Apparently for them to prepare your online order. You have to tell them at the desk. Which all of you must understand is about the most idiotic and ridiculous thing you’d ever hear. The point of ordering online is to arrive at the same time the order is finished. If I order online and still have to wait in line to tell them about my order, then it makes ordering online redundant.Obviously this isn’t how it actually is. But you need to educate your workers.

I’m not sure what happened this time, but the ice cream was definitely not up to par like it usually is. We ordered a banana split and a cone with sprinkles and peanut butter crunch. There were barely any sprinkles and peanut butter crunch on the ice cream. I’m sure it was a fluke, and I will always continue to go here when I go to Lynch Field.

Came into the restaurant took 3 minutes to get waited on. Didn’t have straws stocked, wet floor which my fiance almost slipped on. Went to get some fries and had to wait 7 minutes for them to even get to me, the place has no business right now so I was just by myself. Put my fries in and didn’t let me pay till 5 minutes later. Manager has nasty attitude as well.

The drive through line was into the road so we went inside to order. The sign on the door which has almost no lighting said that the dining room was closing early(which we did not see). Inside we waited 20 minutes in line to order which was fine. When we went to order we were told that the up front chocolate ice cream machine was down and if we wanted chocolate that we would have to go outside and get into the drive through line that was stretched out into 119…. The reason for this was that it would put to much stress on the drive through ice cream machine if they used that machine for inside purchases. How does that make sense? If people then go through the drive through the machine is still going to be used the exact same amount.. The manager came out and said that the dining room was closed and that the sign in the door said so. This was after a woman working just announced it was closing in 1/2 hour (8pm). Below is a pic of the sign in the door. Also if we wanted to get stuck on a busy road to be able to get into the drive through we wouldn’t of passed up the meadows…

They get two stars for my food order at least being right.I've been to this DQ only three times in the past few years and try to avoid it because of what I mention below...but I was in the area and decided to give it another go.No one in drive thru except me this time and maybe two cars in the lot. Ice cream/blizzards are always melted. I don't know how that's possible because it didn't take long to get these.What took long were the two hotdogs I ordered....I sat in the drive thru and finished a medium blizzard in the time it took to get them.Also, posted a pic of their outdoor trash....nice.I understand fluke days but this experience is the usual for me at this particular DQ.

Took our grandkids for ice cream! Very nice! The staff were great! We will be back!Kid-friendliness: They helped the grandkids with their selection, so it would be right for each one! Very helpful.

For a long while, I thought the people working here were incompetent, lazy, and rude. However, since I gave this place a break, the rudeness is no longer an issue here. If you like the s'mores blizzard, you can still order it year-round. The only difference is that the Hershey's is replaced with chocolate shards that they use in their brownie extreme. My boyfriend and i like the dilly bars, too. The donation boxes are a nice touch. When I come in, I always donate to the animal shelter.

I’ve been here twice in the past month and each time they have messed up my order. The first time they got the wrong size blizzard. The second time they gave me the right size blizzard but completely wrong flavor. The blizzards taste fine but they are always kind of melted at the top.

The ice cream is fine. It’s always fine. But I can’t help but be off put by the employees who are so busy giggling and carrying on with each other that the service is terrible. We waited so long tonight at the window watching them goof off that the line, which was us and two cars behind us, was wrapped around the building and into the road by the time we left. Even more, there is no apology for the lengthy wait for seemingly no reason or thank you for patronage. Very frustrating.

Always good chicken 🐔 strip baskets. Must get hot white gravy to dip your fries and toast in. The chicken strips go best with the BBQ sauce. After that I grab a small twist in a cone for quick dessert 🍦

The place was a mess. The front counter guy was more worried about the girls in line then what he was suppose to be doing. 20 mins for dilly bars. I understand d the short staff issues but this place had 2 front counter ppl and the manager helping. The crazy thing. I was short 3 cents an she canceled my order an tried making me wait in that God awful line again. No. I wouldn't of been short on cash if they had a price label on the cases of ice cream.

True lack of experience and common sense. We went through drive through - ordered 2 blizzards. There were 2 cars ahead of us. First car pulled away. Next car was asked to pull forward to complete order. When we got to the window the employees had no record of our order, so they took it again. IN an attempt to figure out what happened, we see the 2 employees from the drive through window going outside to the car that had pulled ahead. After a discussion, the customers in the car ahead handed back to the employees 2 large blizzards. The employees proceeded to come back to the drive through window with the same 2 blizzards (that had been in the car head) and take the spoons out (Probably because the customers in the car ahead had eaten from them). The employees put these same blizzards in a bag to hand to us. YUCK. Needless to say we refused them and asked the employees to make new ones. An employee should never serve a customer any food item that has been touched or in contact with another customer. How unsanitary. Totally blame management for lack of training and supervision

We come here quite often to get food and dessert. There’s always a lot of young kids working and they do a great job. They’re quick, and if there’s a delay for some reason, they always apologize. Food is always warm and correct and the blizzards are great!

We parked across the street and walked into the lobby for our free cones for 1st day of spring. Manager met us at the door and said lobby was closed bc a lot of staff was leaving soon. She refused to let me come in with my 4 kids and told me my only option was get in my car and wait in the drive through line (that was blocking 119). We do that, and in the 10 minutes it took to move 4 car lengths I watched as THREE groups of people walked into the lobby placed orders, paid and got their ice cream!! I got out of my car and walked in asking if the lobby was still closed, they said yes. I asked why they turned me away but let these other 10 people in immediately after me. No one said a word.Terrible customer service. If you're going to close the lobby at 7pm do it for everyone!!

I walked in to no wait in line and ordered my food right away. Soon after the dining room was full of people waiting to order. I literally watched a young girl pace back lAND FOURTH ooking at her phone SHE ONLY ACCOMPLISHED serving ONE FRY to someone in the 25 minutes i was waiting for my food . I could see my sandwich sitting on the hot warmer as others were served their food that came in after me.. . I had to stop get the girls attention while she was handing another customer the mentioned box of frys. She just stared at me and I had to repeat myself twice before I could walk her though getting me my sandwiches.. To add to the mess of things, the girl taking orders at the counter either knew every person except me or she liked to strike up conversations with everyone while taking orders as the dining room got more and more backed up. I would say that this was all due to the management staff either not leading or not training the staff addiquitley.

We waited for 20 minutes in the druve thru for 2 blizzards. 1 carmel mocha cheesecake and a thin mint. 1. They were melting and runny when we got them and 2. There wasn't any cheesecake but an overflow of the chocolate carmel candies. So I called the store numerous times and wanted to leave a message but was unable to do so because the voucemal was full. I think that's what bothered me the most. I called the next day and was passed to at least 2 employees and not the manager. She was to busy. I know everyone is understaffed and really busy . Just empty your voice-mail and don't let ice cream sit for 20 minutes. Definitely won't be back .

Hard to resist driving past a DQ and not getting pretzel sticks and cheese. They are the best!The new S'mores shake was delicious.Line took a little long to get thru with only 4 vehicles but overall I am a fan of DQ food when I need a quick bite on the go.

There is not enough help. The kids locked the doors so you could only go through the drive in. I ordered a frozen cupcake and it was not frozen at all. The week before, we went and the drive thru lane was out on the highway because the dine in doors were locked.

Horrible service. People working there are clueless. Food was cold. Took them 10 minutes to figure of what a large drink is.Round 2 gave them another chance.. failed again. Asked for a tropical blizzard. Which has coconut and pineapple and banana. They said they didnt have coconut. I said fine ill take one without. I should have known these people qorking here who want 15.00 an hour could not handle such any overwhelming task. Instead they gave me walnuts (which im allergic to) and bananas. Luckly I saw the brown top of one before eating..just goes to show you, you have one job and cant even do it.
