Called, spoke to a person named Tammy. Rude, impatient and unwilling to help. Now a girl named Selena on the other hand was as polite as possible. I give her 5 stars. Customer service should still be #1.

It's always clean and the people are friendly but... I don't eat here often but the last two times the MTO food I've gotten is frozen. Once it was an egg sandwich (YUCK!) the other time a hot grilled chicken wrap.Lesson learned: I won't leave there without checking to make sure my food is cooked again!!

Service was absolute terrible.Got all of our orders wrong. The package said boom boom and didn’t contain boom boom sauce we complained about it and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Every worker besides the cashier had an attitude. More mad about the customer service rather than the food. This place sucks!

Thank you.”thanks for your response! is there a plan of action for this? or are you just going to allow patrons to continue putting everyone at risk by making maskless purchases? i saw no less than 10 patrons that were able to browse the shop, order food, wait around for that food, and make purchases MASKLESS. your poor employees!! i saw the ad about raising your minimum wage but what about actually protecting your employees and immunocompromised patrons from a life threatening illness? looking forward to hearing from you!

We ordered 2 vanilla cold brews like we do every day before work. After paying at the counter, we went back to get our drinks. The lady was still making them so we asked if we could get extra vanilla in them. She asked “did you guys tell the front counter!?” We said no. There is no option on the screen to get extra flavor of any kind so what would telling the front counter do? This isn’t the first time an employee in this store has given us a hard time. No other sheetz or has ever treated us like that. If there was an option on the screen for extra we would choose it, but there isn’t. I would really like to see two of those women apologize for treating us like it’s our fault. It’s MTO for a reason, make it how we want it.

I got a 12” tuna wrap and there was enough tuna in it for a Shnack wrap. I did not pay that much for a rushed wrap with barely anything in it. Other times I get them and can barely keep it together because it’s always falling out of the wrap.

It's a convenience store/gas station/little food prep area... But it's a *consistently clean* convenience store/ yadda yadda. And the food is surprisingly good for fast food.
