Picked up my medication today with 0 problems, no run around, and I had a bunch of questions pre pickup due to switching pharmacies and having a medication that can be on back order.The staff was super friendly and right to the point.

My prescription was ordered three weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten it I went in a week ago and they told me it would be ready on Monday it’s been 3 days since they said it would be ready and when I asked why it’s not here they said they won’t get to it today? The people working there are also extremely rude and kept rolling their eyes at me. I’ve been without medication for a week now this is ridiculous.

Open the drive through window! Every time I come by they say its closed for the day. It's unacceptable for people that have issues coming inside to get their orders. The floor inside looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a MONTH! It is filthy dirty with trash everywhere. I can't believe no one will even try to clean it up. This location has really gone downhill.

The people that work here aren't very happy. They seem miserable , stressed or something. They ignore you and wait on the drive thru customers. Don't attempt to use a coupon to help defer the cost. Back to the end of the line. We need to be notified beforehand and you'll have to wait an additional 30 minutes. Worse CVS I've ever been too. Do your self a favor and take your business to Walmart. Yeah, you'll have to wait, but you'll save big on prescriptions.

Week and half my doctor called in a prescription and they still don’t have it filled. In line for a second time and four other people in line experience had been the same. One person was in for the third time today. They don’t even deserve one star. I wish they would leave so we can really get a good drug store that cares about their customers. Meanwhile we are going elsewhere even though we have to drive further. At least we can get our meds.. The doctors office even laughed about how sad CVS is when I called and had them change my pharmacy.

This drug store has the most UNFRIENDLY woman working in the Pharmacy! We sat at the drive up window and no one came, so my husband went in and there was no I'm sorry how can I help you, she said WHAT DO YOU WANT? But she has been hateful more than one time she's just MEAN, of course she seems to be the one in charge, I PITY ANYONE WORKING WITH HER. it's very nice there when she's not working.

Every time I come to this pharmacy, there's an issue. Today the pharmacist asked my WHY I'm taking the medication that's been prescribed to me. I've NEVER been asked that before and if you have to ask, why are you a pharmacist???? There was a woman that I've dealt with in here before and she's a demon!Today I was just trying to save myself a drive from hagerstown to McConnellsburg to my normal pharmacy but from now on, I'll just be making the drive.
