Fostering with Cross Your Paws has been the most rewarding experience! As a newbie to the group,I’ve been amazed by how many dogs this group has been able to save, solely through volunteers! Everyone is so helpful, welcoming and kind. And the animals I’ve worked with are so amazing (pictured are the dogs I’ve fostered since joining in December)! These sweet puppers are so grateful for the chance at a new and better life! If you’ve ever considered fostering, do it, you won’t regret it! And check out these amazing animals if you’re looking to adopt! This organization is amazing and truly just wants the best for these animals!!!

Cross Your Paws Rescue was a joy to work with. Response time was fast. They answered all my questions and explained the process throughly. When we met Molly she was happy, healthy, clean, and up to date on vaccines. She had an adorable collar on and we were provided her records and a care package. Her foster mom was in contact with me throughout the entire process and even asked how her first night went with us. I would highly recommend adopting and supporting Cross Your Paws Rescue.

Just completed an adoption on a precious little girl named Lilly. A Bulldog/Boxer mix, she was in pretty bad shape a few months ago, but thanks to a wonderful foster family she is now doing great. God has a special place in Heaven for this couple.

I have been a foster for Cross your paws for a year now and its been such an amazing experience!!! Everyone involved in this rescue has one thing in common...we all love these animals and only want the best forever homes for them!!! All of us volunteer our time in multiple ways...whether it be setting up events...helping with transport...fundraising...running apps or fostering puppies...it takes a village to make this run like a well oiled machine and I am very blessed to be part of this village!!

I was searching and searching and hoping to find my new best friend and all I wanted was another golden retriever after losing mine. I knew I only wanted to adopt and thought I’d never find one with a rescue again. Then one day there she was on a Facebook post, my beautiful Rosie! I couldn’t hit the buttons fast enough to apply and anxiously awaited a respond and then it came, they picked me!!! The process was easy as asked normal questions I would expect of a rescue. Not only did I get to adopt the most beautiful girl in the whole world I foster with them now and am part of an amazing rescue community. Adopt adopt adopt!!

Well I guess I’m the first time foster fail! Debbie and Sharon at CYPR are just amazing! I’m so happy to get my first dog from them, and I know that’s I’m in good hand when I meet wonderful people like them! They are a trustworthy organization and I’m so happy to see how they are devoting their time to save a dog’s life. They make this world a better place.

We had an excellent experience with Cross Your Paws Rescue. We adopted our best buddy, Flint, in April of 2022. We went through a few phone interviews and had to have references and also a vet reference, all things that should be done from a good rescue. We set up an appointment for our senior dog to be introduced to the puppy to make sure they got along. Fortunately, everything went well and we were able to adopt Flint into our family.I am so thankful this rescue saved our Captain Flint. He is the sweetest boy and we love him deeply. Also, we can't thank his foster mom enough for taking such great care of him until he could come home with us.5 Stars. Help save a life.

They did a very thorough background check, which I appreciate for adopting a dog. It was a little bit slow to hear back from them and I wish we had been able to do a meet and greet before we decided officially, but all worked out really well in general. Thank you for our new little boy. 🐾 💕

I had two positive experiences adopting from Cross Your Paws, Sadie in April 2022 and Shadow in March of this year. The folks at Cross your Paws were great at communicating throughout the application and adoption process. It is obvious how much they care about the dogs in their care. I have nothing but good things to say about Cross Your Paws Rescue! We adopted our first dog Bodhi in April 2022 and just brought home our second pup, Sunny this week! When I originally applied for a dog I did not receive a reply. After reaching out to them 3 times I learned the dog had been adopted by another family. It was meant to be because I applied for another dog. I was immediately contacted by Debbie who was very responsive and with me every step of the way. She even gave me her husband's cell# because she couldn't be there the day we picked up Martha (now Murphy Brown) from the transport. I commend this organization for the work they do, and highly recommend them. My doggo is the perfect fit for my family.

We adopted Sandy and Zuko from Cross Your Paws Rescue. These two pups are an absolute delight and have been nothing but snuggly puppies since they came home with us. Our experience with Cross Your Paws was incredible, and we absolutely adored the pup's foster parents who definitely went above and beyond while caring for them and making sure that they (and their other siblings) went to loving and caring homes. They kept me updated on the well being of our pup and shared pictures with me while we were waiting to bring her home. When we picked up our pup from the foster home, we were given all the information we needed to care for her. What an amazing experience! Their focus on raising dogs in need, even if moving them in from hundreds of miles away is so heart warming. The application process was quick, less than 24 hours from application to approval. They are sure to get the right dogs into the right homes. The volunteers and their commitment to this as well as sharing their homes and hearts as fosters is just amazing. Debbie was an amazing, caring, and informative foster mom and volunteer. Our family is blessed to have found CYP and to rescue our Dexter (Wendell), a three month old handsome and healthy border collie mix. Thank you CYP!

We had a very positive experience with Cross your Paws. The foster family was delightful. Their children had already helped our pup learn some basic tricks and were obviously very caring. They even offered to watch out new dog if wanted to take a vacation she couldn’t join us on. The foster company clearly has high standards when choosing its fosters. The organization also treats its clients very well and helped negotiate on our behalf when a vet charged double what was considered reasonable for a procedure. I cannot speak highly enough about this organization.

This is an impressive rescue. They complete all they need to do on both ends. The communication was efficient, kind, thorough and patient with the process. Alex Greenberg was an exceptionally effective and compassionate facilitator of the process and had known what I was waiting for and after being approved, contacted me with the perfect dog for me.
