I lost my key to my spider that I just purchased in Sept from Greg. They insisting I received 2 keys but I only received 1. I felt like Kyle didn’t believe us. Ryan the service manager started looking all over the bike looking for it. Then, he research my account and told me I bought a loaner which I wasn’t aware of. Ryan looked in the lockbox and the second key was there. I never received it. I’m thankful Ryan took the time to assist us. We asked if service us and Kyle said no they were too busy.

Purchased a leftover 23 Can-Am Outlander 850 everything went very smooth. Chad and Kyle did an awesome job with the transaction before and after the sale. The guys at Brooks Powersports were great to work with. The machines they have listed in-stock are actually in-stock and not just a trick to get you to call. I purchased a 2023 Renegade 1000R XXC here. My salesman Kyle found out Friday, the night before I was coming to pick up my new unit, that the bank where I was financing through had made a mistake and was not going to honor the term they had quoted me at. Kyle knew that I was not ok with this. He and the finance specialist (I believe his name was Greg) stayed Friday evening after they were closed and got me approved through another bank with a better rate. They actually saved me $2,400 with the better financing offer. I met several of the guys there Saturday morning when I came in to pick up the unit and they were all very nice and helpful. Great place to deal with.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg to purchase a new Can-am Outlander 650 Mossy Oak Edition. I was looking to purchase this exact ATV and saw they had one inbound. The absolute smoothest transaction I have ever had buying an ATV (and I have bought a few ATVs and UTVs over the years). Greg was a professional, non-pushy, no BS type of sales person and made the process great from the first call to talk about the purchase, to putting a deposit down, and finally getting the machine. I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again and would make the 90 minutes drive 10 times over to buy from them.

You really should go here to Brooks Powersports first.Everyone from the phone call about my service inquiry to the service and out the door was extremely nice and professional , I was there for a 3,000 mile service, not only was Ryan the service manager but like 3 or 4 people were making sure I had everything I needed all working together for the common good of the customer and the business.Here is what I witnessed and also my friend.Ryan the service manager my first contact, let me come in on a Saturday due to my busy weekday schedule.The price was very reasonable compared to other shops.He noticed the the dealer I purchased it from 3 or so months ago did not even register the warranty.He also redone a wiring I done sloppy he made it right.I also noticed when I got home he done more special things to it to protect the paint etc.All the other guys started right away to get my warranty registered.I been in the service business most of my life I set the bar high for myself and all the guys here done the same.Thank you all.Ryan - Chad -Robert- KyleAnd if I missed anyone Thank you.

Had our Sea Doo RXT-300 for 28 days insisting they could not find a leak and instead charged us for an oil change. First 10 minutes back on the water almost sunk in the marina before being put back on its trailer. Do not recommend for repairs.
