guys so much!!

this place is pretty cool.im a new customer and they treated me and my dog very well. everyone seemed really friendly there- i could tell that initially by the conversation that i had on the phone to make the appointment. the lady took the time to explain every part of the process to me and i could tell she was enthusiastic about her job.when i went in today for the appointment, that same level of enthusiasm and friendliness was present. my dog looked fantastic when i picked him back up. he got the full groom & trim - they did a great job! the lady was super nice and was telling my girlfriend and i about the rescue cat that they took in that came up to greet us. they also took a picture of my dog (Cane) for their FB page and gave him a bandana. you can tell they really love pets there and im happy to have found the place. i will definitely return!

My dog has a lot of anxiety. We've never had a problem taking Flynn here, they're always kind and patient with him. He comes home looking and smelling amazing. They always do such an amazing job with him here. So glad we found this place to take our anxious boy.
