Burlington will definitely save you money if you're into buying Nike, Puma, and other name brands like that.But if you're just looking for cute back to school clothes for the kiddos, you're better off going elsewhere. It was hard to find clothes in a girl's size 8, let alone anything cute.I was also looking for boys size 6 clothes. They had sets, but to find separates that match, forget it. Also looking at men's size small for a 13 year old boy, it was hard to find things that were appropriate.Lastly: there wasn't any underwear in any of the above mentioned sizes.Gonna go shopping elsewhere tomorrow to hopefully finish up school shopping.

Disappointed in the lay out of the store. Aisle are VERY tight. Not as much product out. I hate how the shrunk it all in when there is a whole store that could be used.

It's clean and has alot of variety items but some of items ard scattered and mixed with others that it is like going to a fleamarket in some areas where prices are very high or about right for similar items. And it is a little overwhelming. I feel the rugs are excellently priced and reasonable but the clearance prices on their clothes is way too high. They have risen considerably over the years. It is a little too expensive for me to shop there and take alot of time to find a good deal. If you have money then it would be great. Beautiful clothes and quality items are offered throughout. If they would lower their clearance prices by half of what they have now I would shop for clothes. At moment I am only looking at their rugs and mayb few other household items

On 03/29/23 My friend and I stopped in before closing time to grab some items. I specifically went in for bedding and left with bedding. Once inside, we noticed a female employee speaking to the male employee with glasses. I immediately noticed the attitude between the two employees. The male watched us the entire time and instead of offering any assistance, he rudely reminded my friend and I of the store closing.When I was obviously in the process of checking out, the employee continued to stare as if I was doing something wrong. At this point, the store was closed but I was closing out my transaction. However, my friend was not yet in line at the time during my checkout.I mentioned to the cashier how the other employee was staring at me. What was I going to do stuff a 5 piece comforter set in my jacket and walk out without purchasing it? Clearly this employee had an underlying issue with my presence in the store. I felt targeted by these employees and unwelcomed. However, I have shopped several times in the past at various locations while being followed and watched so this was nothing new for me. I found the microaggressions of these two employees both unprofessional and immature.This location closes at 10pm on Wednesdays, if there is an issue with this closing time, then the hours of operation should be changed to fit the needs of the two employees, a personal change in scheduling or training to educate these workers concerning good work ethics should be mandated. The actions displayed by the employees will NOT prevent us from shopping at this location in the future. I intended on purchasing one item and nothing more.Despite our negative experience while shopping here today, the cashier was pleasant and very kind. She closed out our purchases in a timely manner and was efficient in doing so.

I've noticed a decline in selections of various departments. Very few choices in jewelry, shoes, plus sizes women including intimate apparel and coats. Very disappointing.Handbags are very limited choices , as well. But aside from that, it's a wonderful store I've always enjoyed shopping(at least 15 years)

I always enjoy shopping at this location. They have a wonderful selection and the cashier, Rita, was so pleasant during the check out process. The customer service at this store is top notch, and I am always assisted quickly when I need help finding an item. I had a question about a item that I intended to purchase and the manager, Marlene, assisted me quickly and was able to answers the questions that I had. I always feel welcome at this store. One of the best in the area, kudos to the staff.

Lots of changes since I last shopped there. Mens department nothing like it was. Found a great coat, but it felt like a fluke. Mens dress clothes are very sparse. Couldn't find the other two Mens dress items I specifically went there for. Disappointing. But if you're after decorations or housewares, particularly for gifting, you're in the right place.

Disappointed in the kids dress clothing and shoes. It’s sad that I actually had to buy my children dress clothes online for the first time ever. We were typically able to find very nice options here. No more. 0 dress clothes and 0 dress shoes.

In my opinion (and others may disagree) when I think about how this store was 10 to 15 years ago compared to what it is now, I'm disappointed. They don't carry as much inventory as they used to, so the selection is more limited. But the store is clean & well organized, so that's good.

The organization style in this place isn't very helpful when looking for something. The prices were good but the shoe quality was pretty poor even though they were name brand. And then to top it off they had country music playing I feel that's unprofessional in a retail setting.

Big sign on door that says "this store is only open until 10 pm" even tho it says 11 pm online. So showing up at 9:45 thinking I have an hour was a joke.
