Updated Review: March 28, 2024 14:13 hoursIt seems over the last year I have noticed an ongoing trend. Every time I go they have 0 regular hot dogs for sale. Ninety-five percent of the time their slurpee machine is not functioning.I have to admit that is a huge disappointment.You guys are losing a few stars in my original rating I left for you because of these teo reasons. If you want the added stars you'll need to make sure what you have for sale is actually there to be sold.==================================I have been going to this store off and on for around 40 plus years. I even worked there for a time. The prices are a little higher than the average store, but you are paying for the convenience of having access 24/7 365 so it helps pay the wages of those employees to keep the place open and utilities operational. I think for the most part I appreciate how respectful all of the employees are at the store. They always ask me how I'm doing and if they see I need any help they are willing to help me. I am glad to see the store has better security now as well. Overall, I don't think you'll ever really be disappointed with 7-11. They do not have a restroom for public use though so please don't ask. The place is kept clean inside and out of the store. The employees act in a professional and courteous manner. Don't forget to download the 7-11 app for free. Every time you spend money have them scan your code so you can earn things. If I can think of anything else I will edit this later, but for now I'm not sure what more to say except that I like the slurpees. lol....

Staff is unfriendly, and the signs on the door for sales are not right. For example it says buy ANY 2 pack of backwoods and save $3.50. Well i bought 2 and definitely did not get to save my $3.50 and i have tried to call 2 times and ask about it and no one will answer.

Unfriendly employees, got 6 drinks bottles and a couple snack, was asked if we wanted a bag...yes please...so he literally shoved it all in one bag. Floor was sticky and prices a but pricey also.

I love the changes to the store recently much more selection. And the new employees are wonderful I used to hate running in the store due to certain employees but now I am greeted by friendly faces. I wish I knew her name but the older lady with glasses has always been exceptional at her job and has gone out of her way to fill the iced coffee machine when it was busy and had a smile on her face and showed no signs of being annoyed I normally wouldn't ask when its busy to refill it but was heading into a long night of work and had another employee looking forward to the coffee as well so she really made our day by doing that.

Although there is one very friendly older woman that works here, the others are miserable! I understand that it is difficult to be happy all of the time, but the staff is just completely rude and bitter and not helpful at all. Among many of my visits to this location simply out of convenience, the last one was the worst and the final straw. I had waited in line -- when I say line I mean there was one customer in front of me -- for over ten minutes. I waited because there was a customer buying lottery tickets. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue because I understand that it does take a while to process tickets and what not, but ten minutes?! I was not greeted, nor did the miserable employee ever say shed be right with me or apologize for the wait, she said nothing. While flirting with the customer over lottery tickets, she then messed up what the man had asked for, which took more time for her to act like she knew what she was doing in order to fix her mistake. Besides this newer angry employee, there is a running joke around town about another gentleman who works there. if you've ever visited here at night, you know who I mean. He is always outside smoking -- always, and how dare you pull in and want any kind of service when you interrupt his never-ending cigarette break. He huffs and puffs and is just in general a miserable man when it comes to doing his job and helping a customer. I really dislike this establishment simply based on the employees alone. Oh, and the young male owner -- don't get me started! He thinks the world is out to get him and he stereotypes every customer. I've heard him call young students every name in the book because he though they were stealing his damn coffee creamers! Repulsive. Do yourself a favor and make the extra drive to go somewhere else. They don't have gas here, so you can afford to make the trip elsewhere. So disappointing!

Get in, get your stuff and go. Just your typical convenience store. The hot food is ok if you're in a hurry. Pizza is your best option for freshness and play some slots while you wait.

Expensive but clutch for those that live in Fort Allen. Then you have a man named Bill that has wir ked there on 3rd shift for 20 some years now. Very friendly person. Does his job well.

I just shopped at this 7-11 as I have for 2 years the clerk gave me the wrong cigarettes I returned to the store for an exchange she informed me no returns/refunds/exchanges on cigarettes she did apoligize . well I will no longer shopping there I will be going to Speedway or the BP from now on........................................

I stop every day after work for cigarettes today I didn’t check to see if I got the right kind went out to my car and realized they were wrong kind went back in and was told once they leave the store we cannot exchange them well there goes my business I will go out of my way to another store never setting foot in there again
