Fantastic. Helpful, Honest, and all-around good people. My car broke down on 81S and was towed to Mr. Tire in Great Bend, PA. I was 2 hours from home and 2 1/2 hours from my destination. I was stranded with my VERY large dog, what a nightmare. John assessed my situation and was honest, helpful, and went out of his way to help me and Mabel. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Tire in Great Bend. Thank you!!!

Don’t go here if you need any help. My wife pulled in with a soft tire in one side and a bulge in the other side tire. Tire Guy standing outside shooting the breeze with another guy told her he couldn’t help her now, or until 4 days later after Christmas . Just let an older woman , alone, drive away from a tire shop with 2 problem tires . It was Friday December 22 around 450 . Open till 7. Wonder why they are open? It’s not to provide customer service , help people or sell tires .

I see a lot of mixed reviews here but I can only share my experience with this Mr. Tire center in Great Bend, PA and Mr. John Ball specifically . About a month ago, my son was coming home from college in upstate NY when his car broke down. I was a 4.5 hour drive away and couldn't readily get up there to assist. He had his vehicle towed to Mr. Tire (which honestly, I was skeptical about given this is a tire center, not a garage that typically works on engine problems). I hit the road the next morning to help out my son and was in communication with John along the way. He diagnosed that the AC compressor failed which "locked up" and was preventing critical belts to turn which power other important engine components. He advised that he would have to order the new AC compressor from Syracuse but felt like it could come in on time and he could complete the job by the time I arrived 4.5 hours later. He indeed did complete the job and the car was ready when I arrived to pick up my son from the hotel where he was staying and escort him home. Insanely enough, on our drive home from Great Bend (in the dark), my son and I (along with 12 other vehicles), ran over massive deep sections cut out of highway 81 which blew out many tires and bent many rims. Yes, this was a nightmare trip. The SHA failed to fill them back in during construction and opened up the highway resulting in a 14-car graveyard on the side of the highway that night. We mounted the tiny donut spares and were able to get the vehicles over to John, the next morning. Sure enough, he set us up with new tires and we were on our way. This Mr. Tire was the HERO of this crazy story. I will probably never find myself in Great Bend again, but in my humble opinion, these guys are rock stars!

Terrible customer service. Would never go here again. Got brand new tires and alignment took it back since I had a 75000 mile warranty only drove 6500 miles and front tires bald and back tires leaking air. They would not honor the warranty. Wanted time to pay all over again. TERRIBLE PLACE. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Never again... Tried to say we needed two tires to pass inspection, when in fact we took it to another place and it passed instantly. Just another person trying to get someone to spend more than what they need to.

Had a 2 flat tires and a broken rim and just needed a way to get home in an emergency. We were in a tight situation, the employee and Mr tire was rude, we were over charged. And on top of that, he put the wrong size tire on my car which did more damage in the long run. Do not recommend

I want to get my tires balanced, it was a reasonable price very happy with that. But the customer service kind of sucks made you feel like you didn't want to wait on you and you wish you didn't show up because he doesn't want to do the work and you were inconvenience.

We had a flat tire on Route 81 a couple of miles from this service center. After getting the temporary tire on we pulled in to this place. Service was prompt and Jeff at the desk and the other technicians were friendly and helpful. We were in and out within 30 minutes getting a new tire installed. I also agree with the previous comment that the accessibility of the place from the highway was great. They are also pet friendly and allowed our puppy Max to go in and wait in their waiting room. Keep up the good work and you deserve 5 Stars and more. We are very grateful for your awesome service. Our #roadtripblues turned pleasant

I was heading home to Rochester area from a visit to Lehigh Valley when my tire went flat. I was able to get tire off and donut on but knew I needed more than just the donut to get home on since I still had 3 hrs to go. I found Mr. Tire. The gentleman was willing to look over my tire to see if it was salvageable. It wasn't. He was able to quote me an all season pair for less than what I spend typically. I knew I was in need of new back tires anyways for winter. In an hour I was back on road. Great service! Great price! Thank you so much!

We had a flat tire on Christmas Eve day. They were amazing. One gentleman got our car ready (we needed to replace all tires) while the other drove almost an hour round trip to get the tires we needed. Incredible service and so nice!

Stopped in the store for some routine work. WOW... remodeled and painted the inside...New Manager was great and cared about my needs! The old manager John did not treat me half as good as Dennis! Definitely telling everyone about the great improvements in the image inside and staff! Mr Tire really stepped up the game!

I stopped by in the morning to see if anyone could help with my car door. It wasn’t closing and I didn’t want to miss work. The nicest man came out and helped me. He was very helpful and I REALLY appreciate him helping me. He took the time to figure out the issue and address it. And I was still right on time for work! So needless to say, I was pretty impressed! Definitely would recommend them.

John, the Manager, and his team did a great job twice. We are from out of town and at the end of the business day needed a windshield wiper replaced. In stock, and installed; no problem! 5 minutes later we hit a pothole on I81 and had to come back to Mr. Tire. Even though the shop was about to close, John and his team took our car into the shop, diagnosed the problem (needed to rebalance the right front tire), fixed the problem and sent us on our way! 4 1/2 hours into a 10 hour drive this support was much appreciated.

I found myself out of town with a flat tire while traveling with a car full of kids. I made my way to Mr. Tire. I am so pleased with the service I received. Larry and George were most helpful and pleasant. They took car of my car and had me on my way as quickly as possible. What could have been a dreadful experience turned out to be a minor inconvenience. I highly recommend Mr Tire!

I would not recommend Mr. Tire. Last year I went in for a standard oil change. A discrepancy occurred regarding some information that was conveyed to me, at no one’s fault, and I was given an all-inclusive $20.00 + tax card for an oil change, at any time, for my trouble. When I went to redeem the $20.00 card, I was told the card would not be honored and that the best they could do would be $20.00 off the top. If there was no intention to honor the card, I should not have been given it. I would not recommend.

When we got a flat on our 2017 Toyota Sienna and the closest Toyota Dealerships refused to help and told us they were too busy. The Mr. Tire got us what we needed, even driving to another location to get the tire. They took care of us as quickly as they could and got us back on the road. We were very happy that somebody was willing to go the extra mile to help us.

This place is the best for your tire needs! Prompt service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable people (Jeff), and just an overall a positive experience. They were able to accommodate our emergency flat tire-- we called from the side of the highway and Jeff was able to get our tire in his store and service our vehicle within a half hour! Showed up for my scheduled appointment at 10am on a Saturday. After waiting at the front desk I was told the mechanic who does the state inspection called off of work and that I could not be helped. I understand life happens but if I could keep my appointment after only hours since the birth of my child surely someone could of called and informed me. With this experience I won't be back for a while.

I was on a road trip and got a hole in my tire while driving. We’re not from the area and pretty far from home so we had to google a quick place to help. Although the tire couldn’t be fixed, the owner and staff got us a good deal on a new tire. Great service and fast to help us get back to our trip.

I was driving through PA on I-81 when I got a flat tire. AAA towed me to Mr. Tire in Great Bend, PA. I got a new tire installed for a good price and was on my way in a short while. Friendly people, great service and good prices.

If you need anything other the tires and oil go elsewhere, brought my jeep there to get ebrake fixed and got it back worse, returned the next day and same thing and still was charged. My gf got an exhaust replaced on here car and the bumper melts on it. Don't think they really know what there doing

Great place to go to get your car repaired! John and Jeff along with the rest of the staff are helpful and honest. The latter of the two are hard to come by at garages these days. Great service with a home town feel!

Went there for inspection and was told lower ball joint was bad. Pulled lower ball joint only to find out that it wasn't bad. However they missed the fact that the upper ball joint was bad. So not only did we have to pay for 2 inspections but we had to buy unnecessary parts!

Sitting at goodyear, having had them re-balance 4 tires that weren't balanced properly. And do an alignment that was way off without problems. This is all after Mr. Tire mounted and balanced my tires did the alignment (which they claimed a camber bolt needed to be replaced) and yet Goodyear said the bolt was fine and everything was off. Especially the tire with to many weights all over the tires. Paid them $420+ now have to pay goodyear for the same work. Hope Mr. Tire will make this right.

They got me right in for an oil change but never reset my maintenance light and the customer service at the front desk is left to be desired. All in all I came for an oil change, it got done quickly and I was in & out, so not bad.
