Nothing beats a workday other than good ice cream, I’ve been told about this please many of times. For the first time yesterday I gave them a try around 3:15 PM their staff ruined my experience. As a business owner I would have fired the three employees, due to their unprofessionalism ignorance, and all around rudeness after I parked my vehicle, I walked over, stared at their menu for a hot second, and was ready to order I saw their employee she looked directly at me, then walked away. I was confused for a second because I figured maybe she was making someone else’s order. But my companion who was standing by our vehicle, could see directly into the shop and she and the other employees were just on their phones. At that point I was beginning to lose my patience because again I made eye contact with the male employee at this point and he did the same thing. So I took it upon myself to ask them if they were open. Rather than say, ma’am you’re at the wrong service window no one thought to say anything. Finally when I realize I’m at the wrong service window no help them letting me know not a single sign that states this service window is closed. They finally took my order seeing if there are cameras out there I’m certain the owners can just have their employees treat their customers. I kind of feel like sometimes establishments forget, it’s the customers they keep their business opened by patronizing them. Hiring the wrong employees no matter how good the product is can easily cause it to shut down because they don’t have the same view as the owner for their establishment.

I had two different employees ask me THREE times what my order was. Took them 20 minutes to do our simple order for two items. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I won’t be going back.First time ordering she said they don’t serve “orange & cream” milkshakes anymore. Ok well then take it off the menu.Second time they asked what my order was I had to give them the whole order again.4 people received their order before us and they ordered after us. We ordered a small chocolate milkshake and small mint chocolate in a dish with jimmies. Maybe the girl who asked us the second time shouldn’t be watching an iPad on the shelf in front of her.There were three girls working, well more like standing around.The girl that took our order first then asked again what the milkshake was and how many. She gave attitude when I said “what”. You’re supposed to be paying attention, taking orders and serving customers. Not messing around with employees, watching iPads and asking the customer three times what they ordered. Took us 20 minutes to get our order.

Finally visited Richman's Ice Cream and Burger shop and the burgers, fries and milkshakes are very good. It is expensive but worth a treat for a delicious meal. I was very happy to have my family of four support this business on a Sunday afternoon. It takes a while to prepare the food but the wait is worth it. Parking spaces are tight and limited and few outside tables to eat at establishment but the bugs are prevalent. Good customer service. Check the meals before ordering. May save a few bucks. Thanks Richman's for a wonderful experience! Keep up the great work!!!

Ordered around 12:10pm on 8/10. The young lady who was working the window was more concerned about her phone conversation and had terrible customer service. When I got home, I noticed my child’s hotdog was packed upside down with the small amount of ketchup on it smeared on the box, cheese spilling throughout the bag from cheese fries that were soggy, and an burnt funnel cake. Yes, A BURNT FUNNEL CAKE that we literally threw in the trash. I had high hopes for this place smh.

I went here with my wife for a quick milkshake and dinner on our way to visit friends. It was our first time as we are new to the area, and we were hoping to find a regular ice cream spot with food options. The milkshakes were fine, nothing amazing, but our dining experience was bad enough that we’ll never return. The prices for the average at best quality of food are high ($10 for a single patty cheeseburger with no fries,) and the fact we had to wait 45 minutes for it should be criminal. I had to check in on our order multiple times, and the place was not busy at all. It pains me to say this, but I’d rather go to McDonalds 100/100 times for a burger and milkshake than ever go back here.

First timer here. We tried both dinner and dessert. Burgers were not good. Hot dog was over cooked and service was slow but friendly. Fries were good. But quite expensive for dinner food. Dessert was was delicious!! We’ll be back for dessert!

Just had french fries but they were hot & in the skins but were delicious. I think it would be nice if they had small, loose packets of salt and pepper rather than just have them in the utensils packets. It would be helpful if the workers had a microphone or some way of calling out the names of customers who were waiting for food to be picked up. I noticed this evening a couple of times the workers were calling customers' names but they weren't able to get the customers' attention. Probably because the customers couldn't hear them.

Delicious every time. Their burgers and fresh and flavorful, and fries a 10/10 consistently. I’ve cream is perfect, and the milkshakes are awesome as well. No notes!

Wow! What a complete rip off. Ordered 4 LARGE milkshakes on door dash for $6.79 each! That is $2 more each per milkshake vs what is listed on their menu. I understand the need to cover doordash fees, but come on!What I actually received was 4 extra small milkshakes in large cups. Just look at my picture. Unbelievable. I will never order again and make sure my network never visits this place.

Stopped on our way home from Jenkintown. The location is a little tight getting into due to the traffic at the intersection. We got two kid size twists with rainbow sprinkles (or jimmies). It was a perfect portion for us. Still generous but not sickening. The custard was nice. Texture was richer than dairy queen but not as egg heavy as Rita's. Not too sweet. Sprinkles were fresh. Very enjoyable. My son got a small mango water ice/vanilla custard gelati. It was a generous portion. Their water ice is like the creamy water ice at Polish water ice in Ocean City, NJ. Not traditional. He liked it. We're glad we stopped. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Waited in line when it was our turn the girl at the counter asked us to hold on and she went to help prepare other orders, no problem. A few minutes later she starts to take our order and say we aren’t taking food orders right now we are a little busy. What? She couldn’t have told us that before making us wait? I guess I was better off the prices are ridiculous I wish it was still Jack Frost

The customer service was prob the worst ever . they were soooo slow and had like 4 people working. soda wasflat .. no ice overflowingAND i paid $10 for a “sundae” dudeit was a regular sized cookie with a dollop of ice cream that i had to look for under the whipped cream . i thought it was a mistake … THEN they handed me the wrong order. aswe were finishing some lady came out yelled at me saying i took the wrong order. how can you mess up the orders.? there’s literally only 3 customers and 5workers. this could be a GEMbut their terrible service/prices are awful

Great burgers! And great kids meal options, fries are crispy and well cooked. The kids love the desserts of course. Prices are a little high, $10 for a double burger seems like it would keep me from going there weekly to feed a family of 5 but it is a great spot with pretty good service and cool neighborhood folks hanging out there. I noticed the past couple times we went we had to ask (again) for the sauces but not a big deal.

I've been to Richman's b4 however, my 1st time at this one and ugh not the quality I'm used to. The milkshakes arebmade with soft serve and just awful 😩 this is not McDonald’s! I even asked for extra thick bc it’s normally made with the hard hand scooped ice cream! And the fried Oreo eww what a joke! What they serve is NOT the original fried Oreo - these are literally a Oreo in funnel cake batter, hot 🤣 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ I won’t go back! You can’t make me 🤮🤮

Expect to wait!!! Prices used to be so good but now it's ridiculously high! It's insane how much their prices increased. 10 people working or so but every table was filthy. There were no napkins filled. And we waited forever. Save your money and your time, and your sanity. Go somewhere else.

Terrible. I ordered 4 burgers, each with their own individual toppings and fries. I get home, they just threw four standard cheeseburgers in the bag with one serving of fries. The fries were burned and dry. One burger had a bun that looked like it was partially ripped apart. I use to love Richmans but this product just ruined it for me.

Once again, total fail on the Richmans order. I don't know what happened to this company but it's just not "there". I get the pricing, got no problem paying. Get your website together, answer your phone, put some meat in your burgers.I feel bad for your employees, they are nice but cursed by the parent company.

My kids love this place. Every time they have a little bit of money they want to go. I usually make it a trip after going to the pool. The workers are very nice, the food is good, and the ice cream is awesome. We're here at least 3x a week during their open season....

This place is clearly a well established community ice cream and food joint. The service was friendly. The menu was surprisingly varied as it had almost anything you could want. Prices are fair too! Will definitely come back again.

The food and desserts here are wonderful! That much is worth for stars. But I have to caution anybody who goes here not to stop if you are in a hurry. This might be the slowest food stand I have ever been to. Last time I was there, it literally took 26 minutes to get an order of french fries. (I was only there for a snack, getting an ice cream cone and fries). I was the only customer there, and there were two employees inside the booth. Again, the food is terrific it's just not fast. So don't go unless you have some time to relax and hang out outside for a while.

The mint chocolate chip shake is just not good. The mint flavor is very artificial and overpowering, and the color is unnaturally green.

Been looking for a good milkshake spot for a while. Since I always see long lines in the summer and read good reviews online, I decided to stop by. I ordered a black & white shake. I was the only person there. Because the 4 girls working were too busy talking and laughing with each other and the guy outside, it took awhile to get my shake. When I got home I noticed what I had was not a shake. Instead, it was vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Great place! The servings are much bigger than expected. I have not tried the food but I can say the ice cream and water ice are both very good. Recommend on a hot day!

We ordered a banana split and a waffle sundae. This was our first time here. The service was good and our items came out in a decent time. He enjoyed his banana split it was beyond expectation, however my waffle sundae was highly disappointing. The waffle had a very bad taste to it. Outside of that everything else was fine. I’m not sure if they make the waffles in house and it was a batter issue or what.
