This place says its open but its CLOSED, and has been for days. They charged me for a pickup order and weren't even open despite saying they are (2pm on a thursday) i've called multiple times for a refund and no answer, and when I called corporate they left me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up. Don't order ahead from them unless you want them to take your money and not be open randomly.

I placed an online order 2 days in advance. When I went to pick up the order, the store was closed. I called the store to leave a message, but the voicemail box was full. I paid in advance for this order and hope I can find a way to get a refund. I will not be visiting this location again.

The lights have been off here for Over a week.I made a purchase. I have to ask for a receipt. The one I just saw you crumple up & throw in the trash with the last four of my card number on it and my entire name. I am told it cannot be reprinted or retrieved from the trash because it has mustard on it. Tons of places cater for snacks TONS.

I love this pretzel factory. Everyone who works there is so nice! They're also really helpful- it's never a problem getting a pretzel tray, even on short notice. Also, about 90% of the time, the pretzels are fresh and warm. You're not always guaranteed fresh hot pretzels at any time of day, but it just seems like they're always right out of the oven here.

The last 2 times I ordered from this place I got a large tray of the Presley rods ( they need to be ordered ahead of time , I was specific , mix it up some sesame , garlic some plain some everything . I got ALL everything , I was going to a party so just took them and told them this a not what I ordered, ended up throwing almost a third away , not everyone likes them with everything , This week I called and I was very clear I waned 4 flavors and separated ( I said it to the owner lady 3 times , if I wanted all everything I would have just said it once . So I go to pick up for my grandsons birthday party , and again to large all everything ! The lady that took the order said she remembered talking to me , I have ordered in advance 4 times same order , I said last time I was polite and just took them , not this time , check you orders lady , I did not ever order everything on 40 rods ! No apology from them , never offered to fix it ! Beware of your order ahead of time

Called ahead with a special order for my son's wedding. They were happy to do it and my order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Super happy with the whe process and outcome. Both employees I dealt with were great!

So how hard is it to make a pretzel?? I was craving a cinnamon sugar twist and my bf brought me two of them. BUT THEY WASNT DONE. Very DOUGHY actually. With that being said I won’t be eating at ANY pretzel factory. I DID receive my MONEY back though.
