Of all the "farm supply" stores around, i feel more at home asking questions and purchasing here than the "big box stores" around, the staff knows what they do and if not they ask..... likely to only be answered by another there that does with first hand knowledge......Prices are comparable but the service justifies the purchase in my opinion

Had everything I needed, plus had black oil sunflower seed on sale for the birds. Lots of friendly people willing to help and load up you vehicle . As you can tell from the pictures they have just about anything you can ask for!

In response to the comment below, I have always found the staff at Horstdale Farm Supply to be good common sense down to earth folks who care very much about their customers. They have worked very hard to build their business and to serve the community. They are certainly concerned about their customers safety and would never do anything to put anyone in harms way. In my book they have earned their 5 stars!!!Their goal has always been to provide the products that enable the local farmers to raise their livestock and to grow their crops. Just in case anyone hasn't noticed, we use these farm products every day.I have been a customer of theirs for many years and really appreciate their guidance and professional advice.I do not remember of ever going in to their store and being forced to stay there. So my suggestion would be to leave if anyone don't feel safe for any strange reason.

I do love this very large supply store .Everyone so very helpful.I searched for simple mixing salt,no one had it but,these guys did at fraction of cost..They loaded me up,fast and friendly..Will be changing over to buying all my supplies here from now on for my farms

The people are very nice and very helpful. Prices are fair and had everything I needed. I would definitely use this place again for future jobs I do. This is the second time I have been here and both experience were great. They even help me calculate exactly what I needed.

With a pandemic getting worse and worse everyday one would think businesses would do the little things to keep their customers safe and their own doors open. Not here! Not a mask on any of the 5 to 6 employees working at the time and no mention of mask wearing on the door. This business completely has it's head in the sand when it comes to safety and common sense for both their customers and employees alike.

I've been getting bird feed for wild birds at Horstdale. The birds love the stuff. I used to get it at Lowes, but I get far more birds with Horstdale feed.
