After 20 minutes of waiting for my curbside and two employees walking past me, I had to call the store(which they told me is now policy - nowhere does it say this when you’re ordering.) they finally come out, only to tell me that despite (2) email notifications and a confirmation text confirming my order is ready at the east Pittsburgh street location, they insist I placed my order at Lawrenceville. I’m starting to run late for work at this point and had to replace my order with them. I then get a text that my order is canceled. At least the order was correct this time - I usually have to go in anyway to fix the order. I don’t think I’ll be coming back this time.

Mostly everyone’s pleasant. Had a big problem picking up an order. Placed my order, received confirmation and they wouldn’t give me my order when I arrived because I couldn’t remember the name of the product. Do not make it seem like this was my fault. I did exactly everything that was needed to place and pick up the order. I have done this several times before with no problem. The employee was giving me a hard time plain and simple.

Delta is my go-to. The staff are all super kind, professional and efficient. I only ever leave with good vibes. They are knowledgeable in their products and the prices are well within the scope of what is ideal and reasonable. If you’re thinking about coming here - don’t think - just do it!

Anytime I go in to delta 9 the experience is always awesome and everyone is so friendly. All of their workers are amazing and have always guided since I first became a patient! They also always have awesome deals especially the fact that their price pints are so reasonable! Thanks for always helping out 😄

They're just okay. Half of the employees there are super helpful and kind, and the rest act like they're doing you a big favor or you're just wasting their time. They were the first in the area, so maybe some people working there are on a power trip?!? There are plenty of other dispos in the area now, so you'd think that they'd try to do better with all the competition. Also, they don't have a points program like most of the other places in the area do.

My first visit and everyone from the front desk on was so nice, friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me and completely changed my perspective of what I thought I wanted and they even saved me some money. I can't relay how much I appreciated their helpfulness especially after a negative experience at a different store close by. I will drive farther to continue patronizing this store rather than the beyond one closer to my home in Irwin.

This place is decent. The girl up front was super friendly however the dude in the back, not so much. Decent selection of products. I'd come back here again if they had a specific product that I was looking for, however, this is usually my third choice of local dispensaries.

The 2 ladies at the front are always great, always smiling. All the bud tenders are nice and even say hello now when not tending to me. Any issues I have had was easily sorted with a phone call (sometimes it's a me and math issue).

The staff was very kind when accepting me as a new patient, their use of tablets made the process so much easier. Waiting area is absolutely stunning, modern earthy vibes with exquisite art and furniture. Mini fridge with small water bottles along with an ATM in the waiting area as well. Budtender was helpful with ensuring I knew how to use the medicine and had a great sense of humor, made me feel right at home. I definitely recommend this place! I'll be going back soon!

Nice friendly staff every time I've been there. Also usually a nice quick visit in and out when I've been there. Bonus points for having security in the parking lot outside the building. Only downside is the location doesn't offer more parking right outside. Due to the small lot alternative parking is down an alley but doesn't offer much security in a neighborhood that looks like they may need it even though it's in eyes view of the dispensary.

The consultants there are very nice and so helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. It would be a lot nicer if they would just legalize marijuana so everyone could get what they need. The stores in other states are a little nicer because they have all their products on display so you can see what you're buying. It's really nice, it would be awesome if they did that here in PA, but it's still a good store and the prices are a little lower than other stores in the area. You should definitely ✅ it out!

The staff is nice. Other then that the business model from top to bottom is trash. Online ordering nonexistent. Parking available limited at best. Point of sales system crashes on multiple visits. Lobby is small. Product is limited. Closed 2 days a week. The combination of these flaws leads to a bottleneck for consumers. If you have no life this distributor is perfect for you BUT god forbid you have a schedule and expectations because this location is often a waste of time and energy. By far the worst distributor in Pittsburgh area.

Normally I am a very loyal customer to delta 9 but today I drove 30 minutes to pick up suppositories for my severe menstrual cramps, and shook the bag and it sounded like it was empty and checked the container and no product was in the container. I went back to delta 9 and they accused me of stealing the product. Was not given a refund or a new product and will now have to contact the growers. I do not have much money and cannot afford to buy another product to help my cramps and now am out $40 and medication that truly helps me. Unless this is is resolved I will not be returning. Very upsetting experience, it is not my fault the distributor sent them an empty container and that the employees didn’t notice that one of their products is empty. If you shook the container you can tell that there was no product in the container. And to be accused of stealing is very upsetting as well, I have been a very loyal customer for the past year since getting my medical card.EDIT: I understood that it was opened when it shouldnt be. There was no misunderstanding that you did in fact accuse me of stealing the words “how do I know you didn’t open it and stick them in your pocket?” left your mouth and is in fact being accused of stealing, and I do not appreciate being accused of stealing.

I've been to a good bit of dispensaries and by FAR this is my favorite one so far! The staff is EXTREMELY nice and cater to the exact thing you came there looking for! Also the cheapest prices I've seen yet! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this place deserves it. Highly recommend this dispensary to anyone new or anyone at all for that matter. I live in New Kensington and its well worth the trip! Go check them out!!!

Always super fast, very friendly, well stocked and clean inside. Not to mention the price always seems to be anywhere from $5 or more cheaper then anywhere else selling the exact same things. You really can't beat that. I've done the math and even with the little bit of extra gas to get there it's still cheaper all the way around.

I so wanted to love this place since it’s the closest dispensary to where I live but they often run out of flower by noon and I’ve been given the wrong product on more than one occasion. When I called to have it switched I was told I was out of luck or I had to go through the distributor. I once forget my mask to pick up an order and instead of supplying me with a disposable paper mask for the 5 minutes I would be in the store they made me purchase a $10 cloth mask with weed leaves all over it so I couldn’t even wear it for regular daily use. Anytime I’ve had questions in the store about products or devices I always feel like I’m a bother to them and end up feeling like I’ve left with the wrong product. You have to place an order first thing in the morning if you want to ensure they will have inventory left and so there have been times Ive had to order ahead not knowing for sure I would make it to pick up before they closed. As a result of this there have been a couple of times that I didn’t make it to pick up my order and they put me on a list saying I can no longer make online orders. I’ve just felt a very unwelcoming & unfriendly vibe from this place all around from day one and will gladly drive the extra 20 minutes to Latrobe to buy from Rise Dispensary and save myself from the anxiety I get going here.
