Why don't they take OUR stuff. I sat behind an elderly white couple unload there items.. No one said NO to To any of their donations they took everything they unloaded it piece by piece. It was my turn to pull up truck. Full of items, furniture majority furniture and as soon as they opened the door it was no. We can't take furniture. No, we can't take this. No, we can't take that. I've never experienced the denial of good quality things. Which makes me believe? Is it me or is it my items? Because what I said was the couple prior to me, unloaded older things. Furniture and nothing was denied

They don’t have Apple pay (many don’t) . They take cash or card. Parking lot is located in the back and FREE. They take any size donations. I drive through the back and drop my clothes donations in the big bin. Inside is a lot larger than expected . They have many labeled rooms in accordance to the products . They have anything you can think of . *** The prices are higher than the average thrift store. Still can find good stuff. Not a lot of size variety for toddlers . Not a lot of shoes as well. They had more things for girls than boys . The sales vary but when I went on Saturday it was 1/2 off yellow tag items which I only found like 3 things with yellow tags . They have coats out already. Refer to the images . I bought 3 girl toddler shirts and 1 woman shirt . Check out was super fast. The young lady who checked me out was super nice.

New Life Thrift is a large thrift shop that sells a variety of items, including furniture, clothing, glassware, jewelry, and more. There is a lot packed in and it’s not all organized. The clothing is very unorganized. They offer different sales depending on the day. However, I saw little that coordinated with sale color. The prices are definitely higher than you’d expect at a thrift store. I found many unpriced items. The checkout line was long and took some time. The female employee seemed aggravated by my questions. There is parking behind the store.

I have tried shopping here several times and always the same experience - both the staff and the customers are incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I spend most of my time trying to avoid being bumped into, stepped on, or cut off as I am walking by employees and shoppers. Always with no apology. Anything that has name brand tag is pretty much priced what it would have been in the store when purchased new. $66 for a secondhand Claiborne men's sweater. Really? Newsflash - Claiborne isn't a big name anymore. DVDs are inconveniently placed where people line up to pay so there is no hope of browsing there. No music section but tons and tons of glassware and dishes that sits and collects dust.

This is my go-to thrift store. I’ve never walked out empty handed. There are multiple rooms and things are very organized. I have relatives who visit from out of state who always ask to go to NLT! Workers and staff are friendly and helpful.

It was my pleasure to donate household goods to New life thrift.  Mike and Jontae  helped to make it a wonderful experience . They arrived on time and were prepared to remove the items. They were organized, professional, very efficient, neat, worked with precision and know how and kept their focus on the job. Mike and Jontae were Excellent representatives of New life Thrift.They were the best!!!

Dusty, crowded, and wayyyy overpriced. Used to be a go to spot for fun, quality, and cheap finds. No longer. My business/charity will now go elsewhere.(Example in picture: 10$ for an old Coleman folding chair. Can get a new one for same price at Sam’s club. 👎)

General response to our donation center policies. We test all large appliances no matter who is donating them. Due to the high volume of donations that we receive we must protect ourselves from the cost of disposal of items which are in non working condition. We desire to treat all people equally and with care and this is based on our donation policies and procedures. We accept and are thankful for quality donations from our community. Reviews which make accusations about an individual are unnecessary as our decisions on donations are based on procedures we have formulated from experience.

This thrift store is below average. Occasionally you can find unique items here, however most items extremely overpriced. Additionally staff sometimes enter incorrect prices for items into the register. The las time I was there, the clerk accidentally entered an extra zero into the price for three separate items and changed me ten times the regular price. After I reviewed the receipt and brought the error to the clerk’s attention, she refunded the items. In short, this store is worth stopping by occasionally but it should not be a regular stop.

Just shopped for my Mother in Law.The women in the ladies clothing was friendly and helpful. The cashier needs to be mindful of the color tags. I am not going to worry about $ 2.50. Next time, I will say something. It has improved so much since it has opened. This is my #1 Thrift Store.

Great day thrifting! I spend hours in here as therapy. Prices are not as thrifty on many items like they used to be, but if you put some time in, you will come out happy with the items you find. My favorite find today was a pair of brand new Clarks flats I got for $10!! Spent $80 total and came out with a pair of VS pants, 2 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs boots, 6 t-shirts, 2 sweatshirts, and a few other misc items.

I had to do 2 double takes to make sure one, I was in a THRIFT STORE, and two, that this store was affiliated with a CHURCH! My reasons being the prices are insane. On everything. I do not embellish. Each and every item I looked at was laughably over priced for second hand pricing. Examples: PU Steve Madden purse- $40. No signed, generic, figurine- $15. Brooks Brothers collared shirt- &12. Rudimentary basket- not a special brand- $9. At one point I found myself honestly pondering how this store remains in business. I thrift all up and down the east coast. I feel qualified to say this store is grossly overpriced. Secondly the staff was exceptionally rude. I accidentally took my shopping cart between a row of furniture and was promptly chastised by an employee. I observed an elderly lady basically chased down by an employee because apparently she was had taken a figurine from one of the cases and was examining it as she moved away (with a buggy full of items I might add). The employee treated her instantly as if the lady was stealing the figurine and asked her if she intended to buy it. The lady said she could not see the price-her eyesight i was bad. The employee unaffectedly explained she would take it to the counter if the woman decided she wanted to buy it she could there. I was embarrassed for the lady honestly. I got the distinct feeling the employees just do not like some sorts of customers… I will leave it at that. At any rate, we will spend our thrifting money elsewhere, as should everyone.

I've been here twice. It has a few gems, but it's very, very overpriced. Also, for teacups and what not - they mostly make you buy the set instead of the option to buy an individual cup and saucer. You usually have the option of either at most thrift shops I've been. It's also poorly laid out and an adventure in itself to weave around people and breakable items. Also, can they stop with the really bad Christian Country playing all the time? I think after my 2nd try I'm done here.

I wanna give zero stars ...but I can't review...until I give one star....The donation process sucks ...they don't greet you at all except David he is wonderful .. all the others are awful especially these two middle age woman one had a lot of jewelry and tattoos and the other was Tina I had to beg her to speak to me ....I think it's something racial she looked scared to speak to me ..look down and ran around fixing the signs I tried donating tvs and a mini fridge they claimed too old and refused to take them the tvs were fine ...Sony products less then ten years old ...tried to refuse the mini fridge until they tested it ...holding up the donating line the entire process needs to be revamped...keep David outside and keep the two miserable racist ladies in the back ...my mother died and I am donating all her nice coats shoes etc michael kors Clark's shoes temptations plate ware etc not junk the tvs weren't junk .....they just are rude to be rude ....never donating with them again ....JUST TAKE THE DONATION AND JUST TOSS IT LATER ..DONT BE RUDE AND LIKE I HAVE THE PLAGUEBLESSINGSFROM A UNHAPPY CAMPER .I WILL GO TO GREEN DROP IN THE FUTURE

Used to be decent. Prices have skyrocketed and I don't go anymore. Wanted $160 for a sewing machine that needed a new belt which In other words means broken. They also wanted $50 for a CD player with a broken tray labeled "as is". For a place that gets all of their items for free it's hard to imagine what would motivate them to sell at such prices other than greed. You're better off checking Heavens Treasures if you're looking for a good deal.

I have been coming here for years! If you take your time you can find some nice things!! I had been searching for a specific glass bowl one that I only seen in an elderly persons home and low and behold I come here and they have a beautiful one!! I immediately bought it? The customer service is good especially in the womens area, but it could be much better at the register though other than that great place to find some gems!!

As others have noted, prices are way too high for thrifting. This means they don't sell things as quickly so they aren't able to take as many donations. It's also really crowded and disorganized. It's a shame, but I have to say, don't waste your time here.

My very first visit here was 08/31/2022 and I felt sooo welcomed. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I wanted to hug each of them when I left the store. I felt a Jesus presence there. I found everything I was looking for in one visit. I will definitely be returning in the very near future ❤❤❤❤❤

extremely unprofessional they think yelling at people and being racist as well as homophobic is ok. Does not at all fit the criteria of a church establishment and the better business bureau needs to be contacted.
