Had our first visit there today and the staff was so friendly and our 3 babies look amazing!!! Will definitely be back they took wonderful care of them!! Not over priced and the service was fast and great!!

Rude. i do not recommend. not sure if it’s a new owner or what… i took my little girl yorkie there for 5+ years. This past January she had an appointment but passed away early January. Even though i was so upset, i called to cancel her appointment but got a voicemail. i’m the voicemail i explained lily had passed away and had to cancel. They never called me back or sent a card or anything. Fast forward to now, we rescued a two year old male yorkie and made an appointment. i showed up ten minutes early, dropped him off and upon my return i was told how hyper he was and just wanted to see everything going on in the room. i said oh i’m sorry we just got him so this is his first haircut. even though the haircut was definitely not done correctly, i still tried to make his next appointment for him before i left for a saturday like i have done for the past 5+ years… She then told me that saturdays were for her regulars. Um what was i then? The tone caught me off guard. i will not be returning.

We have taken our dog here for over a year now. Recently our dog has been in and out the vet, was hospitalized, and diagnosed with Addison’s. We had to reschedule his appointment because he couldn’t be put under stress due to just getting out the hospital and letting his injection kick in. We explained this to the groomer and asked if they could please squeeze us in next week because he hasn’t had a bath in over a month. The woman was extremely rude and said there was nothing till October. Even after we explained what he has been going through she continued to be rude and yelling. No respect for their customers and they don’t even deserve to have a business! I can only imagine how they are with the dogs if they act like that towards their loyal customers! Please if your dog goes here, consider taking them somewhere else!

I have had my dog for 2 1/2 years and during that time the only groomer I used was Wagging Tail. The first groomer I had was amazing, however, quit shortly after I started going there. The second groomer I had was also wonderful and did a awesome job grooming my dog....she also quit. As a professional person, this should have immediately been a red flag for me. I agree with Brandon Murphy that Colleen (the owner) is very rude and inconsiderate. Her full time groomer has issues communicating with the needs of her customers and has no expertise in dog grooming. I will not go back and would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone who loves their pets!

This was my first time going there and I found them online. Not only were they so nice but my dog looked amazing!! I have been cutting this poor dog's hair myself during the pandemic and it was terrible. They did an amazing job!!! I 100% recommend this place and we will be back

Been taking my dogs here for years! Very clean, safe, and organized grooming salon. The groomers are great with my dogs who are very scared and skiddish around new people and places. They always treat them like they are their own. My pups always come home happy, looking pretty, and smelling good! The cute bandanas and sticky earrings are an extra touch you don't get everywhere else!

My roommate set up an appointment with this so-called “groomer” at least two weeks ago, for today at 11:00 AM. Well, my roommate gets a call while she’s at work from them wondering if she was going to bring her dog in this morning , my roommate advised this groomer that she had verified two to three times the scheduled time and everything was good. I called this groomer at 8:30 AM to find out what the problem was and was told by them that if I couldn’t bring the dog in right now that the next available appointment would be in at least two weeks! I advised whoever answered the phone there that their employee obviously screwed up and she insisted that there definitely was not a foul up on their end. I thanked her for wasting my time and hung up. This groomer has never gotten a grooming done correctly and I’ve always had to have them correct something. I would not ever recommend them for anything!

We will not be back.I do NOT reccomend.Colleen the owner is a very rude and inconsiderate person. I don't know if she is a blatant liar or an inconsiderate person who does not understand how to communicate effectively to customers. Her and her personnel do not understand the difference between a skittish and timid puppy and an aggressive dog. After several visits without incident Colleen contacted my wife less than 30 minutes before an appointment that had been scheduled for over a week to cancel stating that we could not bring our "aggressive" dog in to be groomed. She stated that the dog had bit an employee previously. This is not true. When the Isabel was still a puppy she nipped at the sleeve of the groomer playfully. There had been visits without incident since.I could understand better if the appointment had been denied or canceled farther in advance, but to wait until the last minute is bad business and very inconsiderate.

Best dog groomer around! We have tried many in the area and our dogs were always shaky and hated us after.... Not anymore, you can tell they care, the dogs love this place and actually don't mind the groomers anymore.

After years of using this service and putting up with the cuts and scrapes on our pup because our family's little dog doesn't like the groomers and they always told us he was pretty good there, they call us today to cancel his upcoming appointment because the new groomer, who has never even seen our dog, won't take him. Why you ask? Because he tries to bite the brush when they're doing his face. Our dog is a little 14 lb Bichon mix who is 13 years old. What kind of people are you hiring there now? I intend to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Got our golden groomed by Jodi on Wednesday she did a awesome job. Kiara is always running to the door to go home when we would pick her up at other places. She actually went back to see Jodie before we left. I will definitely take her back to Jodi.

This is a horrible business ran by an even worse woman. Misquoted price by a significant amount, no cash but sign wasnt there at drop off) dog was groomed improperly andowner was extremely rude. I showed up with quoted price and a 20% tip and the owner wouldnt give me my dog until I dialed the cops. I feel like a fool because I didn't listen to the reviews. The owner took the money and tip. What a nasty woman.

I have mixed feelings about this business. I think I will look around for other groomers. Toke 3 hrs to get my 7lb pup groomed. And I was not happy one other time with the grooming. ???

I went to apply for a job here's a while ago and was instantly taken back to start working. As a "trial run" I didn't set up w2s or any paperwork and was not compensated. The worst part bough was what I saw with the groomers. They were awful to the animals and broke every safety rule every... such as leaving the pets on the table on their noose while they walked off. A cat jumped off and started to hang itself. I was appalled and baffled this place was in business.
