Terrible store. Most of the animals are kept horribly. Rabbits kept in small cages, bettas in dirty cups, the reptile set ups are off, fish in tiny tanks, terrible. Selections are also horrible, there was a lot of empty shelves there is no point in going.

Both female employees are sitting on the counter engrossed in their phones when I walk the store. The blonde employee had an unprofessional attitude. Reptiles are extremely over priced.

The staff is always smiling and easy to talk too! They’re very helpful and their product/animal knowledge makes shopping there extremely easy and enjoyable.

Staff treated me terribly. They also had no idea how to answer any of my questions when I asked about a cat food they sold and basically made fun of me for a cat litter I used.
