Very new, very clean and easy access. What’s missing is an authentic Amish atmosphere. Sure, there are Amish folks there working, without them, it’s just a new store in any city in the US.We’ll stick with the roadside stands and leave this one to the tour buses.

A gem in Lancaster County! Impeccable atmosphere with a fun, indoor, barn-themed play area for kids. Multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. Amazing ice cream at a fantastic price (I haven't tried their other food)!Kid-friendliness: Fun indoor barn-themed play area consisting of a “barn” with a large slide.

What a great place! Kids will love the inside barn to play in. A great place for families. Food is delicious ! Fresh, cooked fast, immaculate, clean rest room. Local products from their farm are used. Ice cream is fabulous. Kids can run around and have fun. We’ve gone about 15 or more times now. Our go to place on rte 340 to meet up with family.Vegetarian options: Portobello sandwich. Delicious.Parking: Ample parking lot!!Kid-friendliness: There is a fabulous kids barn inside this huge space. Faux animals in the barn. Mooing calf outside the barn. Kids can sit on a stool and pretend they are milking. There is a shoot to drop wooden eggs in a wire basket. Kids love it. Stairs go up to a big green tube slide. You can eat at tables close by and watch your kids play. Very friendly area. Lots of families and Amish too. Outdoor tables. Emma’s Gourmet Popcorn is next door!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wide ramp from handicap spaces to the front door.

This location is brand new and clean. It has a play area for kids which is a big bonus. You can change diaper in the bathroom. Perfect place to visit if you have young kids especially when it is raining outside. We bought lots ice cream, eggs and milk too! I really like black cherry flavor!

I finally found time to stop and see the new building, wow! I have been going to the Lapp Valley Farm for years, but this building is awesome. The sandwiches and fries were really good. The staff is always very nice and of course the amazing ice cream! This is a great place !Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for kids.

Rich creamy ice cream in a beautiful new building along 340. They are now serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try the maple walnut; it's delicious! They were very busy but doing their best to keep up. There is a neat little play area inside where you can "milk a cow," gather "eggs" and enjoy a sliding board.

The Philly cheesesteak and haystack burger and waffle fries are some of my favorites. You need to try out their bubble tea, frappe, and latte drinks. Good icecream! Great atmosphere!

Stopped in for ice cream. It’s was great. Also picked up some cheese curds, chocolate milk and coffee milk because it all looked so good. The playground here is indoors which is a huge win on rainy or cold days!

Sadly I am only going to give this place 2 stars. It’s a beautiful atmosphere with great service but the food selections are not huge and honestly the burger was nothing special/ fries were undercooked. Ice cream was great! We also bought some cheese curds and after eating several discovered they were moldy. They gave me a new package that seemed fine but my appetite was gone.

If you like Rick, creamy ice cream, this is the best in the area! This location also has food and it is fine. The reason to go is the ice cream and it shares a building worth Emma's Gourmet Popcorn. You will not regret your trip here. My favorite is the Peanut Butter Twirl.Vegetarian options: Other than the ice cream there are limited food options for vegetarians and nothing for vegans.Kid-friendliness: There is a play structure for kids that is a barn with a slide and other activities.

Hopefully the owners take the time to read these reviews & are open to constructive criticism.Staff needs additional training! Opening day I got a breakfast bowl & was really impressed! A week later I was going past & decided to grab a "bowl" to go. When it was ready, they gave it to me as an "eat in". Not a big problem, they put the bowl in a take out container. When I got home & started to eat it, could not cut thru a slice of bacon. Discovered a paper napkin in the middle of it! Took it back for them to see so that they could see that additional training needed to be done. They were brand new, so understandable. Took a family there for lunch today & decided to grab some fried cheese curds to go. When it was ready I had to once again remind that order was "to go". Since no one had offered a dipping sauce I had to ask about that as well, then had to wait for someone to wait on me so I could pay for that. Would have to think twice before recommending them again.

Not actually homemade ice-cream. Or, somewhere between the farm and the shop they added stabilizers (including trans fats) and corn to the ice-cream. It’s always so sad to me to see ice-cream so adulterated and unclean with chemicals.
