Wawa really isn’t what it used to be the quality of their food has gone down tremendously. Look at my croissant roll this is a joke.. food is mediocre at best these days. Eggs taste squishy, meat sucks, and I get rotten fruit more then less these days. I like their drinks for the most part and the convenience of 24 hrs..but Wawa please step it up again.

The cashier was super nice. I wish the order station actually paid attention to order descriptions. Why bother to custom order your sandwich just for them to make it the way THEY want? If I lived closer I would have returned it. Definitely want a refund.

Had a bad order last night. No pulled pork on my sandwich, paid for a drink I didn't receive, and fries so hard they were unedible. How? I've worked in restaurants and the fries had never been that hard. Went through door dash so I cant get a refund, will not being ordering from here anymore. They obviously don't check their orders or care if people are being charged for things they didn't receive

Theres a better Wawa up the street so I try to avoid this ratchet location. I cant complain about the staff too much other than the fact that it's slowwww moving. If you're in a hurry, you may want to not take a chance. You will be late to whatever you are trying to get to. That being said, if you hang out here long enough you'll see some stuff. Here's a couple things that I've experienced at this location.1. Fight in the parking lot (2 times)2. Robbery (The culprit was running out the door with a box of Newports.. im not talking a carton of cigs.. a box of cartons of cigs. I held the door for him not knowing. He thanked me though.. more than I can say for a lot of other people)3. What I can only describe as a furry convention. Lots of people dressed in animal costumes. I don't know why.4. A ridiculously drunk guy trying to buy single cigarettes in the parking lot.5. A drug addict dipping out in the chips aisle6. A drug addict with his child trying to pull him around the store to prevent him from falling over.(heartbreaking)

Awful. Just waited in a line of 9 people for a drink while 3 associates watched from the sandwich snd coffee area and didn't jump on to help people get out faster. It's a convenience store, that's convenience for US, the customer, not for you. If 4 or more people are waiting and the cashier is clearly challenged, jump on and help her out....it also helps us out. Ridiculous

If Wawa's Were Rated: This little gem of store out performs every other Wawa in the area. The food is always fresh and done to perfection. The mystery is how do they take the very same ingredients and make a superior product? The Breakfast Sandwiches are never burnt nor greasy and the prepared foods are spot on for fresh ingredients. This is the only place that got the Gobbler Bowl right, and I was on a mission to compare the different interpretations of that gem from different stores. This store is the Real Wawa

I love the company wawa. This review is not for the company it is for the young girl who is working at this location here 82 limekiln pike in Glenside Pa. The young girl did not have a name tag on her she did not want to give her name so all I can do is give you a description. She has like penny color hair curly like shape like a mushroom. She wears glasses. To my knowledge she is probably African American. So I asked her if the store sold the cheese dip to the pretzel. She looked at the workers around her and started laughing as if I was crazy and said no one ever asked me if they sold any cheese here. I said I’m not just asking for cheese, I’m asking for the cheese dip for the pretzel. She said no we don’t sell that here. So I said ok I will look for myself. I went and saw they did have the cheese dip to the pretzel and I showed it to her and said “here it is right here, the cheese dip to the pretzel.” She saw that I was a little upset because not only she laughed at me, she told me they didn’t have it also. Then she said “it is not that serious.” This is where she went wrong. She should’ve left it as that, all I said was “here it is right here the cheese dip to the pretzel” Now for her to say it is not that serious to a customer who is already upset for her laughing and giving wrong information, she should have came correct and apologize for saying they didn’t have it when they did have it. She kept on trying to tell me about myself as if she was not the one who was wrong and kept on talking back to me. I kept telling her I am a customer, and I deserve some respect. I am leaving this review because I felt a lot of pressure here at the store. She gave me the impression as if I was wrong for asking if they sold cheese dip. This young girl needs more training please. For the sake of elders. Or maybe hire more older and mature people. My blood pressure was rising and I felt really uncomfortable, and I’m sure my son felt uncomfortable also. The other young workers at the store look like they were vouching for her. There were no adults. Every one working there was like 20 or younger. There was no security whatsoever. I felt attacked in a way. I ask to speak with the mananger and the mananger was also really young. She did not even apologize for the inconvenience she just said the girl didn’t know. If the girl didn’t know she should of told me she didn’t know other then telling me they didn’t have it. This is not about her lying because everyone makes mistakes. This is about her laughing looking around to her coworkers as if I was wrong for asking if they sold cheese dip

Worst Wawa I have ever been in better fully check what you ordered, teenagers behind deli counter are worried about their phones and talking back and forth, my order has literally been right 1 time since I been going there always check my order and make sure it’s correct, and there is only one person attending the register so the line is always around the store it’s ridiculous they need to get new management or close it down

The night time supervisor remedied a very bad customer experience using excellent interpersonal skills and genuine customer service. Her service alone would be 5 stars. I wish the store associate that also works nights would model her customer service skills after her supervisor. If possible, I would only shop here if the supervisor is available, that's how bad the associate was. Of course, this is all based on an experience I had and does not reflect overall quality of goods and services.

I bought a large soup from this store and it made me so sick. It was sour to the taste. I did eat about 2 to 3 spoonful of it till I decided not to eat anymore of it. Ended up throwing up etc…… so I take it back to the store today to let the manager know and his attitude was like I was bothering him. He never said hello / Hi/ are u ok or anything complete silence. Walked to the register and handed me the $ back. This guy never asked did I want another soup or did I want my $ back. Just complete silence and handed me the money!!!! WaWa has lost a long term customer because of this so called “ Manager’s” nasty customer service practices. I guess I wasn’t the rite color to get some respectful Conversation. I will be making a complaint to corporate. This is so not right!!!

On Monday night my husband and I needed water and some other items, we are both elderly and skeptical of leaving the house. I purchased a case of water which the female cashier insisted on carrying to our car. Her single act of compassion was more than I could bear. She gave no thought for own health and well being. We want her to know just how appreciative we are for her kindness.We are regular customers so I know we see her again to thank her again person.

If the staff wasnt so worried about gossiping VERY LOUDLY about a rude customer and a staff member, they wouldnt have messed up my food. Very dissapointed. Ordered the bbq brisket sandwich, and realized they didnt put bbq on it AFTER i got home. The staff is always gossiping or complaining when i go in there. Forgot why i didnt go to this wawa anymore.

24 hours. Ample parking. Saved my night after late nights and started my mornings off right. I would say always check your cold cut before going home because you could be surprised. Other than that, more positive experiences that negative ones.

We’re in a health crisis. I went to this location and the person on register, Cindy, was eating food and rung me up incorrectly (which she has done before) and kept asking for my ID which she handled several times with her food/money hands. I’m know people are stressed during this time, but she’s rude and is the only person I’ve had issues with at this location.As a side note, wawa needs to have hand sanitizer at check out for this very reason. Montgomery county has over 70 confirmed cases. Let’s use some common sense.

I put in a major order from this WAWA to feed our delivery crews that work hard for us everyday. The Glenside WAWA team put together a variety of 60 Sizzlies, ,coffee, juice etc. for a 6 am pickup. Everything was ready and organized and very professionally done. The crew that put this together and helped me to my car provided outstanding customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Every employee that I've encountered is always helpful, polite, and quick to service my needs. The parking lot is a bit small and at times difficult to enter and exit during rush hour. Be careful by being alert.

ANYONE working here after 5pm should redo any and all training there were 12 people standing around waiting for food. No rice no stuffing no mashed potatoes. WHY are ya open then pal. The ready to make food preparers either are illiterate or simply unable to follow directions. EXTRA means exactly that. If I wanted condiments to add to it after it has been made, in fact I WOULD NOT HAVE SELECTED THE OPTION “OFFERED” ON THE KIOSK. THAT THERE IS A FEE FOR. EXTRA MONIES!!!It’s like attempting to add seasoning to meat After it’s been cooked!To All the mon-fri pre-dawn crew THANK YOU. Theresa happy retirement, you are missed. PARKING IS HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS. I went to this Wawa location yesterday. My VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED in this lot!! The bumper was partially pulled off in the parking lot. They have way too many parking spaces for the size of the lot.
