Did not realize the return policy was only 15 days. The store is 30 minutes from my home and there is no other reason for me to go to the area. So I have to make a special trip to go to Best Buy. It would have been nice if they informed you of their return policy at checkout. You can decide then before completing the transaction if you have time to come back if something is wrong with your purchase. If you miss the deadline, they will not even give you store credit for the return. In the future unfortunately shopping on line at Amazon is less time consuming and so much easier for returns. It cost me money and time shopping at Best Buy. Now I am stuck with something I don't need. The manager wasn't even helpful. I was told I could try and sell the item to get my money back. Very disappointed with the customer service. Only adds to the reasons why shopping in person is more an inconvenience. Which is a shame. As a community we need our local stores.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We purchased an item online and chose one hour pick up. After waiting the hour and not hearing anything, we decided to just go to the store. When we got there, the person at the pick up desk checked to see if our order was ready. He said unfortunately it is not ready come back in an hour. We come back an hour and 30 minutes later and it still isn’t done. They ended up just canceling our order at that point, and said we can just make another purchase on the same card for said product. Keep in mind charges do not get put back on cards instantaneously, and at the point we couldn’t because the item was $600, and now we have to wait days for that amount to be put back on the card. She said there was an issue with the payment, but we got the confirmation email. If there was a problem, you didn’t call us to let us know?! And if there was an issue why did you tell me you returned the funds to the card?! So I guess their plan was not address the said problem with the customer you just cancel the order… awful

It's best buy, what's to expect?A greeter whose job I will never understand monitoring cameras or something on the way in.A decent amount of electronics stuff that's generally harder to find than it should be and usually few employees in the immediate area (although usually not extremely difficult to fetch one).Generally overpriced compared to the same things on Amazon, but at least you can touch the items and have a better chance of getting the things you need. Better than the quality you'd find at Walmart.Somewhat bizarre checkout, no one was at a register until after I was there item in hand.

This store is big. They have everything in there from phones to dryers to refrigerators the TVs and etc.. They are priced out of reasonable price a little high but other than that they are good. They have the geek squad, which is a plus and their customer service is nice.

Very bad customer service....went to this location bout few days ago to get a temporary phone case until the ones I ordered came in 1st when I walked in there was 4 employees standing in the middle the camera area I guess never said a word to me and I even said hi 1st......second I was looking at the phone cases and not once did an employee come over ask if I needed help nor where any around still all up in the middle by the doors And then 3rd and final complaint went to check out there was a gentleman in front of me and the employee behind the counter basically rushed thru his checkout wanted to go back to the middle because as soon as the gentleman in front of me left the employee was on his way back to the middle again but saw me and was like oops didn't see you there....buddy I was the only other one in line 😀 he also rushed thru my checkout never bagged my purchase nor asked if I even wanted a bag but as soon as I got me receipt he was already back over in the middle by the doors b4 I even walked out......very poor customer service probably won't be back again...I used to love that store go in there see what new things where out and I couldn't afford lol but nowadays be better if you actually had employees that worked there not just people who stand in the middle and make it look like we as the customers forced them to help us. Do better best buy

Upgraded two phones with Bri. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the product, the carrier, and set-up. There were some backing up issues so we were there for a few hours but that was unrelated to the service she provided.

I went to best buy today. I love technology and today I was seeking a new wireless router and a modem. When I approched the desk for help around 1230ish, the guy looked right at me who was next in line and then addressed two other customers and walked away with no support or help for me. This is horrible customer service.

Customer service is horrible. Waited 20 minutes just to purchase an iPad and laptop. I knew exactly what I wanted, but had to wait for someone to come help me. I finally gave up and left only to find four sales people just standing at the front desk.

Friendly/helpful staff but incorrect stock counts on two of the items I was looking to pickup today even though they showed in stock. One item was locked up so it's shocking that inventory was off on that.

The staff was nice enough, but they are salespeople I spent a lot of money to order a gaming pc there and I never received it. When I went into the store for resolution the man "helping" me pretty much told me there was nothing he could do. Contacted Best buy customer care they said they could re-ship the product because ups lost it (not best buys fault if I'm being completely fair). Rep for best buy customer service said they will reship it and give me a confirm email in 24 hours. 48 hours go by I message the customer service on my app they said it would be 72 hours not 24 (said it was due to a language barrier between me and the previous rep). So, I wait 72 hours pass I call the customer service again at this point I just want a refund. I didn't get any confirmation emails. So, I request they refund my 2k it's a lot of money to just be floating around during the holiday season. 48 hours later I have nothing in my inbox no confirmation no re-assurance they are going to refund my money nothing. I am completely gutted, as a salesperson myself I am very understanding, but all the customer care people do is tell you what you want to here and nothing actually gets done. I really hope I actually get my refund. If you plan on buying something from best buy for a large sum of money that "has to be shipped to my house"; which was also annoying because I would have rather picked it up in store; please just don't. Drive to the microcenter in Ohio especially if you want to get into a gaming pc. This was going to be my first one, and a Christmas gift to myself. I am so upset about the way I've been gaslighted about the product and my money this entire time.

Wish I would have caught the name of the young blonde woman who helped us. She met us at the door with our return and helped us through the whole process. Not only was she efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, but she also gave us recommendations as to where we could find the replacement we sought, even though it wasn't through Best Buy. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had 2 visits with Geek squad. 1st visit went exceptionally well. Sunday 10/29/23- the Geek squad rep was Excellent! I was having an issue with my Iphone 11. The charge port would not work. He ran diagnostics and then cleaned out the port. The port worked great . I requested a new battery (it was original and doesn't hold the charge as well as it should). The order was placed and I had an appointment for Sunday 11/5/23 to drop off my phone and have the battery replaced (I was told it would take 2-3 hours) . I showed up on time Sunday 11/5/23 and and a different Geek squad tech told me that he had to rerun the diagnostics. I was confused, but I told him to do it. He then proceeds to tell me that the battery is now at 81 % of it's original abilities. He told me that he could not and would not replace my battery . I told him that it was ordered already. I just want it done - He refused. after 15 minutes, I finally left. Without a new battery. I had rearranged my schedule for this . Now I have been calling the store for 2 hours and I can not get a person on the phone to discuss this with. I have tried corporate phone numbers too, and no live person will answer. DO NOT USE THIS STORE !

No sales people around. Had to look for the printer, not on the shelf. Go back to main entrance, ask for help. At least item was in stocks. Best Buy just doesn't get, having people available for questions. Versus going back to one person to find it on the computer. Why have stuff on the shelves if you are not going to have people around for help?

It is horrible. First of all, when you purchase an item and they push the repair package on you ,and then don't even service the item at that location. And what is it with 5 people standing at the door questioning why you are there. I don't feel as though I should have to explain what I'm going into a store for. Extremely uncomfortable all around. I avoid going here at all. They really need to go back to being a regular store, you know where you can enter without being hounded by multiple people. Especially when.tjwir people are rude. Why can't I just look until I see what I want?

I think overall Best Buy still is one of the better places to buy things like computers and electronics. They also handle problems in an efficient manner.I recently purchased the Insignia 7.0 cubic upright freezer, which is the Best Buy brand. I only have one complaint, but it is not really a complaint. The freezer is a little too good you could say. The other freezer I use to stick a spoon in icecream and it goes right through it. Icecream in the Insignia freezer bends my spoon basically. I guess the freezer is testing to tell me to lay off eating more than a few spoonfuls of ice creams. 😂 The icecream is literally rock solid frozen. The freezer is a good one. Just remember that if you buy something to keep an eye on sales. Once I bought the freezer within a week there was a sale on it and Best Buy credited my card back the difference after I mentioned it to them. I think the sale has to be in a certain time frame. The people who delivered the freezer were quick, knowledgeable and didn't dilly dally with the work. It's a good idea to have Total Tech with Geek Squad because that Total Tech will also give you a two year warranty as well as free delivery and free removal of the other appliance. Next time you go into Best Buy consider Total Tech which covers it all.

Always In and out very quickly. The check in sign up front by the entrance is very helpful. Love the queue system, it helps that you don’t have to hunt sales associates down. They instead come right out to you to help, wish more places did this!

The second time we stopped in the store and the second time they did not have what we needed. It really surprises me Best Buy is still hanging on in such a competitive electronics market. BB is a shell of its former self. I really hate to say it, since I'm a fan of physical stores and promoting the local economy, but I recommend doing your shopping for electronic products on the web so you can get exactly what you need.

I always have a good experience at Best buy. If I had money to throw down the toilet, I'd buy every single thing in that store. Pretty much. The customer service/ employee help that you get from everyone. There, is pretty good. They all know really well, everything in their department. You get proper feedback and correct answers as well. Then if that's not enough, you can always go to the geek squad and the geek squad can pretty much tell you your past, predict the future and make matter move with their mind! In other words, they're pretty smart and they know their stuff.

Nothing with this store itself. it's a corporate issue that I have. It's the no Best buy store has any real inventory of any real products. It's literally video games and cell phones are all they keep in stock on a regular basis
